I'm still going!
Rice juice is still going strong this year! Click here
And it's not just a juice, it's also a liquor, because it contains a lot of Alc! (Did you know that?)
You can hardly taste any nuka flavor, and the careful ginjo-styling matches perfectly with the malted rice flavor!
The fruity yet tight acidity also makes sake drinkers roar! Good!
Hmmm, I think nigori sake is more suitable for hi-ire these days, isn't it?
The one I'm going to serve later is also hi-ire, and come to think of it, it was also recently hi-ire.
I was told by a brewer of a Nagano sake brewery that people in Kansai always say "Nama-use, nama-use", but is that the case now?
Tell me about it, Kanto people!

Good evening, sake-run 😃.
Fire-roasted tastes good, calm and cohesive 🤤.
You taught me a lot about the brewery of Kuroemon XVI 😁.
The story about wrapping sake in newspapers with the start date when aging was also helpful 😊.

Good evening, Mr. Sakeran. I was told the same thing, even though it's a different brewery 😁, but I'm more of a fire-roasting type of person myself, so it made sense to me.

Oh, you recognized the person from the warehouse in Yukawa from the text!
Garthas, Mr. Aladdin 👍✨
But really, is fire-roasting a trend for people in Kanto now 🤔?

Hi, I recognize Hirupeko-san as a "super heated woman", not just hi-iru (hi-iru).
I thought the best sake in Kamigata Sake W was Niida's Junmai-shu (hi-iru) (there were not many raw sake to begin with, right?).

Hey, Sake Run, howdy 😃.
I'm a Kanto person, but I'm not so reliable 😁.
We're Kanto people, but we're a bit of an anything goes kind of a duo 😅I don't have any reliability 🥲, but I think I'm kind of attracted to the label "raw" when I choose a drink 🤔.
