九州生まれの山口育ちで、昔から焼酎ばかり飲んでいました。 就職してからは、関西在住です。 60歳を過ぎてから身体作りに目覚めて禁酒していましたが、2022年のベストボディ日本大会で大会を卒業してお酒解禁。 そこから最初に飲んだ日本酒にハマり、現在は焼酎も卒業してしまいました。 最近では日本酒専用の冷蔵庫を購入して常に60本以上の好きな日本酒をストックしています。 先日、唎酒師の資格取得出来ました。

Thank you for participating in the kurabiraki 🙏1️⃣ 9️⃣ We receive 3-4 bottles every month, including one recommended by Miyajima Sake Shop, which is sent with the Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai, and one more if there are any other recommendations. The one that caught everyone's eye was Honkin's Yumeshinano from the Shinshu brewing tank😇. I often get Honkin at the store I frequent in Osaka, but this sake was very special, both in terms of the label and the taste 😇.

I've been requesting delivery of Shinshu secret hanpukai sake on the last Sunday of every month and this was the day it was scheduled to arrive 😀. This month's hanpukai sake is Yamae Nishiki by Yamazan😇 Of course the specs are undisclosed, but I'm happy to say that everyone was pleased with the taste😇

I actually misunderstood when I bought it and thought it was sparkling, but when I got home and looked closer, it was clear sake 🤣. I had it in my cellar with the intention of opening it someday, and I'm glad I caught your eye and was able to open it😇.

Thank you for participating in the brewery opening 🙏1️⃣ 6️⃣ We were so excited to see if anyone would notice us, and Kochira's Gekko Rendezvous was noticed as well😇. The label looks completely different from the usual Koei Chrysanthemum 🤣. The second rendezvous in the series is an anomalous kijoshu, in which the natural lactic acid bacteria brewed by Gekko was used as part of the brewing water when the fast brewing version of Gekko was brewed 😀! I'm glad you all made the choice😇.

Thank you for participating in the brewery opening 🙏1️⃣ 5️⃣ We decided to have something a little dry again around here, so we chose a Junmai Ginjo Dry by Yamabusyu 😀. This flow of the wine makes it a nice accent and makes the sake go down even more 🤣. The fourth picture is a picture of the Okaki (Japanese cracker) that was brought by someone, I forgot who it was 😀. The pepper flavor goes well with sake, and I think I'm going to be addicted to it 😇. I'm sorry that we didn't serve them to everyone and only enjoyed them at home even though we brought them with us. 🙇‍♀️

Thank you for participating in the Kurabiraki 🙏1️⃣ 4️⃣ The 105th bottle of this season's Nigorinpic. Kugawata Oyakata, whose figure still looks good in the cellar, was chosen here😇. By the way, this year's sake banquet was a project where we asked everyone to bring their favorite side dish to go with the sake, and everyone brought an amazing amount of food 🤣. We were grateful to receive all the leftover raw food, but we are still enjoying the dry food at home😇. We had just returned to our hometown Shimonoseki, so we had prepared grilled fuku, cubes of grilled sea urchin and grilled fuku, but we were overwhelmed by the amount of food and the gorgeousness of everyone's food 😅. Thank you all very much 🙇‍♀️

If there is any sake that caught your eye or that you are interested in, feel free to choose it and drink it with everyone 😇 The first one to take the lead was my choice for the bouken challenge... I chose this one, which I thought bouken, the heavyweight in the Kansai region, would not be drinking 😀 I had been a volunteer at the Japanese Sake Festival. When I was a volunteer at the Japanese Sake Festival, I heard from the brewery that this was the first time they had opened a booth in Kansai. I was confident that I could succeed in the challenge, but to my surprise, bouken-san had already had it at the Kokusake Fair, so I failed the challenge 🥲. I was also at the Kokusyu Sake Fair but didn't notice 🤣.

It is said to be hard to find, but you can get one or two bottles a month at a local liquor store 😇. Actually, Pon-chan told me before that she had never had this sake before, so I decided to use it as the last sake for the closing ceremony😇.

In fact, Kaorin even called the brewery to negotiate for my birthday sake last year😇. The brewer didn't have it in stock, but she went out of her way to ask the distributors and we managed to get it in our home 😇. Thanks to this connection, Kaorin has become a staple sake in our cellar that we never run out of 😇. Well done, Kaorin!

Kaorin once said in front of a store owner at an outing, "I prefer my student's Hanayuup to my teacher's Jyushiyo" 😇. Well, I guess it's a matter of taste 🤣. We are able to have a stable supply of Hanamup thanks to the fact that there is a store near our house that sells it consistently 😇. This is a matter of my preference, but among Hanamaru's many different sake rice varieties, I personally like this one the best 😀. This time I served it second because it was completely my favorite 😀.

Thank you for joining us at the brewery opening 🙏 1️⃣ I have wanted to hold a drinking party with everyone at our house for a long time, and after consulting with Umaisan, we were finally able to make it happen😇 Thank you Umaisan for being the organizer 🙏. We had a lot of fun planning a drinking party for 14 people, 12 of us and 2 of us together 😀. First of all, we selected 12 bottles here, and we thought we would let everyone choose the remaining few bottles freely 😀. The result... 20 empty bottles and half a bottle 🤣! 1.5 bottles of Yongou per person😇. Still, I was surprised that not a single person got bad drunk 🤣. To start off the fun sake party, we selected Sansho, our family's standard sake toast 😀.

Hexagon-san, which I purchased last October, had been aging in ice temperature in my sake cellar for a long time with the intention of drinking it on Kaorin's birthday 😀. August 23rd was Kaorin's 5○years old...excuse me...8○years old birthday, so we opened the bottle 😀. It was rod 1266 out of 1817 bottles 😇. We took a sip and both of us shouted how delicious it was at the same time 😇. Actually, the birthday celebration was postponed for one day because the members of the Kansai branch of Sake-no-wa were scheduled to visit our house on the next day, the 24th, so there was no cake and no presents for the birthday celebration 🤣. I didn't want to post anything about my father or his birthday before the party because I didn't want to make you guys feel uncomfortable 🤣. Of course, I'm going to make Kaorin's birthday celebration sake with you all😇.
