Today I participated in a brewery tour at Otters 😀 I've been to quite a few breweries in the past.
I've had the opportunity to see the brewing process of many breweries, and I must say that it's amazing how well they manage the brewery and take detailed data on each tank to ensure that there is no variation in taste 😀.
After the tour, while we were tasting the sake, a person who had recently visited Osaka for the Yamaguchi Sake Fair came to greet us.
I told him that even I can always tell which brand Otters are the best, and he said that from my point of view, there is still a lot of pre-tasting to do 😅...
Later the store owner asked me if I knew our brewery head ❓😅😅😅😅.
Otters don't have a master brewer, but he is the head brewer who is like the master brewer and is said to have the tongue of God within the company🤣.
Sorry for being rude 🙇.
As an apology, I bought not the usual Otters, but a limited edition sake called "Noboromon" which was brewed by a team of two young men responsible for the Yamaguchi limited edition blue 😀.

Hi Yasbay 🐦.
Looks like you enjoyed your brewery tour 😊👍
Otter, I see that you can tour the brewery! I'm curious to know how they make their delicious sake that is not blurred in my opinion all year round 👀.

Hi, Pon-chan 😀
I am currently on the shinkansen returning from Iwakuni 😀.
You can visit Otters by prior reservation 😀.
Mr. Sohuji said that the taste is still blurred and he wants to keep evolving without blurring 😇.
God's tongue, awesome 🤣.
