Timeline
ヤスベェFirst time drinking at Japanese Sake Festival Osaka ③.
This is Okuhida-san, which I really got for the first time 😀.
The first green sparkling sake was quite tasty, but the one that surprised me the most was this Tokujun Hi-ire 😇.
The nuance of the flavor was more like Jungin than Tokujun 😀 It had the flavor of rice, but also had the taste of rice.
The overall flavor was cohesive while still having the deliciousness of rice 😀.
I heard that this sake is also available in a raw type, but unfortunately it was not exhibited this time 🤣.
But I would like to taste the raw version again 😀. TakashiHi Yasube, 😊I've only had it about 4 times, but I like the first green a lot 🥳.
It's good both fire-roasted and fresh 😋.
I've had it about 4 times 🜸 but the raw one is even better (personally), so please give it a try 🥰. ヤスベェGood evening, Takashi 😀 Thank you for the information 🙏.
Thank you for the information 🙏.
I guess I was right after all 😇
I'd love to visit the brewery during the nama-shu season 😀 I've promised the brewery that I'll visit them too 🤣.
I have promised the brewery that I will visit them too 🤣. ヤスベェJapanese Sake Fest Osaka first time drinking (2)
The first booth to have a big line up every time was Saku-san's booth 😅.
Of course I've had Saku-san many times, but this is actually my first time to try their impression series 🤣.
This is fire-brewed ❓🤣.
It's surprisingly fresh and delicious 😀.
This time they brought Impression's M and G. I preferred the M more 😇.
This is a drink I would like to drink at home slowly 😀. ma-ki-Hello, Yasbay!
Volunteer staff on the first day and two of you as guests on the second day - great sake activities as always 😁✨✨!
Saku-sama's IMPRESSION really is a delicious sake 😋! ヤスベェGood evening, ma-ki-chan 😀
When I started sakéwa 3 years ago, I used to drink a lot of saké and kaze no mori, but since I got to know a lot of saké through sakéwa, the number of saké I want to drink has increased and I haven't been able to drink both lately 😅. ヤスベェFirst time drinking at the Japanese Sake Festival Osaka Series (1)
Last Saturday and Sunday, I participated in our family's annual Japanese Sake Festival 😀.
In the summer, I participated as a volunteer staff for both days, but Kaorin, who participated as a guest on Sunday, complained that it was no fun unless we drank together, so this time I participated as a volunteer staff only on Saturday and as a guest with Kaorin on Sunday 🤣.
I took Kaorin to greet the brewers at the booths of Gobashi, Taido, Akita Meizou, Mie-no-Kanmei, and others that I have known for a long time, and then we started tasting 😇.
Even the volunteer staff could do a few tastings, but on Saturday I was in charge of following up with volunteers who were helping multiple breweries, so I could only taste and sample the sake from my brewery so that I could explain the flavors 🤣.
Since there were no restrictions on this day, I mainly picked up sake that I hadn't tasted yet🤣.
First of all, Adachi Nozou brewery who has been making craft sake in Takatsuki city complex for a while now 😀.
This is their first time participating in the Japanese Sake Festival 😀.
All the sakes were interesting and full of ideas that are typical of craft sake 😀.
I found this lychee especially good at reproducing the taste of lychee😇.
I decided to buy a coke to create a buzz... small bottle 😅. ポンちゃんHi Yasbaye 🐦.
I'm glad you enjoyed the day event a lot 😊I'm also interested in this place and would like to visit this warehouse! I would love to have a coke 😆👍. ヤスベェHi Pon 😀
The second day was dedicated to having fun😇
Actually, we also tasted cola, but we hesitated to buy it in a big bottle 😅. Nao888Good evening, Yasbaye🌛I see you also had a stall in Bentencho: ✨️ I was surprised by the lychee when I tasted it at Takashimaya, so I don't remember the others, but there's also cola 😳I'd love to try it, but as expected, I'd have to drink a small bottle first😅. ヤスベェGood evening, Nao888 😀
Adachi-san was my first time at the Japanese Sake Festival 😀.
I went to Takashimaya, but I missed it then 😅.
I tasted the cola and could taste it, but I dared to buy it in a small bottle to create a buzz 🤣.

The person in charge of Shijikizuru-san was in front of the booth.
He was giving some kind of explanation and we decided to wait 🤗.
Hmmm... Umeshu and sake...
My turn came 😁.
⚫︎Shimeharihari Tsuru Jun
It has a crisp taste that is typical of Niigata 😙.
It has a thin, soft sweetness that makes it easy to drink 😄.
⚫︎Umeshu
I'm not used to drinking plum wine 🥃.
They make it with plums, sugar and sake 🤔.
It seems to have a strong sweetness and a thick flavor that is perfect for sipping 😁.
⚫︎ plum wine Shimejirizuru Junwari
The person in charge said, "Please leave half of the plum wine. The person in charge said, "Please leave half of the plum wine. ❗️
Then what do you think⁉️
The sweetness was reduced and the balance of sweetness became superb 😳.
This is easier than drinking those sweet sake 🤔...
Rough trick of splitting the sake with Shimehari Tsuru, as expected from Shimehari Tsuru 😆.
As the first part of the event came to an end, I had a chance to say hello to the two members of Sake-no-wa and left the venue 🚶.
This is the end of my post on the Japanese Sake Festival 🤗. ichiro18Hi Hiro 😃
There are so many ways to drink Shimebazuru 😳I'm very interested in Shimebazuru because I enjoyed the Shimebazuru Autumn Sake I had before 🥰 You drank a lot in one day at this Japanese Sake festival too 🥰. さしゅーGood evening, Hiro 😊Sejibarizuru plum wine with sake! It's a rough trick indeed, but it's delicious! I'll try it next time! ヒロGood evening, ichiro18 😃.
Mr. Shimeharihizuru was a quintessential example. I was going to revolutionize the industry by showing the new frontier of Umeshu sake with Sake ❗️ and I interpreted it in my own way because I drink too much alcohol 🤣. ヒロGood evening, Mr. Sashu 😃.
I heard the trick is "because the plum wine is made with sake". I heard that plum wine made with shochu does not taste good when mixed with sake 🤔Please note 😌. ヒロ☀️

⚫︎ Saku Masanochi Nakadori
There was a huge line at the beginning of the festival, so we tried to get it at the end when it was empty 😚.
The sweetness of the sake makes you feel relaxed ☺️
The bitter taste comes out later, but the aroma is softly wafting and leaves a lingering aftertaste.
I thought "Nakatori" was different from the others 🥰.
⚫︎ Keishin Koshigaraku
The rice used for this sake is called "Koshigaraku.
Sweet and sour like apple🍎 with a little carbonation and a tangy tongue 🫧.
⚫︎ blazing manzan nigori
It is refreshing and light for a nigori 😙.
⚫︎ Moe Ina Ippozumi
This is also a brand name of Blazing Man.
The main flavors are umami and bitterness, but the aftertaste is refreshing 😙.
It is refreshing and easy to drink 🧐.
Ippozumi" is made from rice grown in their own fields 🌾. ma-ki-Good morning, Hiro-san!
The Saku-sama Masa Nakadori is really beautiful, fragrant, and has a delightfully smooth taste 🤤.
It's good to be able to enjoy a lot of sake at the event 😁✨✨. ヒロGood evening, ma-ki 😃.
You're right, it was delicious 🥰 and I'm glad I was able to drink it 😆.
Events are fun because you can drink a lot of things at once, but I tend to drink too much 🤣. ヒロ☀️
The 12th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower🍶.
⚫︎Takayuu
When you hear the word "extremely spicy", you don't have to be a master of spicy sake to be interested in it 🤗.
When I tried it, it was indeed very spicy 🥵.
It kind of makes my tongue tingle 💉.
It tries to cover it up with bitterness, but the tingling persists 💉.
⚫︎ Taido Kame no O Hiyoroshi
It is clean & clear with umami and bitterness.
There is a sense of being soaked through 🫠.
⚫︎Yamazakuromo
This is also dry and clear😙.
It has a slightly bitter taste.
⚫︎ Iori
It was described as a refreshingly fruity Yumachi, but it's hard to say if it can be called refreshing as it still has a slightly ricey 🌾 feel 🤔.
There is also a slight bitterness, so even though it is closer to fruity, it is a sensation that has not been swept away 🧐. ヒロ☀️
The 12th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower🍶.
⚫︎ Hamafukutsuru CRAFKAN
This is a sake for warming up, created by young employees in a serious attempt to create a sake that goes well with warmed sake 🍶♨️
Start with room temperature. ♨️
It is slightly sweet, but has a strong mouthfeel.
Next, warmed sake♨️
The strong mouthfeel disappears and it's really refreshing 😳.
It goes down your throat easily and flows into your body 😊.
When I told the guy at the booth that it would go well with Japanese food like grilled fish 🐟, he gave me a big smile and said "that's exactly what I was thinking 😁" 😆.
I'm glad we can agree on the pairing 🥰.
⚫︎ Hamafukutsuru Junmai Daiginjo
It won an award🏆 but was completely eclipsed by the heated sake 😓.
If only CRAFKAN wasn't here 😇
⚫︎ Mie no Kanmei Gen.
So called fruity taste with decent sweetness and umami 😊.
I think it's a standard taste in sake for gold medal 🤔.
⚫︎ Mie-no-Kanbai
This one is different, dry.
It has a stoic throat 😎.
The description says it has been reborn with a mellow taste, but I thought it might not be mellow... 😌 one day at a Japanese sake festival. ぺっかーるHello, Hiro-san!
Thanks for your hard work! You drank a lot!
I look back at your review and think "I see, I did! It was a fun event, wasn't it? ヒロGood evening, Mr. Pekkar 😃.
Thanks for your hard work. I looked back at the photos and saw that you drank quite a bit 😅 You drank too much gun on site 🤣.
It was a good time to drink and talk with many people 🤗 ヒロ☀️
The 12th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower🍶.
I looked back at my photos and I drank quite a bit😅.
Some of my notes are not so good, so I'll mainly post the drinks I remember 😆.
⚫︎ Sachihime
It's a sake from Saga prefecture and I'm drinking it for the first time 🍶.
I can tell from the romanization that it is read as "Sachihime Egushi" 🧐.
It has a light sweetness and a slight astringency. It has a light sweetness and a slight astringency. Unlike Nabeshima and Shichida, also from Saga, it does not have a thick flavor 🤔.
I learned one thing about this kind of sake in Saga: ❗️
⚫︎ comet
It uses apple yeast 🍎.
It has a strong acidity and a little sweetness.
It is like ripe apples🍎.
⚫︎Gohashi
This sake has a refreshing impression with sweetness and slight bitterness 🍶.
⚫︎ Okuhida Shiboritate Nama Sake
It is a raw sake with 17% alcohol by volume.
It has sweetness and umami with a slight minerality.
The slight acidity assists the crispness and allows you to continue drinking without becoming sluggish😙.
It is the perfect image for a long autumn evening 🌙.

Yasubeyesan and Pekkaaru have already posted about this event, but I was able to meet Yasubeyesan and Umaumaiyesan😄.
After arriving at the venue, I was walking around drinking to see if Yasubeyesan was there ...... and drinking was never my priority 😤.
I was at the Shikai Kai O booth when I had had a lot to drink 😳.
⚫︎Shikai-O
Yasube poured me a drink 😆.
I am honored ❗️
The sweetness and umami are well balanced. It was well balanced and easy to drink like the middle of Ginjo-shu.
After talking with Yasubeyesan for a bit, he told me that Umaumai-san was also working there, so I went to greet him at the booth he was in charge of 😌.
When we were getting our drinks, Yasubeyesan introduced us 🙏.
⚫︎Koumu
Mr. Umaumai poured it for me 😆.
I am honored ❗️
The sweetness and umami are strong, but it goes down your throat smoothly. It has a bitter taste at the end that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it 😚.
We only had a short time to talk because both of you were at work, but we hope to have a chance to talk with you again 😌.
Thank you very much 🙇♂️ ポンちゃんHi Hiro 🐦.
I see you went to the Japanese Sake festival! I'm glad you made it from far away😊and met the members of sakewa safely😆👍I remember the thrill of meeting you and I'm enjoying watching you 😊. ヒロHi Pon 😃
Yes, I am a member of the group and I am a member of the group! I joined because of the timing of the Masamune check and other plans 😁.
I was drinking a lot, so I wasn't nervous even though it was nice to meet you 😅.
Thanks again for connecting with us at Sake no Wa 🙏. ma-ki-Hello, Hiro-san!
I was surprised to see your post when I saw that you were also at the Japanese Sake Festival 😲.
You are a quintessential sake vitality 😲.
It's great to see the exchange of sakéwa is expanding 😁✨✨. ヒロGood evening, ma-ki-😃.
Yes, I'm here! I went to Osaka for the sake festival + many other things + hunting 😆.
Sakewa exchange was expanded and the pleasure of drinking sake was expanded 😁.
I'd like to go to the soba restaurant for example sometime 😆. ヤスベェGood morning, Hiro-san 😀
I was so surprised to see Hiro-san unexpectedly appear that I had to ask him where he lives 🤣.
Since Hiro-san is a man of action, I'm sure he will come to Kansai again, but please contact me in advance 🙏. ヒロGood morning, Yasbay 😃.
Good timing as I had other plans besides the festival 😄I'm glad we had a chance to talk before I got tongue-tied and drunk 😆I'll let you know in advance if I'm coming over there again 😌. とよちAs you can see in the picture, the sake was fresh, sweet, refreshing and easy to drink 🍶. ヤスベェToday I participated in the Japanese Sake Festival Osaka as a volunteer staff member 😀 I was in charge of supporting sake breweries this time.
This time I was in charge of supporting sake breweries, but I was also in charge of supporting other volunteer staff and visited many breweries, so I couldn't do tastings in a relaxed manner 🤣.
But I was happy to meet many of my fellow sake brewers, including some I hadn't met before 😇.
Besides, Kaorin and I will be attending tomorrow as customers, so I'm looking forward to that time 🤣.
I also had a chance to meet Mr. Nakama Touji from Itsukashi 😀.
He sent me to Kinukan Kuromatsu and took a picture of me wearing Kinukan Kuromatsu's happi coat.
It seems that the breweries in Iwakuni are all getting along well with each other 😀. ヒロGood evening, Yasbay 😃.
Thank you for your time today, even though you are at work. 🙇♂️ I hope we can talk again soon.
Thanks for volunteering today. Enjoy your drinks to the fullest tomorrow 😄. ぺっかーるGood morning, Yasbay!
Thank you very much for your visit yesterday!
Your "Ask me about Japanese sake" sashes looked great on you!
Please enjoy today to the fullest! ヤスベェHi Hiro 😀
It was a pleasure to meet you yesterday😇
But when I heard that you are Hiro-san, I was surprised to know why you are in Osaka 🤣.
We didn't have much time to talk, but I hope to see you again sometime 🙏. ヤスベェBetsukaru, thank you for calling on me yesterday 🙏.
I was told by the management staff to put a tusk on you 😅.
I hope to have a chance to talk about alcohol again sometime 😀.
I look forward to working with you 🙇. Nao888Good morning, Yasube-san 🌞Thank you for your hard work as a volunteer staff ☺️ I knew the Japanese sake festival would be fun 🤤I'm sorry I couldn't make it because of my schedule 🥲Please let me know if you become a toji-san ✨️ ポンちゃんThank you for your hard work as a volunteer staff 💦, Yasubeyesan!
I can see the hospitality of Yasubeyesan, who is always full of service 😊It was fun to see Hiro and Pekkaar-san at the meeting 😊. ヤスベェNao888, good evening 😀
It's good to have fun doing staff sometimes😇
If you make it a job, you won't be able to enjoy sake as much as you should 🤣.
I had a chance to talk to a lot of brewery staff this time too and they are all great people😇. ヤスベェGood evening, Pon 😀
This time I had another first meeting with new sakewa friends and I enjoyed it even more😇.
Sake friends are all wonderful people 😇 ルテルテミYasbay, thank you for your hard work on Saturday 😊and thank you for taking time out of your precious break time 🙇 I had a lot of fun and liked many of your drinks 😆. ヤスベェHi Lutertemi 😀
Thank you for your time here 🙇.
I hope you enjoyed the drinks I tried to show you some interesting drinks other than the ones you had been drinking before 😀. のりたまGood evening Yasube, thank you for your hard work as a volunteer staff member. It was my first time to participate as a volunteer at a Japanese sake festival, but I enjoyed it and I will participate again when I can 😄 I am glad to hear that you enjoyed various drinks the next day as well 😊. ヤスベェGood evening, Mr. Noritama 😀
Thank you for your hard work as a volunteer staff 😀.
This was my 5th time, and every time I do it, I look forward to the next one 😇.
If you are going to participate next time, please give us a call 😀 We are looking forward to it 😀.
I'm looking forward to it 😀. とよちThe sake I had at the Japanese Sake Fest was my #1 sake 🍶.
Everything was perfect ‼️
I'm going to buy this one too and enjoy it at home 😆. とよちSake from Chiba 🍶.
I was wary of this sake because it was made with Yamahai, but it had a completely different taste, fruity and very easy to drink 😊.
I bought it without a second thought: ‼️ とよちA little habitual? Is it rice?
It's dry and ends up gutsy 🍶. とよちIt comes in sweet and smooth, with a clean aftertaste and easy to drink 🍶. とよちIt is an easy to drink sake with a sweet mouthfeel and a spicy aftertaste. とよちThis sake is dry, refreshing and easy to drink 🍶.
It is also inexpensive and perfect for home drinking! とよちParticipated in the Japanese Sake Festival 🍶.
I drank the first one 😆.
It was gassy, sweet and spicy with a clean aftertaste 🤲. ma-ki-Toyochi-san Japanese sake festival is good 🎵Saku-sama's impressionG my favorite sake 😋Please enjoy 🤗 とよちThanks for the comment 😊
Drinking became more of a priority than commenting during the course of the day and I drank a lot but couldn't keep up 💦. ヤスベェToday I received this sake as a thank you for being a volunteer staff member at the Summer Japanese Sake Fest 😀.
The sake is quite dry for our family 😅➕7😅.
I was afraid to take a sip, but after a moment of the strong sake taste slipping through, it was followed by a delicious umami taste, and then the acidity kicked in😇.
If it's this dry, I like it too 😀.
Of course, Kaorin was fine too 🤣. ヒロGood morning, Yasubeyesan 😃.
I remember drinking this brewery's Takasago before and being surprised at how light it was despite being a Yamahai 😄.
I remember it was one of the sake that changed my image of Yamahai because of its light taste 😌. Nao888Good morning, Yasubeyesan 🌞I was surprised to see the same brand because I thought Kiyamasa was the name of Takasago 😳I would never drink Yamahai Junmai Dry 😅I'll have to try it to understand 😅✨️ ヤスベェHi Hiro, good evening 😀
I would never choose sake myself unless it was a thank you gift for volunteering 🤣.
Sake that I wouldn't have chosen for myself, such as hanpukai or gifts, expands my world of sake😇. ヤスベェGood evening, Nao888!
I also thought Takasago-san was another brand of Jikin-san, but when I looked it up, it seems there are many brands of Takasago-san 😅.
I would never choose Yamahai Junmai Dryguchi myself 😅. ヤスベェThank you for participating in the brewery opening 🙏1️⃣ 3️⃣
After the 12+1 bottles of Yasubeyesque selection, it's time to choose your own sake from the cellar and fridge 😀.
If there is any sake that caught your eye or that you are interested in, feel free to choose it and drink it with everyone 😇
The first one to take the lead was my choice for the bouken challenge... I chose this one, which I thought bouken, the heavyweight in the Kansai region, would not be drinking 😀 I had been a volunteer at the Japanese Sake Festival.
When I was a volunteer at the Japanese Sake Festival, I heard from the brewery that this was the first time they had opened a booth in Kansai.
I was confident that I could succeed in the challenge, but to my surprise, bouken-san had already had it at the Kokusake Fair, so I failed the challenge 🥲.
I was also at the Kokusyu Sake Fair but didn't notice 🤣. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
