I was torn between Sakuta, Kouko and Aradama and bought this one.
There were so many sake that Nemuchi and I had never seen before, so we were struggling with them left and right in front of the fridge 🤣.
I wish I had walked right and left a little more because we got hit by a terrible storm 🌀⛈️ after we left the store 🤣.
This is the first time I'm drinking Aradama at home.
It felt slightly gassy and like a syrup of cherries and anmitsu. It's like a combination of a refreshing watery feeling and a solid drinking experience. It was better than I expected 😋. ヤスベェGood evening, bouken 😀
In my case it was a forced hanpukai from Sukumasa and the moment I drank it I said I was lucky 🤣.

It says it's too sweet for your liking, but I don't think it's that sweet. Just the right amount of sweetness. Low alcohol, but not light and drinkable.
I have an image that Kudokyuu has a gaseous taste even when it is hi-iru, but I didn't feel any gaseous taste in this one.
The price is about 2,400 yen for this specs, so it's cosy!

I was very curious about Hakutsuru-nishiki because I haven't had a chance to drink it 😢😊Kudokitate is a 30% polished sake and I like the feeling of drinking it even though it's beautiful ❣️ I will enjoy it this year... ヤスベェI still remember having a conversation with my hanpukai friend Maru-san at a recent Kansai offline meeting about how the only sake that stood out was Yukiojin, and what it tasted like🤣.
Of course this was my first time drinking Aradama and I would never have picked it up if it wasn't from the hanpukai 😅.
My impression was that it was a clean and refreshing sake with an unexpectedly robust taste😇.
Kaorin says... it's as refreshing as water, and while it's delicious, it doesn't interfere with food 😀.

I'm not sure how long I've been participating in Sukumasa's hanpukai compared to Maru's, but that's kind of how I feel 😇.
Most of the first sakes I drank recently were from this hanpukai 😇 ヤスベェToday, we had leftover meat from yesterday's dinner, so we had this Ichibakusuisei, which I think is the closest to dry sake in our family of sweet and umami sake lovers 😇.
As expected, it is a little dry for our family, who like sweet and umami, but I think it is umami for other people 😀.

I usually pair my meat with sparkling wine, but sometimes I pair it with a strong umami sake 😀.

We started from Eigenji temple in Yokaichi, Shiga and then went to Hyakusaiji temple, Kongorinji temple and Saimyoji temple, which are called Koto Sanzan, and from there to Taga Taisha shrine🤣.
I underestimated it, but the data on my apple watch was over 30km🤣.
I managed to make it home in a quandary😅.
I asked Kaorin what she wanted to drink today and she said 💕sweet sake, so I chose Kijoshu 😀.

According to the map, the tour was supposed to be 20km, but all of Koto Sanzan are mountain temples and there were steep slopes and steep stone steps from the entrance gate to the main hall, which was more than 1km, so it was an unexpectedly long distance 😅.

First of all, the night before my birthday, we will be having our family's standard toast sake, Sansho-san 😀.
Today's Sake is Yamadanishiki Rokunosozo, which I had carefully stored in the sake cellar for this day 😀.
This time we also compared this sake with one that had been brought to room temperature 😀.
The basic taste was almost the same at room temperature and chilled, but it tastes better chilled because you can't taste the fizzy chirichiri-ness that is unique to Sansho 😇.

The first time I drank this sake was when a friend of mine from school in Kumamoto

The sake that was brought to room temperature for tasting practice and the sake that was chilled were both delicious, though in different directions 😀.
The one at room temperature had a powerful fruit flavor with a gorgeous Jun Dai aroma 😀.
And the chilled one, after entering the mouth, the taste of quality fruit that is not too strong runs around the entrance of the throat in a circular motion and then it finishes 😀.

This one has the delicious rice flavor that is typical of Manzaku no Hana. But it also has a sourness and a sweetness that is so dolce, it's delicious 😋.

Thankfully, since I started visiting Sukumasa once a month for their hanpukai, I never run out of San-Do sake 😀 I can always have my favorite sake waiting for me.

Actually, this sake is from the same store as Maru-san's and from the same hanpukai.
From the label design, I imagined it was a fully ripe banana from Ouizumo-san that I drank last year, but after hearing Maru-san's comment, I was prepared to open the bottle to find that it was a very tough banana 🤣.
Today's hot pot was kimchi nabe, and thanks to the spiciness of the kimchi and Maru's comment, I could taste the strong ripe banana flavor behind the strong flavor😇.

Next time you have a chance to drink it, please pair it with a spicy dish like kimchi nabe, I think you will be able to taste the slightly old and brown banana flavor deep inside the sake 🤣.

Following the pineapple taste of yesterday's multi-acid yeast Akirika-san, the Rinko acid of No. 77 gives it a fruitiness 😀.
I compared it with the one that was brought to room temperature for tasting, and I felt more apple when it was brought to room temperature 😀.
In its chilled state, it felt more like a wine 😀.

Slightly effervescent and juicy. The top aroma is pineapple. When you drink it, it smells and tastes like pineapple. Slight bitterness in the second half. The overall taste is beautiful, perhaps because it is highly refined. It is sweet enough, but the sweetness is mild among Kangiku.

Actually, after reading J&N's post the other day, I wanted to buy a bottle of Ippouki nigori, so I went to Sakai City to buy some, but they only had one bottle, so I gave up and bought Ippouki Sumi Sake, but I was disappointed, so I bought Yamori's Origara-mi together with it 😇😇.
It was a winner. 🙆♂️
The ogara-mi by Yamori is also halfway delicious 😀.
The Hana-Sakura I drank yesterday tasted almost the same whether it was the top clear, nigorashi or chilled nigorashi at room temperature, but this YAMORI has different tastes, each with its own characteristics, but they all tasted delicious 😀.
The best one was the mixed nigori at room temperature 😀.
By the way, I also tried Hana-Sakura on the rocks, which was also delicious because it had a strong flavor and there was little difference in temperature 😇.

Slightly effervescent with a beautiful sweet flavor. Not too sweet and perfectly balanced. I feel that drinkability and robust strength coexist well.
