I wanted to drink a nigori type sake for the first time in a while, so I opened a bottle of Yamazan's light nigori 😀.
This Usu-Nigori is a really thin nigori😇
There was no automatic stirring and I was able to take the supernatant and the mixture properly, but it doesn't look much different 🤣.
But the taste was quite different and surprising 🤣.
The supernatant sake has a strong umami and fruity taste, but the mixed sake has a more complex umami taste and tastes even better 😀.
In my opinion, Shinshu Kamerei is still my favorite Nagano sake, but Yamasan and Mikotsuru are competing for the second and third place.
Sake from Shinshu is really delicious after all 😀.

Good evening, Mr. Yasube.
Yamasan, Shirakiku-ya handles them 😳
I didn't know 💦.
I want to go there but it's too far from any station😅.

Good evening, bouken!
When several new Yamazan dealers opened in Kansai, Shirakikuya also started dealing with them😇.
I always walk there from Hankyu Sojiji Temple🤣.

Good evening, Yasube!
I'm very interested in this nigori sake because many of the reviews seem to be very tasty 🎵.
I haven't had the nigori from Yamazan yet, so I'd love to try it if the timing is right 🤤.
Sake from Shinshu is really delicious 😋.

Good morning, ma-ki-san!
Yamazan was one of the hard-to-find sake in Kansai, but thanks to the new distributors in Kyoto and Osaka Takatsuki, it is now available if you try hard enough 😇.
