forget-me-nots This is also the sake I brought to the Kansai Year-End Party of Sake-no-Wa 😀 I heard that this sake is exported and will no longer be distributed in Japan from next year. I heard that this sake is for export and will no longer be distributed in Japan from next year, so I brought it to the party to share the last sake with everyone 🤣 I didn't expect to have 4 bottles including the limited edition sake from the brewery. I was surprised that there were 4 bottles of Shinshu Kamerei in the Kansai region 🤣. Next time, I'll have to choose more carefully so that we don't get the same 😅.

I forgot to mention it 😀 Here are the drinks I brought to the year-end party at Sake-no-wa in Kansai 😀. I was so drunk at the last party that I couldn't even upload the drinks I brought, so this time I only took pictures at home beforehand 🤣. When I went back to my hometown Shimonoseki in September I bought this sake when I visited Nagayama Shuzo, the brewer of Yamazaru 😇. Nagayama Shuzo is a very friendly and helpful brewery, and they asked us to pour our favorite sake as much as we wanted. I won't go into my impressions of the taste since everyone has already written about it, but the heated sake we were able to drink was delicious since Maru-san had brought his own sake warmer 😀. I'm looking forward to the next time I visit a sake brewery to get some limited edition sake for my next drinking session 😀.

I was very curious about this sake, but I couldn't find it, so I told Kyukura-san that I wanted to try it, and he brought it all the way from Shiga to the year-end party in Kansai😇. The other day I heard the news that a liquor store near our house has started handling a new sake that has been the talk of the town in the Kansai sakéwai world😇. In particular. Aladdin-san was very enthusiastic about it, so I decided that I had to go to this liquor store because it was close to our house 😀 I visited this liquor store with Kaorin for the first time. I was surprised to know that there was such a liquor store nearby, but what surprised me even more was that everyone in Kansai Sake-no-Wa knew of such a store 😇. It was my first time to try Miyanomatsu sake, and it was a very tasty sake with a strong flavor 😀. It went well with the mushroom and pork nabe we had today 😀. I was also surprised that they were kind enough to let me take a picture of them even though it was my first time visiting the store 😇. Kaze no Mori's selection of sake was also very attractive, and I now have another favorite liquor store 😀.

We currently have 2 liquor stores that have received sake from the hanpukai 😀. Yesterday's Aradama was from Sukumasa's hanpukai, and this one came from Kadoya's hanpukai 😀. I felt it was from the same lineage as yesterday's Aradama, but I felt Ona's was clearer 😀. For me, I prefer Ona's sake.

I still had some money left over for this year's hometown tax payment, so I decided to go all the way to Saga Prefecture, where I worked for a year during my last job 😀. Then I remembered that Maru-san, who has always been a good friend of mine, was offering a comparison of Kibotsu Tsuru from Saga, and when I looked at the Kiyama-cho page, there it was 😇. I compared Argo with Bucu, which I bought at Tomikunishiki in Hyogo Prefecture, where I visited the other day 😀. As expected of Sakegawa, both Argo and Bucu are registered brands 🎉. Hi, Pon-chan 😀 Trick or treat 😇 My family prefers nigori and orikara anyway, but this sake was more to our liking this time😇 Celebrating Halloween with sake is also a good thing 🙆.

Hi ma-ki-san 😀 I'm really enjoying tasting the seasons in Japan with sake, so I'm always on the lookout for seasonal sake 🤣. Takachiyo-san is a stable taste 😇.

The Dodgers were awesome today😇. Congratulations to Otani and Yoshinobu for being the best in the world: ㊗️ The whole Japan is in a happy mood, but the truth is that today is the day for kids to get candy and joy... Halloween 😀. We prepared two kinds of takachiyos for Halloween this year 😀. First, we will start with the flat milled rice orikarami😇 It's definitely delicious 😀 I am happy to celebrate Halloween with this sake again this year😇

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀 We don't have fancy dress in our house, so we got a bottle of alcohol to dress up as 🤣. I'm so happy for Otani and Yoshinobu 😀. Yesterday was more World Series than Halloween 🤣.

Today's sake is a Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate Nama-shu from the same company, Kido 😀. I think both the hiyaoroshi (hiyaoshi) and the nama shiboritate (nama shiboritate) would probably feel the same if they were drunk separately and it would be hard to tell the difference 😇 This time I opened the bottles at the same time according to the toji's words, so even my stupid tongue could tell the difference 😅. As for me, I preferred the younger and more energetic freshly pressed sake 😇. Of course, you had to drink them together to see the difference 🤣.

Good evening, Yasube! There are many ways to drink sake, but the way recommended by the toji who made it seems to be the definite way! I might not compare hiyaoroshi and freshly squeezed sake unless it is recommended 🤔. I'm glad you enjoyed Kido: ☺️

Good morning, Yasubeyesan😃I see you already have the new sake! I'm impressed ✨and what an expert ✨you've got the communicative ability to get such recommendations from the brewery staff 😊.

Hi Aladdin 😀 I don't think there are many breweries that sell both hiyaoroshi and shiboritate at the same time ❓🤣. I was told that the sake rice, Gohyakumangoku, is better this year😇.

Hi, Wakata 😀 Every time Kido has a rice planting and harvesting event, there is a BBQ party at the end of the event😇. It's a very fun event where you can have a drink and talk about all sorts of things 😀.

Hi Yasubeyesan 🐦. This is a great drinking comparison that can only be done at this time of the year✨and if it is recommended by the toji, I would definitely do it😊I held back this Shiboritate this year💦I would like to compare next year!

Good evening, Pon-chan 😀 The toji recommended comparing hiyaoroshi and shiboritate, but another recommendation was to compare it with shiboritate from the second tank that comes out at the end of November 😀. You can still drink it 😀.

Yasube, that's a good idea too! It seems to raise the bar more than the difference between hiya oroshi and hiya oroshi 😂 If that's what the toji says, then maybe it's interesting 😊.

The other day, when I participated in the rice harvesting at the brewery in Kido, Mr. Shibata told me to compare this season's hiyaoroshi and new shiboritate, so on my way home from the brewery, I stopped by Heiwa Shuzo's antenna store at Wakayama City Station and bought hiyaoroshi and the first shiboritate. So today we are going to compare them. I started with the hiyaoroshi first 😀. The mellowness of the hiyaoroshi was more mellow than the junmai ginjo I usually drink 😀. Kido's hiyaoroshi was mellow and delicious 😇

Good morning, Yasube-san 😃! I'm sure you will be able to taste the taste of the Kido that was recommended to you by the master of the brewery 🤗I'd like to taste the umami when I get settled 😋.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀 The toji-san told me to compare the taste between the first freshly squeezed one and the second one that comes out at the end of November, as the taste will be different.

Kaorin said she was going to grill the meat she left over from yesterday, so we decided to go with an active nigori type today as well and chose Naraman's orikarami. This is the second nigori type following Mikotsuru's active nigori from yesterday, but it's the one for meat, after all. I chose Sanzu-san for grilled meat, but if I want to pair it with grilled seasoned meat, I would choose a strong active nigori type 😇. Yesterday's nigori was also delicious, but I felt that the more robust flavor of Naraman-san was better😇. Of course, I think this difference is a matter of personal preference 😀.

Hi Yasbay 🐦. This looks delicious! There are many types of nigori, so it's very helpful when you write about it like this 😻 I want to go to Kadoya-san 😂.

Good evening, Pon-chan 😀 I vote for Miko-chan for everyday drinking, but for well-seasoned grilled meat, I vote for Naraman 😀. It's just my personal preference and there is no difference in taste between the two 😇
