Thank you for participating in the brewery opening 🙏1️⃣ 0️⃣ We opened a bottle of this year's featured sake, a special one by SHIHU...Galactic Railroad Night label 😀. I'll spare you the details since Aladdin and bouken have already written about it, but I'm glad I was able to get it because Haretoke, where I usually buy my Purple Space Sake, only had 12 bottles in stock 😇.

Thank you for participating in the brewery opening 🙏 9️⃣ In connection with my hometown in Yamaguchi prefecture, the next sake we opened was Kinjaku 😇. In fact, Kaorin even called the brewery to negotiate for my birthday sake last year😇. The brewer didn't have it in stock, but she went out of her way to ask the distributors and we managed to get it in our home 😇. Thanks to this connection, Kaorin has become a staple sake in our cellar that we never run out of 😇. Well done, Kaorin!

Thank you for participating in the brewery opening 🙏 8️⃣ This year's Nigorinpik 105th bottle 🤣. Here again is our family's favorite pattern of comparison, drinking nigori sake 😀. This one is the standard nigori sake in our house, Wakamusume's light nigori, but we chose a light nigori with a cute summer label instead of the usual subdued label😇.

Miyanomatsu in Saga brews some pretty interesting nigori, which has been my favorite lately😇. I think pink nigori sake from Aizan is also interesting 🤣.

Junmai Daiginjyo super dry is not a choice we have in our house at all, but I thought it would be a good idea not to get tired of drinking it 😀. The contrast between the cute label and the robust taste was interesting 😀.

Thank you for participating in the brewery opening 🙏 2️⃣ Hanamup is another staple sake in our house 😀. Kaorin once said in front of a store owner at an outing, "I prefer my student's Hanayuup to my teacher's Jyushiyo" 😇. Well, I guess it's a matter of taste 🤣. We are able to have a stable supply of Hanamup thanks to the fact that there is a store near our house that sells it consistently 😇. This is a matter of my preference, but among Hanamaru's many different sake rice varieties, I personally like this one the best 😀. This time I served it second because it was completely my favorite 😀.

Thank you for joining us at the brewery opening 🙏 1️⃣ I have wanted to hold a drinking party with everyone at our house for a long time, and after consulting with Umaisan, we were finally able to make it happen😇 Thank you Umaisan for being the organizer 🙏. We had a lot of fun planning a drinking party for 14 people, 12 of us and 2 of us together 😀. First of all, we selected 12 bottles here, and we thought we would let everyone choose the remaining few bottles freely 😀. The result... 20 empty bottles and half a bottle 🤣! 1.5 bottles of Yongou per person😇. Still, I was surprised that not a single person got bad drunk 🤣. To start off the fun sake party, we selected Sansho, our family's standard sake toast 😀.

Hexagon-san, which I purchased last October, had been aging in ice temperature in my sake cellar for a long time with the intention of drinking it on Kaorin's birthday 😀. August 23rd was Kaorin's 5○years old...excuse me...8○years old birthday, so we opened the bottle 😀. It was rod 1266 out of 1817 bottles 😇. We took a sip and both of us shouted how delicious it was at the same time 😇. Actually, the birthday celebration was postponed for one day because the members of the Kansai branch of Sake-no-wa were scheduled to visit our house on the next day, the 24th, so there was no cake and no presents for the birthday celebration 🤣. I returned to work on this day, but I was tired from all the work I had to take care of, such as dealing with a tour of the facility by the Osaka Prefectural Police 🤣. The sake that soothed me on such a day was a non-vintage sake from Mie-no-Kanbai. This sake was given to me as a reward for volunteering at the Spring Japanese Sake Festival 😀. The brewery donated a bottle of sake, so we all played rock-paper-scissors-scissors 😀. I'm not usually good at rock-paper-scissors-scissors, but on this day, I was lucky enough to win 😇 The specs are completely undisclosed, but it was brewed as a vintage sake, so it has a rich sweet and umami base that melts away nicely😇. It was a great experience for my body, which is still not in its best shape yet 😀.

This sake was the liquor store's choice that was sent along with the hanpukai sake from Miyajima Sake Shop in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture 😀. I had enjoyed a previous bottle of Kitayasu Okuni's snow storage sake wrapped in newspaper at a local liquor store, but today I would like to taste the differences between the two 😀. The aroma and taste was a fruity sake with a sour and sweet flavor reminiscent of apples and grapes 😀. Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀 I took the liberty of thinking that you two were the first Ona-san on the main road, so I was a bit surprised that the sparkling was the first 🤣. But the Tochigi sparkling was also very good 😀.

Yesterday, we received our Junsei Supporter's sake from Tomihisaiki. Since we became a Junsei supporter this year, we will receive 2 bottles of Junsei from Tomihiroshiki in 3 batches, and yesterday we received the 3rd batch of Junsei. So I opened the remaining bottle of Junsei that was sent earlier 😀. It was a beautiful Junmai Daiginjyo with a slight taste of lactic acidity, which is typical of a sake made from the traditional sake brewing method, and it brought out the best flavor. It is a beautiful junmai daiginjo with a slight lactic acidity taste that is typical of the sake 😀 It is a sake that is similar in taste to the Kido and Takumi sake we had together, but with more strength😇.

When I went to Fushimi this spring, I went into a liquor store that mainly sells Fushimi sake and has a corner shop and bought this sake because I was curious to compare the sake 😀. Of course, this is my first time drinking Kyo Hime's sake at home 😀. The taste direction was very similar to that of Kido's Junmai Daiginjo which we opened and compared yesterday😇. The taste is a little stronger than Kido's, but the fruity taste and aroma are very similar 😀. Considering the price range, I thought it would be a good idea to recommend Takumi Junmai Daiginjo as a second sake after recommending Kido as an introduction to Japanese sake😇.

Hello Yasbay 😃. Kyoto Takumi! I thought it was cool and expensive to stand there, but when I googled it, it's really a nice price 👍 Maybe it's good for recommendations for sure!

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀 I think this sake is a great value for money since the price is quite different from its appearance😇. This sake also looks like it would be a good sake for an introduction to sake😇.

Hi Yasbay! Even though I lived here, I didn't know about many of them 💦 I didn't know that they were recommended next to Kido's! I didn't know there was such an easy drink 😳I'll look for it and buy it 😊.

The other day, I visited Heiwa Dobrok, which opened this spring in Osaka Takashimaya 😀. It is a store where you can drink and buy not only Dobrok but also Heiwa Shuzo's Kido and Heiwa Craft Beer😇. But it looks like the store is not yet registered at Sake-no-wa 🤣. I recently became a certified sake taster and have been telling everyone around me that sake is good, and they often ask me what is good for a first time sake drinker 🤣. The first sake I recommend to them is Junmai Daiginjo by Kido 😀. I think it is a must for first time sake drinkers because of its drinkability and cost-effectiveness😇. But after thinking about it, I have been drinking this Junmai Daiginjo when I go to Heiwa Shuzo for rice planting and harvesting, but I realized that I haven't drank it at home for a long time 🤣. I realized that I haven't had it at home for a long time, so I drank it at home today 🤣 I was able to reconfirm that it is a delicious sake with a good price that even first-time sake drinkers will never go wrong with 😀.

Good evening, Yasbaye🌛Peace Dobrok, I glanced by the other day: ✨️ I haven't been able to stop by due to other business, but I'm sure Kido is well distributed and cheap🤤Let's get swamped with the power of a certified sake taster: ☺️

Good evening, Mr. Yasube. You can't go wrong with Kido-san. ⤴️ I see you have opened a good store in Osaka Takashimaya 😲. I'll have to go there next time🤗. I'm glad more people are interested in sake 😊.

Hi Nao888 😀 You're right... you've already checked out the shop😇. They have seasonal dobrok and it's fun to drink in the store 😀. I have two acquaintances who recently started drinking sake after I introduced them to Kochira's sake 😇

Hi, ma-ki-chan 😀 We are on the same floor as Takashimaya's sake department, but quite far away from it, so please look for us 🤣. If more people like sake, the industry will be more vibrant😇.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀 I think it's a great way to get people to know the taste and enjoyment of sake, especially if it's accessible, reasonable, and easy to get into 😀. I don't know many sake drinkers around here, so I'm slowly gathering a few friends 😇.

I received Mr. Tatenokawa's Hakuba no Kishi no Tabidachi followed by Mr. Tatenokawa's Hakuba no Kishi no Kensetsu (Adventures of a Knight on a White Horse) which I received before 😀. I am sure it will be this season's Nigorinpic 103, but I don't feel like I drank much nigori sake because it is so thin ogorigara 🤣. However, I compared the nigori-zake with the supernatant that had been brought to room temperature and the supernatant that had been mixed with the nigori-zake, and they were both delicious and had their own distinct flavors 😇. Of course, we preferred the mixed syochu liqueur more 🤣.
