I had it again this year when I went home to my parents' house.
I got the impression that it was easy to drink after drinking Koshino-Kanbai.
Gradually, I started to feel that it was more drinkable.
Today was the year-end party.
Most of the wine matched the food, but we had a bottle of sake to go with one of the dishes.
According to the chef, we were served a bottle that is only distributed to certain restaurants and is not available on the market. It was delicious, with the flavor and sweetness of rice, and was very Junmai-shu-like.
We had the roast beef shown in the third photo with it. It was so delicious. ☺️

Thanks to my brother for this amazing bottle! It was slightly vintaged but still tasted exceptional. Paired with burger steak and sweet potato fries (forgot to take pictures of the food as I was rather hungry). A perfect mark for a cozy Friday night.
Today's sake is Nechiozan 😀.
Of course, this is the first time I've had this brand and it came to my house from a liquor store's hanpukai 🤣.
I've never been able to get my hands on Niigata sake because it's so expensive 😅.
It is said to be a blend of three different types of sake including Gohyakumangoku and Koshitanrei... The aroma is fruity and to my liking😇.
The taste is... surprisingly... fruity but also delicious with a strong umami flavor 😀.
It must have been a good combination to be able to blend and make such a beautiful and tasty sake😇.
Good morning, Yasbay 😃.
This start out is firmly classic 😅I see it's a picture of a sake brewery!
I've been curious about Nechiozan but haven't tried it yet 🥲Your review made me want to try it 😋.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
At a quick glance, it looks like a wine, with a classic look 😀.
The taste was just beautiful and delicious with a firm flavor😇.
I guess they must be good at blending 😀.
