This is Hoyo's first low-alcohol sake. 4gou was sold out, so this is a bottle. They had a 4-gou bottle last week, but I passed it up. I had a hunch that this was the type of sake I would like, so I rushed out to buy it. The store staff told me that there were still 4 gos of sake left as of this morning. I think I would not have been able to buy it if my timing was off. It seems that only liquor stores that attended the Meimon Sake Kai event in Tokyo can order this sake. It's the same pattern as Koshi's hidden sake. The liquor store said it was fire-aged, but I hurriedly transferred it to a small bottle 😅. The rice used is 100% Manamusume. Lightly cloudy and slightly effervescent. It has a rice flavor, but also a sweetness with a little glimpse of pineapple. It was sweeter and tastier than I expected. I think it tastes sweeter after a while than when it is freshly opened.

Yamahai, low-alcohol, white malted rice. It tastes like Calpis or Yakult-like lactobacillus acidophilus drink. Although it is low in alcohol, it has a strong alu taste and a refreshing acidity at the end. I was expecting a more penetrating taste, but it was a little different.

Teramura-san said it is a newly handled issue. I have tasted a sake called Shiki here at Origuchi Sake Brewery, but this is my first time to taste Hokosugi. There is a sake called Yumikataho that is made from rice that only Kawatake Brewery can use, but it is very expensive. I would like to try it if I have a chance. This is the first time they brewed all of their sake with Kami no Hoho. It has a slightly melon-like aroma. It has a honey-like sweetness and a gentle taste. The sourness fades away quickly at the end. It was not as sweet as I had imagined. On a different note, the lineup at Kamoshita Sake Brewery in Tokyo is very attractive. They carry a variety of Kansai sake that is rarely seen in the Kansai region. Kamizo, Tomitsuru, Yosamusume, etc. I envy those who live nearby. There is Seiji and Koyama Shoten nearby, so they are collecting brands so that they don't compete with each other. I'd love to haggle with Seichi when I go to Tokyo.

Hi 😃 I was debating on buying this the other day and ended up buying something else 🤣. I want to try it when I hear it's not too sweet🎶. I hope they have some left 😆.

Good evening etorannzyu 😀 Sake degree minus, but I have the impression it's not that sweet 😁I hope it's still there 😊.

There is not much assertive flavor and it flows easily. It was dry, but I wished it had a little more of Asahi's dream flavor. I was curious about the draft that bouken-san drank in the spring, so I bought the summer version even though it was fire-roasted. I like the summery picture on the label, but I wish it had a stronger impact on the inside. 720 mL ¥ 1,760

I went to Teramura thinking they would have Nagurayama Hiyoroshi, and they did, but it was only Ras 1. It has a subtle ginjo aroma. It has a sweet and gentle flavor. I've never had a bad experience with Nagurayama. I've always been anti-hiyaoroshi, but there are some good ones, so I try to be selective about what I drink. Since I came all this way, I asked what kind of Shinsei they had, but it was the usual lineup, so I passed on it. I could have bought some ecru, though.

Very rich but easy to drink😊. It was also delicious lukewarm ‼️Lately lukewarm is my boom 🙋♂️️. After a couple of days, the curds will be gone and it will taste even better 🥰. By the way, Teramura-san in Minatogawa, Kobe is a nice liquor store with a very cute signboard dog‼️. I had a lot of fun with the dog today 🥰.

Tasting at Teramura 😊. We got the Shikisaki series from Nagataki Sake Brewery! We had the luxury of tasting all 7 bottles 🤗. All of them were delicious, but I think I liked the light-bodied Momojishigashigarasho the best 🥰.

I thought I couldn't buy it because I missed the timing at the end of the year, but I got the last one at a liquor store in Kobe. It doesn't say so, but it's unfiltered. It has a pleasant gaseous feeling and a beautiful, elegant sweetness. It tastes like melon, and it's really delicious. Among Banshu Ikken, the Shippo series in particular is a no-brainer!

When I took three bottles of Edo Kaijo, Nozomi, and Wakaze to the cashier, I found the words "Please ask for Shinsei. It used to be on the store shelves. When I asked, it was said that Cosmos, Viridian, type-R, and Flax Cat's direct pumping were in stock. I'm interested in R, but it's a set sale, and Cosmos is expensive... I thought, "What's Flax Cat's direct pumping? I thought, and bought it. I didn't know that Flax Cat had a direct pump. It is a little fizzy. The sourness is beautiful and the sweetness is elegant. The difference from the regular flax cat is the freshness?

Desired for a super long time. I knew it would be good, but I'm a jackass. It's a little gassy, sweet and delicious. It was bottled in April and shipped in September, so it may have been aged for a while, but it's sweet with more flavor than freshness. It's a concept worker's selection produced by sake dealer Yamada, so it's available even if you're not a distributor. The sake has a slight yellowish tinge. I wonder if it's a hiyaoroshi type of sake.

Good evening, bouken👋! I've been through CWS without a second thought, but I'm curious about Nozomu bo: and I'm waiting to buy the jackets too🤗. It's a legend's choice, so I'm sure it's delicious 😋.

I've been curious about WAKAZE for a while, and finally bought it. It's my first time to buy sake made overseas. The aroma is grainy and not like sake. At first, it's like white wine, but the sourness and the atmosphere in the latter half make it seem like sake. The sourness is similar to that of sake made by recreating the traditional method of making sake, such as Gohin Musume.

I thought I couldn't buy it in Kansai, but it came in spot. So I'm not sure if it will be available in the future. Gassy, melon- and lychee-like atmosphere. It's sweeter than I expected. I wonder if it would taste even better fresh? It seems to be brewed with tap water, but I don't particularly care. I guess I'll just have to hope that Asano Sake Brewery will have an Edo Kaijo fair for the sake. The high price is a bottleneck. The aroma seems to have a little smell.

This is the first time I've ever had a sake that uses centrifugal separation. It has a juicy and gorgeous taste. The sweet and savory nuance reminds me of Takachiyo and Hanayoi.

It's juicy and a little sour. I like this type, but it's not sold very often. I'm curious about it because it also had centrifugation muddiness.
