Rice used is Dewa Sanzan As indicated by the alcohol content of 19 degrees, it is a gut-punching wine. ‼️ And it has the same throat and mouthfeel as you would expect from Muroka Nama-no-Hara Sake. The sweetness also comes through perfectly. It has a great impact, but it is sharp and has a clean finish, so it does not feel too heavy. However, if you drink it too fast, it will take its toll later on. It was a fun drink. ❣️

It is the first brand name of the brewery, meaning that they broke the 300 year old fire-retardant law. It is 65% polished rice of Dewa Tsannin with a strength of 19.5 degrees. It was dry, refreshing, and delicious. I am glad to have an unexpected encounter.

I bought it at a liquor store in Zao because it had an amazing presence! It was named after the fact that it broke the rule of fire-brewing. It has a strong alcohol taste like a pure sake, and I felt it was just right on the rocks.
