I've had the medium-brew before, but this is the first time I've had the regular ecru.
I can hardly remember it, but it has a stronger muscat feeling than the last time I drank it. I also think it has a stronger wooden vat feeling. The acidity is also strong. I'm afraid that this light wine will be empty soon.
The gassiness is more subdued than the previous Nakatori.
I wonder if it is better to drink Shinsei without going through it because of the difference in BY and lot, even if you have drunk it in the past.
I really regret not going through the Lapis Nakadori last year.
To be honest, I think this type of taste is available elsewhere.
