On the way back from Shizuoka, I stopped by Doi Sake Brewery and bought it!
100% Yamadanishiki
Polishing ratio 55
Alcohol 17%.
Fairly white, sweet rice aroma, and a lot of pizzazz.
Sweet rice taste when drinking, a little sourness.
Strong bitter taste at the end!
Day 2, slight fruity!
Melon? Sweetness and a little bit of sourness.
The bitterness is lessened...
Tasty and delicious!
The third day was even more flavorful and delicious ❣️
On the 5th day, the aroma, gassiness, and melon flavor did not change much from the 2nd day.
The only thing that has changed is that I taste more umami than sweetness and the taste has become slightly bitter!
I preferred the 3rd to 5th day 😊.
Warehouse? The store is located in a corner of a warehouse.
There are some rare sake such as a label of Inji Tanuma, who is associated with the next historical drama, and a domestic sake aged in ice-cold solid barrels!
There was also a pile of rice bags of Yamadanishiki and Omachi rice to be produced in the future 😳.
