It's good to drink as is, but it can also be used as a sake during meals... I'd like to try Akaban Omachi... This is high quality! It's very good.

Today we have an opening 😆. I'm already drunk, so just wow what I feel. The aroma is fruity and the taste is sweet and juicy with a beautiful sour fade out👌no bitterness 😆👍 I'm worried about getting my wife to buy me sake, but I'll build up my daily efforts to get her to buy it for me: ‼️ and I'm just going to do what I do every month. In the meantime, I'm really asking for cash for next month's allowance: 🙇‍♂️

Junmai🍶Hiyazume🧊Yamada Nishiki🌾. Beautiful taste ✨ A little melon🍈 dry. Comfortable. It can be served before or during a meal. A little octopus will give it a nice sharpness. The head of kanpachi (yellowtail) is boiled and softened. Vietnamese sausage served at 🇻🇳 is spicy, sour and delicious. This area has not yet been invaded by inbound tourists, so you can enjoy a peaceful holiday😇. The fourth photo is Shasui no Taki Waterfall. A hidden 100 famous waterfalls 💦 highly recommended! Finish up your sake trip by bathing in negative ions 🍶🤩Travel covered in sake is the best 👏!

There was an opening I had never seen before, so I bought it. It tasted sour and sweet like sake made with white malted rice. It tasted like sweet white wine. Kaiun always has a great balance of sweetness, umami, and bitterness, but this one was a bit adventurous. It was very different from the taste I imagined.

Shizuoka Prefecture Doi Shuzo Kaiun Junmai Hi Hiyoroshi The aroma is subdued. It has a good balance of umami and moderate spiciness. It also has a softness that is typical of hiyaoroshi. It was a first time for me, but I would like to try other types of sake as well.
