It has a light amber color, a sweet fruity aroma, and a strong sweet bitter taste. I've been enjoying it with sashimi of red tuna and grilled mackerel... It's good to drink as is, but it can also be used as a sake during meals... I'd like to try Akaban Omachi... This is high quality! It's very good.

Today we have an opening 😆. I'm already drunk, so just wow what I feel. The aroma is fruity and the taste is sweet and juicy with a beautiful sour fade out👌no bitterness 😆👍 I'm worried about getting my wife to buy me sake, but I'll build up my daily efforts to get her to buy it for me: ‼️ and I'm just going to do what I do every month. In the meantime, I'm really asking for cash for next month's allowance: 🙇‍♂️

I didn't have a choice of where I drank it, but it was courtesy of a restaurant I always go to. This is the first time I've seen sake served at this restaurant😅. It's kind of a nice sake, isn't it?

Today is the year-end party of the same department. Udon sukiyaki course at Yasudaya, a long-established soba noodle restaurant. I could drink as much Kaiun as I wanted 😋. Last Saturday and Sunday, I had to stay overnight and work 20 consecutive days due to an urgent business trip 😰. My body is screaming, but that makes the sake sink in.

☀️ There is a bitter taste at the end from the clean rice flavor. The ginjo aroma is simple but perfect. It tasted similar to Garyubai 🧐.
