Since it was Children's Day, we drank as adults.
The manager was tasting Hoyo 🤭 to finish off the day.
It seemed to be the manager's recommendation, and come to think of it, the previous Houyo was also recommended 🤔.
It seems to be made by a young master brewer who trained at my favorite brewery, Dewazakura Sake Brewery ☝.
It has a strong sweet taste, but it's light on the palate and easy to drink.
It is light and refreshing on the palate.
It has a lingering aftertaste, but not too heavy, so it finishes well 👌👌.
