I was curious why it says sweet on purpose😅. It's not like the popular fluffy fluty It's a solid sweet sake 👘. So, you know... It was great with light red bean paste sweets, cheese, teriyaki, etc 🎵. Recommended to drink at room temperature or lukewarm, but it was also possible to drink it a little chilled 👍✨.

This is delicious! This sake has a fukuyoka (frizziness) of rice and a robust flavor, just like junmai (pure rice).

Not just be careful opening the bottle, but laugh! You really should be careful. The gasiness is quite strong, and as you drink it, the settled oriole gradually dissolves, making it a summery bottle that you can drink all the way through without getting bored. Be more careful when opening the bottle than when opening sparkling wine!

It has a gorgeous yet robust taste with a lingering aftertaste. It was very good with hot pot, but it might not be good with something with a strong taste like kimchi.

Fruity and floral as the name suggests. It is not too sweet and easy to drink. Takaraiya has a lot of sober sakes, so when introducing them to newcomers, this area seems to be better received.

Rice used is unknown There is a bunch! It has a very "Yamahaku" feeling. The sense of maturity is also there. The taste is dry, but the sweetness is spreading on the tongue. The sharpness is not bad either. As the temperature rises, it becomes milder. This type of sake tastes better when it is not too cold.

Mellow sake. The moment you put it in your mouth, it tastes crisp, robust, and masculine! I think it would be delicious hot, but I am sure it would also be great with sashimi as a mid-meal drink! It went perfectly with the cucumber and myoga with wasabi mayo!

Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅. Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it. It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

Type: junmai daiginjo, rice polishing rate: 50%, alc.: 16% Floral aroma, vanilla, marshmallow and a little bit of savoury aroma. Flavor feels dry with sharp acidity and bitterness of alcohol. Earthy flavor lingers for a while. Not too good not too bad. Decent price here in Europe.
Kitanohomare K30 Konjun is a junmai sake from Godo Shusei brewed at a factory in Asahikawa, Hokkaido. The amount of koji used in the brewing process is 1.5 times larger than usual, resulting in a rich, full aroma and flavor that spreads in the mouth. It is a delicious sake that will not be defeated by strong-flavored dishes such as Chinese food.

Ancient Capital Millennium Junmai Ginjo I bought this when I went to Kyoto on business. I opened the bottle with the feeling that I wanted to drink a dry sake because I was going to have bonito tataki today. I opened the bottle with the feeling that I wanted to drink a dry sake. I was surprised at how tasty it was! It has a nice aroma, a little fruity and gentle, yet deep flavor, and it finishes with a dry taste that satisfies the palate. It is so good that I am personally close to making a film about it.

@Osawa of Sake Rice used is unknown Not fruity at all. It is not light and dry, and has aged well. The taste is a mellow type with a strong umami. The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing for a Daiginjo. It is what is called "the sake of sake.

I stopped by Hashimoto Sake Brewery on my way to Yamanaka Onsen last year. The store is a bit like a museum, and you can learn a lot from the easy-to-understand explanations about the rice polishing ratio and the process of making sake. I was not able to taste the sake because I was the handle keeper, but the president recommended a lot of sake and my family was getting drunk (sweat). I drank it cold, but it was still dry. When I heated it up, it became soft, mellow, and easy to drink. The color is quite amber, so the polish may be shallow. Personally, I think drinking it at room temperature or hot is the right way to go. I like to drink sweet sake cold, but I'm starting to think it would be nice to drink dry sake hot ( ˘ω˘ ).

There are various theories as to the origin of "Rakurakutsuru," but it is said that the name "Rakurakutsuru" is derived from the name of a place called "Sasaura" near Kinosaki Hot Spring located about 20 km from the brewery, the name of the villa of the lord of Izushi Castle, Lord Sengoku, called "Rakurakuen," and the name of sake, "Rakuraku," which is also called "Sasazuru. The name of the villa is said to be "Rakurakuen" and the word for sake is "Rakuraku". The word "crane" is said to refer to the storks that lived in this area. The top aroma has a strong alcohol flavor. It is a very rich and mellow sake, as it is a pure sake. I don't want to compare it to other sake, but it has the feel of mellow shochu or spirits. However, it is a sake (I don't like the term "sake", so I call it "alcohol"), so it is somewhat mellow, not that harsh alcohol. It's easy to drink, so you can gobble it down with a gulp, and (for me) it's a bit of a kick.

It is a sake limited to the Asahikawa area, but you can find it in restaurants these days. It has been a while since I drank it, but the label seems to have changed. It is fruity, refreshing, and easy to drink. It is a good and inexpensive sake with a nice taste of rice. ‼️
