Fluffy
I was curious why it says sweet on purpose😅. It's not like the popular fluffy fluty It's a solid sweet sake 👘. So, you know... It was great with light red bean paste sweets, cheese, teriyaki, etc 🎵. Recommended to drink at room temperature or lukewarm, but it was also possible to drink it a little chilled 👍✨.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ I popped it again this year lol (3 years in a row 😆) Jungin, 2750 yen for a bottle, a cosy sake. ❣️ Gentle fruity aroma, light, mellow and round taste 😋. Gentle bitterness with a nice sharpness👍. As always, ( -̀ω-́ )و✧ ✧ Umai! For more information, see my review from last November🤣. New ramen🍜 restaurant in the city: ✨️ I've had my eye on this place for a while but never got around to going 💦. Today, my family of three decided to definitely go ‼️ I had the delicious spicy chives soba🍜 and my partner had the black ramen🍜. My partner had the Black Ramen 🍜 and my daughter had the Aburan Chicken Set Meal 🍜. My daughter had the Aburinon Chicken Set Meal 🍚. It's a ramen shop with a wide variety of set meals 🎶. Mildly spicy and full of flavor ❣️ And plenty of chives 😁. The noodles are also my favorite watery and curly noodles. My family and I were very satisfied ( ¯﹀¯ ) I'm also interested in the "Mapo Ramen", so I'll go again.... I'll go there again....

2024.09.20 . Woontana Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi Haruka It has a fruity sweetness without a heavy sake feel, and a calm and clean sweetness. The aftertaste disappears nicely, so it goes well with both fish and meat.

It has a gorgeous yet robust taste with a lingering aftertaste. It was very good with hot pot, but it might not be good with something with a strong taste like kimchi.

Fruity and floral as the name suggests. It is not too sweet and easy to drink. Takaraiya has a lot of sober sakes, so when introducing them to newcomers, this area seems to be better received.

Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅. Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it. It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

Type: junmai daiginjo, rice polishing rate: 50%, alc.: 16% Floral aroma, vanilla, marshmallow and a little bit of savoury aroma. Flavor feels dry with sharp acidity and bitterness of alcohol. Earthy flavor lingers for a while. Not too good not too bad. Decent price here in Europe.
4 points - so-so? More acidity than Junmai Namaishu?

Rice used is unknown There is a bunch! It has a very "Yamahaku" feeling. The sense of maturity is also there. The taste is dry, but the sweetness is spreading on the tongue. The sharpness is not bad either. As the temperature rises, it becomes milder. This type of sake tastes better when it is not too cold.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2024③. Rakuraku zuru? Tano-no-zuru? No, it's Sasazuru 😁. Izushi Sake Brewery's 200 year old red clay warehouse still exists. Even more acidic than Sennenichi. Overall, it is refreshing. I thought it would be extremely spicy, but it is quite easy to drink. Of the B set, Nada Ichi is my favorite. I heard later that this brewery doesn't make it anymore and that it might contain sake from a famous brewery in the Tajima area 🤔. 🤔. It's ok if it tastes good even if they don't brew it themselves 😋. I was also interested in the King Brewery Inami that koge2 and Wakata-san were drinking, but I decided to skip it this time because it's available at Yamaya and I don't need to drink it now!

There are various theories as to the origin of "Rakurakutsuru," but it is said that the name "Rakurakutsuru" is derived from the name of a place called "Sasaura" near Kinosaki Hot Spring located about 20 km from the brewery, the name of the villa of the lord of Izushi Castle, Lord Sengoku, called "Rakurakuen," and the name of sake, "Rakuraku," which is also called "Sasazuru. The name of the villa is said to be "Rakurakuen" and the word for sake is "Rakuraku". The word "crane" is said to refer to the storks that lived in this area. The top aroma has a strong alcohol flavor. It is a very rich and mellow sake, as it is a pure sake. I don't want to compare it to other sake, but it has the feel of mellow shochu or spirits. However, it is a sake (I don't like the term "sake", so I call it "alcohol"), so it is somewhat mellow, not that harsh alcohol. It's easy to drink, so you can gobble it down with a gulp, and (for me) it's a bit of a kick.

Nice fruity aroma ♫ Slight sweetness, not too sweet. A little full-bodied, with some bitterness. I guess it's a medium mouthfeel, right between rich and light. This is a product that I brought home from the supermarket because it had been standing on the shelf in a box for a long time or had been reduced in price. The store is air-conditioned and boxed and not affected by light, so even though the item was two years old, it was not in a bad state of preservation. This is the third time I have tasted Ancient Capital Sennen, following the 18-set tasting at Fushimi Sake Brewery Alley and at a sake event at a department store, but this was not one of many tastings, and when I took the time to drink it like this, it was as good as I expected, as was 24h. This is a gem that should not be underestimated just because it was sold in a supermarket.

I stopped by Hashimoto Sake Brewery on my way to Yamanaka Onsen last year. The store is a bit like a museum, and you can learn a lot from the easy-to-understand explanations about the rice polishing ratio and the process of making sake. I was not able to taste the sake because I was the handle keeper, but the president recommended a lot of sake and my family was getting drunk (sweat). I drank it cold, but it was still dry. When I heated it up, it became soft, mellow, and easy to drink. The color is quite amber, so the polish may be shallow. Personally, I think drinking it at room temperature or hot is the right way to go. I like to drink sweet sake cold, but I'm starting to think it would be nice to drink dry sake hot ( ˘ω˘ ).

On the Shinkansen, we open another bottle of Nara Sake, Kisenju✨. The palate is sweet and sour and yogurt-like. It is light and pleasantly schwishy. It is easy to drink even in a tipsy state! It is also gorgeous and strawberry-like, so it feels like strawberry yogurt. And the last one is Yamazaki 12 years old from sake. We ended our trip with a glass of Shinkansen Gokukkatai ice cream 😌. There are still many places I want to visit, so I will visit Kansai again if I have a chance...!

Although it's not stated on the label, the rice polishing ratio is 65%, the sake level is -13, and the rice is Hatsushimo. It is very sour. It is very sour, and has a strong personality even among sake made with white koji. This sourness is like Niwa-shu or Bodai-gan. I heard that there was a limited edition of this sake, but I'm curious.
