Banana and apricot-like sweetness comes in, but the aftertaste is refreshing, perhaps because it is a draft sake. Shichida no Kokoro Aizan Version✨ I bought this one when I visited Teramura as well. I had had the fire-brewed version last year, but the unfiltered raw version was fresher and more to my liking👍. Each Shichida has its own characteristics, and I thought again that I would like to try them all 💡. 720 mL ¥ 1,622

It has a strong sense of effervescence, and the aroma and sweetness of melon spread from the moment it enters the mouth, pulling away with a slight bitterness. Just as the label suggests, this is melon juice for adults. I bought it when I visited Teramura for a long time. This one was right up my alley ✨. It was the best spring sake I've had this season👍. 720 mL ¥ 1,567

The entry is cleaner than expected, with a sweetness and light bitterness later on. I had a delicious image of it from Asano-san's guest sake last year, so I decided to drink it at home this year 💡. I had an image of a sweet and tasty sake, but it was quite smooth and suitable for a mid-meal drink. The label is cute and distinctive ✨. 720 mL ¥ 1,940

I opened and closed it about twice 🫙 because it was about to blow up. Strong carbonation. Flowing with a melon-like sweetness🍈. This is a lees-tangled raw from the Cloisonne series, which was reviewed so much on Sakewa that I couldn't find any other way to describe it other than melon. I was able to get the ras1 safely at Teramura ✨. I think it's so popular among Banshu Isshu Ikkyo that it's fighting for the top 1 or 2 spots. 720 mL ¥ 1,760

Good morning, Yoohee-san 🐥. Was it a Las 1? You can hold it ✨ And melon 🍈, right? I couldn't describe it other than 🍈😆 It's really delicious ❣️ I'll drink it again next year 😁.

Hi, Yoohee 😀 It was a melon after all 🍈. I too was surprised at how different it tasted from the daily Banshu Issen 🤣. I can't wait for next year when I can drink this sake again😇

Hi Yoohee 😊 I drank it too! It's just like a melon 🍈. It's a miracle to express melon with rice 😁. I feel like drinking it again 🤣.

Good morning, Pon-chan. ☀︎ If I couldn't get it here, I was thinking of going to Osaka, but I got it just in time👍. I had imagined it while looking at everyone's posts, but I didn't realize it was so melon ❗️🍈

Good morning Yasbay, ☀︎ You're right, it's a pretty hard-edged image, but this one is pretty spectacular 🍈. I can't wait for it to get cold again and the new wine season. ❄︎ Oh, and my post is still in winter💦.

Good morning, Maru-san. ☀︎ I see you've been drinking ❗️ I knew it would be very popular in the sake brewery this winter as well ✨. I'll have to get it as soon as it's released next season 💨.

It is slightly thickened and flows with a strong lactic acid beverage-like aroma and sweetness, with a slight sourness. Here's the November review. How was last November for you guys? I was able to get Saturday off, so I visited Teramura for the first time in a year. I wanted a sake to go with meat, so I chose the Re-jojo sake from Gobashi's interesting kijoshu series ✨. Unlike the Mokoke I had before, the sweetness and lactic acidity were emphasized, so I drank it on its own with ease👍. I thought this is a place I would like to go even after work because the service is always friendly 💡. 720 mL ¥ 2,100

When I went to Himeji to buy oysters, I stopped by Teramura and stocked up on some great sake. I like Teramura because the lady at Teramura is so friendly and has a great smile. ❤️ At Teramura, she recommended Takezumi, a sake from Hyogo. I'm not sure if it's only for Hyogo or Teramura since they said it's only available here, but I bought it because of the cute label👍😃. Taste is nigori dry and shuwa shuwa. It's as dry as the Boshimaya active nigori I drank before, but it has a little acidity and is easy to drink. Delicious 😋💕It was so good, I drank it right up 💦. The third picture is the dashi stock sold at Teramura. It's the one that was so delicious💕.

It is said to be a limited edition sake of the Japan Famous Sake Association. I can't find the name of the brewery in Sake-no-wa... The official name is Chiyouju Toraya Co. The brewery makes Kasumijoju and Sanhyakunen no Toraya. It seems to be a branch of the Kotobuki Toraya Brewery. This is the first time I have had Chiyotobuki at home. The rice is Haenuki and Miyamanishiki, and they use Yamagata yeast. It has a mild sweetness. The aftertaste is nutty and lingers for quite a long time. I bought it because I was impressed with Chiyotsu I had at another sake shop, but 🤔. The second day, the sweetness increased, but I don't like the nuttiness that comes out.

Changyang Fookmusume is a first for CWS. It's schwishy and sweet. I imagined it to be spicier, but it has sweetness and a little bit of cemedine. I've been wanting to drink it for a long time, but they don't sell it very often.... I'm glad it tastes good😋.

I bought it because Pon-chan was drinking it and I was curious 😄. It has a gassy, tropical, fresh, sweet and delicious taste. It finishes with a bit of bitterness. It is also delicious, but I think the Asahi I had before was even juicier and sweeter. I think it would be better to wait a little longer after opening, so we'll see how it goes. It was true that after two days, it had a nice 🍍 feel to it. At the same time, it seems to be more spicy or stimulating.
Japanese>English

I felt it was not my favorite type of bottle, but since Okuharima is a bottle I don't usually use, I thought it looked unusual, so I bought it. It was a special order from Inacho in Himeji, but for some reason Teramura had it. According to Inacho's website, it has a sake degree of +13.5. I usually don't buy this kind of sake. Also, all of their products seem to be unfiltered sake. They say it's a lees-twined version of summer mellow super-harsh. Strong cemedine. Oh, gutsy dryness. Dry and rich. Surprisingly sharp. I think it is the sharpest ever. Not my favorite, but the impact of the sharpness is amazing. Dry and sharp is like beer. I don't like dry beer, but this one is easy to drink. It's really good with soda though 🤣.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃん

Thank you for the many comments on my last post 🙇. I will continue to post and I look forward to your continued support 😊. I've had the medium-brew before, but this is the first time I've had the regular ecru. I can hardly remember it, but it has a stronger muscat feeling than the last time I drank it. I also think it has a stronger wooden vat feeling. The acidity is also strong. I'm afraid that this light wine will be empty soon. The gassiness is more subdued than the previous Nakatori. I wonder if it is better to drink Shinsei without going through it because of the difference in BY and lot, even if you have drunk it in the past. I really regret not going through the Lapis Nakadori last year. To be honest, I think this type of taste is available elsewhere.

I was afraid to buy it because it didn't have a price written on it so I had to check the price with the clerk 😅. I took a picture of the box too, but after I threw it away, my phone broke and I lost the picture 😹. It seems that only liquor stores that are members of Ryuryoku's Bisho Club can handle this sake. I heard that the liquor store owner goes to the brewery and presses the sake himself. On the box, it says "I pressed it myself. I pressed it myself. (Words such as "Arahashiri," "Fukuro Shibori," and "To-be-i" are all words that those who like sake can't resist! The light nigorigo color and gorgeous ginjo aroma. The balance of sweetness, umami, bitterness, and spiciness is exquisite. Perhaps because it is made from Arahashiri Fukuro Shibori, it has a heavy and rich flavor for its rice polishing ratio. The second half is quite spicy, but the first half is a bit like a pineapple and a little like a flower sunset. There is also a slight gaseous taste. It was made in March of this year, but there is no sense of maturity.
