Bicchu tasted a sake from Tamashima.
The impression of "Sanzen" was rather refreshing, but this sake is much richer.
The umami that has increased over the summer is bursting with flavor.
It was a truly delicious sake with a ripe autumn taste.
Today, let's smell the brilliant "fragrant autumn" as much as we want🍶.
Anyway, let's smell it first...
Smell it from the mouth of the bottle the moment you open it...
Wow ☺️✨
Pour into a glass, sniff...
Wow✨✨
This is white peach 🍑 or pineapple 🍍.
It's stunning and gorgeously fruity ✨.
I would love to have this one in a wine glass or a glass with a scooped mouth type of glass to enjoy the aroma: ☺️
Slightly effervescent on the palate, but at the same time, the rich flavor fills the mouth ✨✨ just like a tropical juice 🌺🌺.
Really delicious 😋😋.
I love to make love to you!
I love the quality of this wine, which is made from 65% polished rice and has the full potential of Omachi ✨✨.
If you like sweet and fruity, please give it a try 🍶.
Good evening Joker 🦉.
It looks delicious ❣️ I wanted to buy this drink but it was already too late 😭I'm so jealous of the white peaches and pineapple, both of which are my favorite flavors 😻 Hope they make it again next year 🙏✨.
Good evening, Pon 😊.
I love you and hope you'll try it next year!
By the way, "Kaoru Fuyu" has almost the same specs and will be released around December, so I'm secretly aiming for it✨I'll have to check this one out too!
I drank the Concept Worker's Selection "Kirameki Sanzen" the other day, so I'm interested in the regular one. This one looks more sparkling in the picture lol.
The taste is definitely close, and I think this one is a bit drier.
Purchased on my first visit to Okayama!
Fruity flavor.
Perfect for long autumn nights.
I opened it today, so I will taste Brilliant for the time being ^ ^.
I'm enjoying sake from my hometown for the first time in a long time at home.
Well, it is delicious.
It has a gentle and gorgeous flavor that spreads in your mouth.
You may say it's not good to drink on the rocks 😅.
I don't know what Brilliant is, but its a concept workers selection. I don't know what sparkling is but lol.
It was a little schwarzy and sweet when I opened it, but after a week, it was alcoholic as well as rounded.
I took it to a taco party with friends and it was well received!
Looks like the rest of the world will be on vacation tomorrow... but I'll be 🍶charged for work ✨.
Before that... yesterday and today our town held its annual Sake Festival 🍶. The main attraction for drinkers at this festival is the ticketed sake plaza where you can drink about 900 brands from all over the country 😅I haven't been to the plaza for a long time 😅It used to be a dream place where you could drink all you wanted for about 2,000 yen for an advance ticket...now it seems rather expensive 😭
Well, I'm sorry for the long preamble, but tonight we will be drinking our first sake from Okayama 🌃 brilliant✨!
It's one of the few draft sakes available this time of year😍.
When you open the bottle... it smells like muscat, melon🍈, and strawberry🍓 in a good way...grin ✨ lol
I will have a sip from the first sip 😋.
It has a light, sweet taste with almost no bitterness or other unpleasant flavors 🥰.
The sweetness quickly recedes from the aftertaste: ❗️
It is very easy to drink and has a high degree of perfection without being too rich. ❗️
It's not a flaw, but it's a little high in alcohol content because it's a pure sake, so it might be tough for weak drinkers.
And...I was expecting a little bit of the freshness and sizzle that comes with nama-shu, but I didn't feel much of that at all💧.
I think it would go well with vanilla ice cream 🍨 after dinner 🤤.
Day 2: 🗒️
I thought it would increase the flavor... but it didn't 🤔
I think it got a little thicker ✨?
Okayama Prefecture's local sake, Brilliant. It is not too much to say that you can always find it in local sake stores in Okayama. My impression was that it tasted more modern and refreshing than I expected. I thought it was a good sake from Okayama to buy as a souvenir 🍶.
Moderate flavor, sweetness and acidity are weak,
It has a bitter taste with a hint of sweetness and acidity.
Perfect as an in-mouth sake for Japanese cuisine.
Purchased at my usual liquor store.
I thought that the frequency of purchase was not good, but I bought more to cherish the ones I had already purchased.
The aroma is like muscat, which is typical of Okayama. Fruity.
The taste is sweet.
There is no bitterness in the aftertaste, and it is perfect for those who like fruity sake.
There is a light effervescence.
Alcohol 16%.
Rice polishing ratio 65
Color Colorless
