Second bottle of prep sake 🤣. My favorite sake rice in Akita prefecture is Misato Nishiki. the birthplace of this rice and the main sake brewery that handles it 😆. Now that it's available in my neighborhood, I can drink it 🎶. The aroma of rice greets you when you open the bottle 😃. The sweetness is moderate but the flavor of the rice can be felt well. It is full-bodied and very drinkable 😋. It has a calm, soft and gentle taste and is suitable as a food sake 🎶. I must try the other Harukasumi 🤣. I plan to open another bottle of Akita sake👍

I'm going to Akita for business this weekend 🏎. I'm going to have a drink with Mr. and Mrs. T.KISO and Eririn for that 😆. Of course, I've already prepared some souvenirs 😎. The aroma is so gorgeous and fruity😍. Sweet and tasty, easy to drink and very beautiful 🎶. It also has a good acidity and is very sharp, so you can drink it without getting lazy 😋. It gives a sweet impression when served cold. but when served cold or hot, the rice flavor comes through more strongly, giving the impression of a slightly dry sake 🎶. Basically, the main brand of this sake is 1 sho bottle. I wonder how much they will sell this year in 4-gou bottles... 😥.

I'll have to open the remaining fall sake gradually💦. So we're drinking Tochigi Sake Ona👍. A little grape🍇ish. Aroma of matured rice 🎶. The flavor of the rice is very strong, just like hiyaoroshi 😍. Easy to drink with a sweetness derived from the rice 🎶. It's not flashy but it has a calm taste, perfect for lazy drinking 😋.

But I'm not sure which part is grapefruit 🤣. Maybe it's because they tried to make it a fruit-like sake. I can hardly taste the rice flavor that is typical of sake 😥. I think it's a sake, but I don't know what to make of it. I'm not sure what to think. But if you think of it as a fruit wine, it's good. I'm finally taking a break from work after finishing it in a big hurry 😆. Richly opened a bottle of Genmai 😍. The aroma is smooth but sweet. The aroma is smooth but sweet with hints of white grapes and muscat 😍. Slightly thick and smooth on the tongue 😋. Not too gassy or gassy even though it's a draft 🤔. Firm umami and It is very delicious 😍. Very tasty😍. Not much acidity. It is a long lasting drink with no bitterness 🎶. It is a very beautiful and delicious sake with no bitterness 👍 This will be a repeat this year for sure 😎.

777 Three Seven achieved 🤣. A little rich and definitely not to be missed! I'll choose such a drink 🤣. The full aroma of rice and The aroma is like a combination of melon and banana 😍. Considering it's a ginjo-shu from Shirakiku in Okunoto Less sweet and floral 🤔. Instead, the sweetness and umami from the rice is very robust 😋. It's more on the dry side and shows its true potential when paired with simmered dishes 😍. It is better cold than cold sake and hot than cold sake👍 It is more like drinking Junmai Daiginjo. I feel like I'm drinking a carefully polished, highly polished junmai sake 🤣.

Today we have the NEXT 5 Yuki no Bijin 🎶. I didn't know there was an active nigori until I saw it at the liquor store 😮. It was too vigorous and automatically stirred 🤣 as the bottle opening caution tag said. I'm struggling not to spill it for a while 🥊. The aroma is lactic acidic like calpis and sweet like ramune. sweet aroma like rumney 😍. It's very squashy and pops in the mouth 🤣. Fermentation is quite advanced, so it's very dry and not too refreshing 😦. Very dry and too clean 😮. The bitterness combined with the lees has a big impact 🎶. It washes out your mouth clean 😆. Interesting because it's so dry against the sweet aroma 😍. After the second day, the fizziness fades but little else changes 🤔. I tried it with frozen hormone from 7-Eleven. It's just too good with it and the cup just keeps going and going 😋. The slightly thicker sauce is the best for this type of sake 👍 Now, what should I open next?

This is the first Shinshu sake I've had after the recent Ryusuisen😍. The aroma seems almost nonexistent. I really think there's a little bit of green apple 🍏 flavor 😅. The taste is also quite refreshing. It's so light and dry that I can't believe it's made with Aizan 😮. Where's the sweetness characteristic of Aizan sake? 🤣. The umami is very strong. It has a strong bitterness and a slight sourness. The sharpness is quite good👍 After the second day, the sweetness comes out a little. I still have the same impression of it as a light and dry sake 🤔. It is a little difficult to drink by itself. I tried it with potato salad, chicken nanban, and cheese. My parents took a trip to Hokkaido last year and brought back some sake 🍶. Sake from Hokkaido is rare because you can't get it near here 🎶. When you open the bottle, you can smell the aroma of rice and Strong aroma of rice and alcohol 🤔. It is a dry sake with little sweetness 😆. The taste of rice is strong, but the alcohol taste is stronger than that. But the alcoholiness is stronger than that. It's a little bit bothersome 😥. The alcoholiness gives it a nice sharpness 👍 It's a very light and dry sake 🤔. I kinda feel like it's a normal sake with low rice polishing 🤔. I can't judge it accurately because there's not much information on the label 😅

Continue with the origami ver👍 No change in aroma compared to direct pumping. The apple-like taste is the best 😍. It's basically a sweet sake with a slight effervescence. The juiciness is the same. The lees make this one more umami and bitter 😋. The directly pumped one is a sweet sake. Oorigarami is a sweet sake 🤔. I prefer ogara-mi for me 😋.

I finished it today and here is my review👍 Nabeshima Junday aiyama😊 Nabeshima Junday aaiyamama😊 Nabeshima Junmai Daiginjo Aiyama😍 I realized I left it for 8 months 🤣. Very gorgeous, melon🍈-like sweet ginjo aroma🎶. Slightly thick and smooth on the palate 😆. The rich sweetness that is typical of Aizan is very delicious 😋. A little less rice-like 🤔 considering it's a Nabeshima. It finishes with a slight bitterness 🎶. In our house, for Nabeshima My mother and grandmother prefer Jungin I prefer Toku Jun 😆. My father? Basically, he doesn't drink sake.

It was recommended to me at the liquor store if I wanted to drink it for the first time I was recommended this one 👍 At first, when it's cold sake Aroma is not so strong.
