This is a backroom deal with the lady from Oedo😎. I've always wanted to try it. I've always wanted to try it, but there were no stores that carried it and I never saw it before. I'm really lucky😍. The aroma is gorgeous with a grape-like ginjo flavor🎶. The sweetness is as grape-like as the aroma 😋. The taste of rice is even stronger than that. Full-bodied and very drinkable😍. You can enjoy the long-lasting aftertaste 🎶 as it fades away quickly and easily It's good as a food sake, but I'd rather drink it by itself. It's good as a food sake, but it might be more suitable to drink by itself? 🤔

A backroom deal product with a dandy in Shura 😎. One of my favorite brands of dry sake I've had in the west 😍. This time it was opened at the same time as the backroom deal with the lady from Oedo 😆. Very refreshing. Light aroma of rice with a slight alcohol accent 🎶. It's a firm, light, dry sake with an excellent drinkability 😍. Very drinkable😍. It's as refreshing and easy to drink as water 😋. It has a perfect sharpness and goes well with strong flavors and oily food. It goes well with strong flavored and oily food 👍

Today we opened a bottle of Central Sake for the first time in a long time. I don't know how long it will take me to get all of them 🤣. Sweet aroma with a graininess 🎶. Slightly thickened. The taste is rich banana🍌 type sweetness 😍. When served cold, the sweetness stands out and it's hard to taste the rice 😅. It's hard to taste the rice and other flavors😅. If you want a sweet sake, cold sake might be the best for you? 🤔 If you raise the temperature and drink it cold You can also taste the rice flavor, so it has a good balance 😋. If you raise the temperature to hot sake It's basically the same as chilled sake, but the alcohol taste is stronger. It's a little harder to drink 💦. In my opinion, cold sake was just right 🎶.

The sake to celebrate is Hakurakusei's collaboration sake ‼️ I wasn't planning to buy it, but a good friend of mine at the store pushed me to buy it 🤣. I was not attracted by the label 😤. The aroma is like a lactic acid type of sake 🤔. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes a little sweet and sour. It is totally different from Hakurakusei's original light and dry sake 😮. It is sweet and sour, but the taste of rice is also strong and full-bodied. It is easy to match with food because it has good sharpness due to the acidity 😋. Hakurakusei is not so good when you think about it, but if you think about it without getting caught up in the brand name But if you think about it without getting caught up in the brand name, you will find it to be a good match for food. I've been drinking this brand off and on in Akita, but I'm going to open it 🎶. You can drink good sake as many times as you want👍 Because of the secondary fermentation in the bottle, it is very energetic. I struggled for a while to open the bottle😅 Aroma of clean and smooth rice 😊. Slightly fizzy and pleasantly tangy on the tongue👍. Citrusy sweetness with a grapefruit feel and It has both a citrusy sweetness with a grapefruit flavor and a light rice flavor. The strong bitterness from the lees and effervescence finishes it off nicely 😋. A good sake with sweetness, umami, and bitterness 😍. Too bad I couldn't drink it without the lees mixed in due to the automatic stirring 😥.

Speaking of Ishikawa sake, I especially like Shirakiku from Okunoto, but but I think Yoshida Kurau is not to be outdone either🎶. A sweet pear-like aroma greets you when you open the bottle😍. The taste is sweet and sour. It is very easy to drink with a clear and refreshing taste 😋. It's just a little disappointing that there was not much rice flavor 😥. It has a nice sharpness due to the acidity, so it's hard to linger. The alcohol content is low, so it is easy to drink 🎶.

I gave another Jikin as a souvenir when I was off in Akita. I gave it to Mr. T.KIS◯ so I opened a bottle 🎶. This is the first time I'm drinking Tokujun at home. Slightly sweet with a very pleasant aroma of rice 😊. It's very juicy even though it's fire-roasted, and the slight effervescence is very well defined 😍. The rice flavor and gorgeous sweetness is elegant. The bitterness that comes out afterwards makes the mouth clean and crisp 😋. It's a very specious, easy to drink and delicious sake 😆. Eleventh and last drink. The last one, I think, was Eririn's wish? I'm sure Eririn wanted to finish off with a sweet sake 🎶. I think I only drank about 10% of the sake we shared. The 10th drink I drank this sake before starting Sake-no-wa. I couldn't finish it because it was so dry. I used to hate Banshu Issen 😅 It's one of my favorite brands now though 🤣. The aroma has a slight citrusy vibe to it? 🤔 And when you drink it... Not so spicy? 😅 I wonder if it's an effect of my changing tastes after drinking quite a few bottles? 🎶 The drink has a dry impression. Very refreshing grapefruit-like😍. The citrus sweetness and bitterness is delicious. I really don't get the impression that it's that spicy 🤣. I paired it with horse sashimi and zangi, both of which were a great match 😋.

The 8th and last drink at the first restaurant. T.KISO and I were talking about how much we wanted to drink hot sake, so we chose to finish it off👍. But I was a little worried because I drank a lot of hot sake in the last round when we were off in Sendai 😅. I was safe this time because we shared 1 gou of hot sake 💦. It was my first time to try heated sake from Amano-do, so T.KISO wanted it lukewarm🎶. The soft aroma of rice was very pleasant. The less alcoholic aroma is also a high point👍. The rich umami of the rice is very easy to drink with a hint of sweetness 😋. The moderate acidity is very refreshing and cleanses the palate 🎶.

Seventh drink. This one has been on my mind for a while, but I couldn't find a place that carries it. I've been curious about this one for a while, but there were no stores that carried it. 6th glass. Erin was curious about the nigori sake for women. When she checked with the waitress, she was told that they were out of it 😥. Instead, we had some nigori sake that was not on the menu. After some nigori sake I was recommended this one: 💁‍♂️ 4 of us decided to share 1 gou of sake👍. Crisp and less aromatic🤔. It has an impression of being light and refreshing, almost in between sweet and spicy 😊. Sake that is clear, clean and watery 🍶. It is very crisp and easy to match with strong flavored and oily food. It's like a sake that goes well with a variety of dishes👍 Actually, I didn't know that Tenju's Risshun Shibori was nigori until it was brought to me. I was actually thinking that Tenju's Risshun Shibori was cloudy until it was brought to my table 🤣. I've run out of notes so I'll get the rest tomorrow💦.

5th Cup. This is one of the most beautiful sake design 🎶 that I would like to try among the Akita sake. Snow Kayasha is available near my house. But they don't have Bishu no Sekkei in stock... why? Why? Sweet aroma with a melon or white peach flavor 🎶. It's sweeter than Yukino Kayasha, not like fruit sweetness. It has a Japanese sweetness like wasanbon or something 😋. There is also a taste of rice, but it is moderate. There's almost no bitterness or sourness, but it disappears quickly and beautifully, so you can drink it without getting bored 😍. Continue with Harukasumi Junmai Ginjo🍶. Erin asked me the order in which to drink it. I taught her the order in which to drink it, which can be said to be the standard.
