I was supposed to work on my day off tonight.
I got sick earlier in the week and had to cancel 🫡.
Following the Tasake, I compared the Aomori sake Mutsu Hatsusen🤣.

The aroma is typical of Aomori? It has a refreshing sweetness and a hint of apple 🍎.
I can feel the apple taste 😆.
It is very juicy and has a slight effervescence like a raw sake 😍.
The sweetness is refreshing and easy to drink.
The flavor is reminiscent of apples just like the aroma 😋.
It also has some umami, but not too much.
It is sweetness oriented 🤔.
The acidity gives it a nice kick so you can drink it without getting bored 🎶.
