I didn't know there was an active nigori until I saw it at the liquor store 😮.
It was too vigorous and automatically stirred 🤣 as the bottle opening caution tag said.
I'm struggling not to spill it for a while 🥊.
The aroma is lactic acidic like calpis and sweet like ramune.
sweet aroma like rumney 😍.
It's very squashy and pops in the mouth 🤣.
Fermentation is quite advanced, so it's very dry and not too refreshing 😦.
Very dry and too clean 😮.
The bitterness combined with the lees has a big impact 🎶.
It washes out your mouth clean 😆.
Interesting because it's so dry against the sweet aroma 😍.
After the second day, the fizziness fades but little else changes 🤔.
I tried it with frozen hormone from 7-Eleven.
It's just too good with it and the cup just keeps going and going 😋.
The slightly thicker sauce is the best for this type of sake 👍
