On the way, have lunch at Kawamachi Terrace Yuriage Kinjakusui Shrine, Takekoma Shrine, and then went to Torinoumi Inn. ☺️ The next day, I visited my relatives who I had not been able to visit since Corona, paid a visit to the gravesite, and returned home 😌. The second bottle was a bottle of Honjozo, hot sake 😍. Too bad I couldn't take a picture of the bottle 💦. The rich aroma of rice with a little bit of alcohol 🤔. Maybe it's because it was heated up so hot, but it's a bit alcoholic. But I can drink it without worrying too much because of the strong rice flavor 😋. It has a dry finish with less sweetness. It can be matched with food 🎶.

I've been putting off uploading 💦. When I returned from Tochigi, I was paid on March 6 and 7. I took my parents and grandmother to Watari-cho I took my parents and grandmother on a trip to Watari-cho, Miyagi Prefecture. ‼️ I was so close to 3.11, and since the earthquake, I have not been to the coastal area south of Sendai. I chose this time as my travel destination. ☺️ The only choices at the hotel we stayed at were Ichinozo's Tokujun and Honjozo, so we drank both 👍. The light aroma of rice greets you when you open the bottle😍. The umami of the rice is very strong. The sweetness from the rice is also very subtle 😋. It's not flashy, but it's a good sake to enjoy the taste of rice 😃.

Wasn't supposed to open last night. My mom didn't like the Golden Slamba, so we opened an extra bottle 🍶. This is the second bottle of sake 👍 This year there is more lees than usual so the back label is nigori sake🎶. The aroma is clean and citrusy with a hint of grapefruit 😍. The citrusy sweet and sour taste is very delicious, as is the aroma. Very juicy with a gassy and slightly fizzy taste 😋. The bitter taste gives it a nice sharpness, so you can drink it without getting bored 🎶. You can drink it without getting bored 🎶. It is a well-balanced sake that has the three key elements of sweet, sour and bitter and is very delicious 😊.

12 years since 3.11 This year we will be toasting at Golden Slamba in Iwaki Kotobuki 😌. I've always wanted to visit a sake brewery, but never got around to it 😥. The aroma is sweet and rummy 🎶. It's crisp and refreshing. Slightly sweet 😋. The flavor is also very strong, so it's very drinkable 😆. The acidity gives it a nice kick so you won't get tired of drinking it 😁. The crisp feeling is a bit like a summer sake 😋. It is a sake that gives an impression like a summer sake 🍶.

6th cup 🍶 Found this while rummaging through the cellar😍 I had missed out two years in a row. I had given up on it, but then I had a chance encounter with it 😆. The balance of smooth rice aroma and a little sweet aroma is good 🎶. I found a good balance between the smooth rice aroma and the slightly sweet aroma 🎶. Good mouthfeel with a gassy and slightly fizzy feeling Sweet and juicy, with a strong mouthfeel 😋. The bitterness also makes it refreshing in the mouth, so you can drink it without getting lazy 😍. The second item is Harukasumi🎶. I've had it in Akita off and on and it was delicious, so no problem👍. This was supposed to be a spring sake and I was curious about it. I was curious about this one, but I couldn't buy it🤞🤞. The aroma of rice is the most robust 🎶. But it also has a bit of acidity like a sake yeast yeast 🤔. Sake level is almost 0 and has a good balance of sweet and spicy 😋. It's easy to match with food as it disappears quickly with the acidity 🎶.

I left Tochigi and met up with my car friends 😤. This time I was in Kanto for the 3rd anniversary of my friend's death. At first we compared Oze Yuki, Harukasumi and Atago no Matsumatsu 🍶. The most gorgeous, fruity and sweet aroma of the three 😍. While it tastes sweet, it also has a strong rice flavor. The 8th glass was Chochin🎶 which I had been curious about but never got around to drinking. The owner recommended heated sake, so I had it warmed up 😍. Rich aroma with a sense of maturity and sweetness from the rice 😊. The richness and umami is very strong and very drinkable 🤣. It's easy to drink as it doesn't feel too much like alcohol even though it's hot 😋. The temperature was 47°C, which also shows the owner's attention to detail👍 I was in Kanto for my friend's memorial service this time. I left before my friend 💨 I have a friend who came back from abroad. I was going to visit them. Thank you to everyone who participated. 🙇‍♂️ Let's have a drink again somewhere, not only in Tochigi 🥂.

7th glass. If you're looking for a light, dry sake, this is definitely it: ‼️ I forgot to take a picture so I borrowed this one: 🙇‍♂️ The aroma is subdued. Aroma is moderate and there is just a hint of rice 😃. It is a clear, dry, crisp, light and dry sake🎶. Not flashy but a high quality sake that can be paired with any food👍.

The 6th glass is Yamaguchi sake. This is a gorgeous sake after Jyushiyo😍. I forgot to take a picture so I borrowed it from 🙇‍♂️ Very fruity and sweet aroma😍. It is a very gorgeous sake with a rich sweetness reminiscent of melon 🎶. The rice flavor is more subdued compared to the Jyushiyo 🤔.

Jyushiyo appeared in the fifth glass 😊. I first found it while rummaging in the cellar and was going to make it the toast for all of us, but the owner asked us to start with the Tochigi sake if possible. But the owner asked us to start with Tochishu if possible, so we had to wait until later 😮. I forgot to take a picture so I borrowed it from 🙇‍♂️ Very gorgeous, fruity and sweet aroma😍. Soft rice sweetness and gentle taste 😋. It is made to be enjoyed for a long, long time with a gorgeous lingering taste 😆. It was a delicious sake, but it's a sake you want to drink first, not in the middle 🤣.

Another backroom deal item today 😎. This is a gem with the Southern Clan Lady 👍. Unlike last year, the label is less sexy 🤣. Slightly sweet and clean rice aroma 🎶. Grape 🍇 and strawberry 🍓-like and grapefruit-like citrus. Sweetness like a combination of grapefruit-like citrus 😋🍓 and grapefruit-like citrus 🍓. You can also taste the rice flavor. The bitter aftertaste finishes it off well 🎶. It is a delicious sake that combines sweetness, flavor, and bitterness 😍.

After Fukushima sake, we have reached 100 check-ins only with Akita sake 😆. Today I have a backroom deal with Mr. T's boss 😎. I received this when I was off in Akita the other day 🫡. I sometimes see this brand at liquor stores. I have never seen this high spec product before 😮. It has a slightly mushroom-like flavor. It has a strange and unique aroma that is different from the hiney aroma 🤣. I wonder if it's succinic acid or something like that? 🤔 I decided to try the hot sake as soon as I smelled the aroma. It seems to be Hiduyoshi when you put it in your mouth. It has a robust dry rice flavor 😋. It has a moderate sweetness and umami flavor and is suitable for a mealtime drink 🎶. The sake is alky, so it has a nice sharpness to it that refreshes the palate 😍. When served hot The aroma of rice is too strong 🤣. Alcoholic taste is quite low 🎶. The spiciness is a little lessened and combined with the rich umami of the rice, it's just too good 😍. It's a high spec Daiginjo. It is best served hot 😁.
