I asked for a recommendation for a dry sake at my favorite liquor store. I asked for a recommendation for a dry sake at a liquor store I know. I had never had this brand before so I bought it without hesitation 🤣. The aroma is a little sweet and full of rice ☺️ It is a dry sake with a good flavor of rice. The acidity is a little strong and crisp 😋. It has a nice sharpness, so you can drink it without getting bored. I enjoyed it with sashimi👍 It is similar to Akita's Yamamoto 🤔.

The fifth and last one is Sake Mirai🍶. A new addition to the New Born series from last year🎶. Very floral and fruity, reminiscent of melon🍈, muscatel and white grapes🍇😃. It is a sweet sake, like Muscat or white grape 🍇. It also has a strong rice flavor 😋. The rice flavor is not too much but you can feel it considering it's Akabu's raw sake👍. That said, the gorgeous sweetness is awesome ☺️ It finishes well with a bit of bitterness at the end 😋. It is a delicious sake in the New Born series with a good balance of sweetness, umami and bitterness 🎶. Sense of gas and microbubbles All almost the same. However, the Yui no Kou and Sake Mirai seem to remain longer than the others. Brilliance of aroma Aizan>Kiyu no Kou>Sake Mirai>Yamadanishiki>Omachi Sweetness Aizan>Kuni no Kou>Sake Mirai>Omachi>Yamadanishiki Acidity Omachi>Yamadanishiki>Sake Mirai>Yunokou>Aiyama Bitterness Sake Mirai>Yamadanishiki>Omachi Almost none for Yunokou and Aizan Kirei (sharpness) Omachi>Sake Mirai>Yamadanishiki>Yunokoh>Aiyama Preference Sake Mirai>Omachi>Yamadanishiki>Yunokaki>Aiyama I think I liked the less sweet one this season I think I liked it better 🤔. For my fourth bottle it's Aizan😍. If you want a sweet red wine, this is definitely the one: ‼️ The aroma is very gorgeous and overly sweet, reminiscent of muscat and melon 🤣. The taste is just as sweet as the aroma 😮. On the other hand, the taste of rice is the least noticeable among all the wines we compared 🤔. I can't feel the taste of rice the most 🤔. Also, there is almost no bitterness, which can be said to be a characteristic of Aizan. I like to finish with bitterness, so I'm a little disappointed 😥. Anyway, I recommend it to those who want to drink sweet sake. I think it's not enough for those who want to enjoy the sake rice called Aizan. 🤔

The third bottle is Omachi🍶. It is the oldest existing sake rice in Japan 🌾. Gorgeous rice aroma with a hint of grape🍇 flavor🎶. Sweet like the other Akabusu 🍇🍇. The powerful flavor of the rice is impressive, just like Omachi 😋. The acidity is also a little stronger than the others 🤔. 🤔 It is a sweet sake, but I think this one is the easiest to match with food in the New Born series 😋.

Continue with Yamada Nishiki👍 The king of sake rice 👑 is here: ‼️ The aroma is like melon 🤔. It's sweet, but the sweetness is the least sweet when compared 😮. Rather dry? 🤣 Sweet but with a delicious taste of rice. Great to drink 😋. Good balance of sweetness and umami 😍. It melts in your mouth and disappears quickly. so you can enjoy the lingering taste for a long time 🎶. The slight bitterness is also a nice accent 👍

I'm starting to upload the reviews I've been accumulating: ⤴️ First up is the Akamu New Born drinking comparison 😍. This is the third time after last year and the year before 👍. The reviews will be uploaded in the order of availability: 🙇‍♂️ First up is Yume no Kaori 🍶. Very sweet and gorgeous ginjo aroma😍. The sense of gas and the slight effervescence that is typical of nama-shu is very rich and a little thick and smooth on the tongue. The slightly thickened and smooth texture is very pleasant 😋. This is the same for all the New Born series 👍. Fruity, rich and sweet, like a combination of white grapes, muscatel, and melon 😋. It is also very sweet with little riceiness. It is a very sweet sake 🎶.

Wasn't supposed to open last night. My mom didn't like the Golden Slamba, so we opened an extra bottle 🍶. This is the second bottle of sake 👍 This year there is more lees than usual so the back label is nigori sake🎶. The aroma is clean and citrusy with a hint of grapefruit 😍. The citrusy sweet and sour taste is very delicious, as is the aroma. Very juicy with a gassy and slightly fizzy taste 😋. The bitter taste gives it a nice sharpness, so you can drink it without getting bored 🎶. You can drink it without getting bored 🎶. It is a well-balanced sake that has the three key elements of sweet, sour and bitter and is very delicious 😊.

12 years since 3.11 This year we will be toasting at Golden Slamba in Iwaki Kotobuki 😌. I've always wanted to visit a sake brewery, but never got around to it 😥. The aroma is sweet and rummy 🎶. It's crisp and refreshing. Slightly sweet 😋. The flavor is also very strong, so it's very drinkable 😆. The acidity gives it a nice kick so you won't get tired of drinking it 😁. Continue with the origami ver👍 No change in aroma compared to direct pumping. The apple-like taste is the best 😍. It's basically a sweet sake with a slight effervescence. The juiciness is the same. The lees make this one more umami and bitter 😋. The directly pumped one is a sweet sake. Oorigarami is a sweet sake 🤔. I prefer ogara-mi for me 😋.

I was supposed to work on my day off tonight. I got sick earlier in the week and had to cancel 🫡. Following the Tasake, I compared the Aomori sake Mutsu Hatsusen🤣. I'll start the review with the direct pumped 👍 The aroma is typical of Aomori? It has a refreshing sweetness and a hint of apple 🍎. I can feel the apple taste 😆. It is very juicy and has a slight effervescence like a raw sake 😍. The sweetness is refreshing and easy to drink. The flavor is reminiscent of apples just like the aroma 😋. It also has some umami, but not too much. It is sweetness oriented 🤔. The acidity gives it a nice kick so you can drink it without getting bored 🎶.

Since dinner was tomato hot pot 🍅, I chose sake with acidity and good flavor 🤔. I chose a sake with a sour taste and a strong flavor 🤔. As it turns out, it was a perfect match 👍 The aroma is sweet and sour with a hint of green apple 🎶. The taste is a bit sweet and reminds me of sour apple🍎😋. There is also a taste of rice, but much less than I imagined 🤔. The acidity gives it a nice sharpness that makes it very easy to drink 😍. It's a little different from what I expected before drinking it, but this is good👍 The 4th picture is the annual gift of dried sweet potatoes from my best friend in Ibaraki today😍 They are so delicious 😋! After eating these, we don't buy dried potatoes at the supermarket anymore 😆. I don't know if it goes with this, but I think I'll open a bottle of my treasured Kojo-shu. I'm not sure if it'll go well with this 😏.

I went to the liquor store. They said, "You'll definitely like it, buy it." I was told 😅 I'm taking home the Haginotsuru because I haven't had it for a while👍. The aroma is muscat-like, full and sweet 🎶. The gassy and slightly fizzy taste is quite strong for a Hagi no Tsuru 🎶 and the fresh juicy sweetness is my first impression 😆. Fresh and juicy sweetness was my first impression 😆. Then the delicious taste of rice comes out. The final taste is a refreshing sourness and a slightly strong bitterness that finishes it off well 😋. They know what you like. I had a delicious sake 🤣. There was also a Jungin Bessen. but I was told it probably wouldn't be a good match 💦.

The last night shift of the year is over. but due to a change in the work system after the end of the week I'll be working nights next week and the last week of the year as well 😭 I'm so frustrated that I'm opening this one that I missed the timing to open 🫡. The aroma is not like sake, it's more like champagne 🍾? It's so gorgeous 😆. It's a bit like a yeast yeast strain? The sweet and sourness is impressive 😋. You can also taste the deliciousness of rice and the bitterness of sparkling wine. The sparkling bitterness finishes it off well 😍. Low alcohol, but I couldn't manachiru it 😅. I was worried about storage due to the crown. I was lucky because the bottle cap of the Nanaken I had bought before fit 🎶.

Following the white chrysanthemum in Okunoto Today we have Shizen Shu 😍. I had a heated order of this when I was off in Tochigi and it was so good that I bought it 🎶. I made oden (oden) so I'm going to try it with it 😋. I'll have a glass of cold sake first before heating it up 🍶. Not much aroma. It has a strong acidity like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. It has a strong umami. It is delicious even without heating it up😍. When I started to warm it up I couldn't feel the soft aroma of rice that I couldn't feel when the sake was cold. The soft aroma of the rice comes out 🎶 which I couldn't feel when the sake was cold. But the aroma of alcohol is stronger than that of Okunoto's Shirakiku 🤔. When it is warmed up, you can feel a little bit of thickening. It is full-bodied and has a good balance of umami and sourness. It is a very good match for oden 😍. When the temperature is raised to hot, the sourness becomes a bit too much. A little bit out of my taste 😅 I also tried it with dashi soup stock. This is the best 😍! The stewed soup stock and hot sake mixed together The stewed dashi and the hot sake mix to create an indescribably exquisite harmony 🎶. Some people might call dashiwari an evil way 🤣.

I just got home from work and the soccer team won 🤗. I'm really happy because I used to play soccer in school 😍. Today I bought a bottle of Machida Shuzo's "content closed sake" again this year 🤣. The price of this year's sake has gone up a bit. The price has gone up a bit this year, but it's not because of the price increase. I'm not sure if it's because they are brewing to specs that they can't offer at the current price 🤔. I can't judge from here though since the contents are undisclosed 🤣. The aroma is clean and refreshing. It's like a combination of muscateliness and citrus. 🤔 When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gas and the microbubbles 😆. It has a strong green apple 🍏-like sweetness. Also, bitterness and sourness are a bit strong 😃. I can't really taste the rice flavor or the taste of the rice 😅. It seems hard on the first day, so let's drink it over a few more days 🎶. So I'm wondering what kind of food to pair it with🤔. If I try to drink it by itself, the bitterness will bother me 😥. Like Shinshu Kamerei, which I drank the other day, I wonder if tempura and other fried foods would be good? Or dishes with a little bit strong seasoning? I'm not sure 🤔 It's a test brew, so I've changed it up this year 🤣. It's been a while since I've encountered a sake that annoyed me😍.

I got some new rice from a friend so I made some hand roll sushi😍. The sake to go with it is from Sakata city on the coast of Yamagata prefecture 😆. Maybe because of the sake made with Sake Mirai Very sweet ginjo aroma for a Tatenogawa 🎶. It is a sweet sake with white grape and muscat-like It has a crisp aftertaste and the sharpness that is typical of Tatenokawa is still there👍. I had an image that there were many sake that tended to be light. but the sake rice used is Sake Mirai. It is a mellow sweet sake with a good umami taste. Today is Sake Day, Glasses Day, and many more 🤣. We are opening a special glasses brewed for this day 😁. When I opened the bottle, it has a gorgeous and very sweet aroma ☺️. It has a refreshing and green apple-like aroma 🎶🎶. When I drink it cold, it has the same green apple-like sweetness and tartness as the aroma. It has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink 😋. If you drink it cold, you can taste the rice flavor. the taste of rice will be more assertive this time You can enjoy the mellow umami taste 😍. I haven't tried it hot. I prefer it cold 🎶. It's a very beautiful sake with no bitterness or other unpleasant tastes. I think it's quite a winner 😍

I thought I checked in yesterday, but I didn't😅 This is a NEW BORN, fresh sake 😍. Very floral and fruity, reminiscent of melon🍈, muscatel and white grapes🍇😃. The gassy and slightly fizzy feeling is still there even though it's been about 6 months 😍. It's a sweet sake, like muscat and white grapes 🍇. The rice flavor is also very strong, but not as much as the hi-yere version. less than the fire-roasted one? 🤔 The rice flavor is subdued but the gorgeous sweetness is amazing for that ☺️. There's also a little bitterness at the end that gives it a good kick 😋. Both fire-roasted and raw are sweet and tasty and well balanced, but But the raw one is more sweet. The raw version has more sweetness and more umami. I prefer the fire-roasted one in my opinion ☺️.

Today we opened a bottle of Akabu that we haven't had in a while😍 We compared a bottle of Sake Mirai Nama and a bottle of Fire-brewed Sake Mirai that we've been saving 😋. I prefer the fire-brewed one in my opinion ☺️. The aroma is fruity, gorgeous and sweet like melon 😍. However, it has a more subdued impression compared to the raw 🤔. Like the aroma, it has a sweet and gentle taste reminiscent of melon🍈🎶 or this one has a more robust flavor. Or this one has a more robust flavor. It is hard to sip because of the fire-roasting process, so you can savor it until the very end 😋. No bitterness and a little acidity, but it has a nice sharpness to it 😁.

I think the aroma is a bit lacking for a red wine 🤔. 🤔 The taste is strong but light and easy to drink 😋. It's not too acidic as a wine, so people who are not used to drinking it may want to give it a try. I also have a white wine ver. of this in stock.
