A field trip to a temple in Nanshin that is famous for its higanbana.
It was the best time to see the flowers and the red of the cluster amaryllis was breathtaking.
A souvenir of our excursion
Shinanotsuru" brand name from Choseisha in Komagane City
Junmai Ginjyo, 55% polished rice ratio, unfiltered, unadulterated sake
The aroma is fresh and melon-like,
The aroma has a freshness of melon and a gorgeous tropical fruitiness. ✨️
Light gasiness, gorgeous aroma, and beautiful mouthfeel.
It has a full-bodied umami and bitterness on the palate,
A little tangy in the latter half is exquisite and easy to drink without boring you at all!
It is easy to drink and does not bore you at all!
It is a good sake that leaves an impression as a food sake and does not interfere with food ☺.

The next bottle was produced in August 2024.
It has been aged for one year.
Hmmm? The roughness of 7 years is gone, and it has become calm and mellow.
It is totally delicious.
However, I'm not sure if the taste of the 7 year old is different from the 6 year old, or if it has more punch 😅.

We found two bottles, one from 2025 and the other from 2025, side by side in the refrigerator at the liquor store we visited last month.
We took both bottles with us. We opened the bottles at the same time and compared them.
The first one was from July 2025. It is rough and goes down the throat. I remembered Shinanotsuru as being more fruity, but it was a fairly healthy sake.
Nama sake bought over a year ago.
Mellow aroma of ripe fruit.
Sinful, rich sweetness clings to the tongue
As powerful as persimmon peas
A true Shinanotsuru!
I'll buy some again this year!
I've been wanting to try this one!
I believe in your assessment and picked it up in a bottle 🤭I can drink a lot of it!
It has a fruity and sweet aroma reminiscent of pineapple and melon.
Hi Manachie 🐥.
I am very satisfied with the taste 🤩🥹 🚙 I got the Shinanotsuru 🚙 which I longed for 🚙 for the first time 🚙 🚙 🤗 what a fruity and delicious sake 🤩 🤩 I was also able to find 60 Tatsumi on sale 🤭 one of these days 🤭.

Slightly gaseous, thought it would be a classic sake from the label, but it smells gorgeous 🍍😆 😆.
Dark elegant sweetness, then a bit of spiciness, then a clean finish.
Personal rating 8.0/10 points
At a standing bar in Shinbashi.
Fresh and clean ginjo aroma.
Lightly sweet. It is a beautiful and smooth sweetness.
Fruity sweetness.
Slightly sweet, but delicious.
When the bottle is opened, it has a fruity aroma like pineapple.
Not only the aroma but also the sweetness can be felt in the mouth, but the moderate acidity makes it easy to drink.
This was the first Nagano sake I've seen, but I liked it so much I'd like to repeat the experience ✨.
