Shinanotsuru First Shiborizumi Nama Sake!
The proprietress of the store said, "I don't want to introduce this because it's so delicious.
I don't want to introduce it.
What? Are we going to drink all of it ourselves?
Of course we'll have some. ❗️
Fruity and robust!
Alcoholic?
Goes well with all kinds of Japanese food!
Today I sold my 🚙 that I've been driving for about 13 years 😭.
I was inclined to ride it until it busted, but it costs something 😣 and there will be objections 😩.
I hope I win the lottery 😣! but I didn't buy it 🤣.
On days like that, I have no choice but to open the bottle!
Shinanotsuru, the first Shiboribori I've been looking forward to!
Juicy and fruity as Nagano sake 😍!
This is the first time I've had this brand.
It's delicious 😋!
The label is old-fashioned, with a minimalist design, but yes, it's delicious!
It shows off the deliciousness that is typical of Nagano sake 👍I'm glad I bought it 😋.
Hello, bosuke 😃.
We rode a lot in 13 years 😇
I think our first Shinanotsuru was also from here 😌I mistakenly bought it with Mikotsuru 😅.
Did you pick up your new car 🚙?
Good evening, Mr. Bousuke, ☺️
I've been driving it for 15 years, repairing it 😅😅.
I bought one too! This Shinanotsuru 🍶The jacket is retro but it's delicious 👍
When shall I drink it? I'm looking forward to it!
Good morning, Yennomi 😃.
I love it 🚙 no matter how many years I drive it 🚙!
I still wanted to ride 🥲.
I'm about to stomp my feet on this jackpot that's not current, but once you know how good Shinanotsuru tastes, you'll be good 👍.
Good morning, Mr. Bosuke!
I was worried about the bottle and ended up buying 4 gos of sake. I'm looking forward to it 😄I'm sorry you had to part with your car 😢My bike is cute and I can't let it go even though I only ride it once in a while and it will soon be 30 years old 🙄Maintenance costs are high....
Hi Kotori 😃
The first squeezes are definitely delicious 👍.
If you love something, you want to love it for a long time even if it's a little inconvenient 😃.
My 🚙 has maintenance costs too 🥲.
30 years is great 👏.
Yesterday, on my weekday off, I went to Ginza and stopped by Tatsumi Seishudo in Higashi-Ginza.
I went there for Hirotogawa Nigori, but they did not have it in stock, so I got Shinanotsuru Hatsu Shibori, which I was interested in.
There was also a bottle of Gantaku, but it looked like it was fire-aged, so we passed on it.
The Hatsushibori had an elegant pear sweetness with a slight bitterness, and I felt it had great potential.
I was not able to check how it tasted the next day and ended up with a 4-goupe bottle of it. 😅
I've heard that Takeshon-san has been praising Shinanotsuru's Stubborn for a long time, and Manachie-san says it's a very good sake, and this is also a good thing about Sake-no-wa, I recommend and post good sake without discovery.
Anyway, I am curious about this sake.
Next time I want to drink Shinanotsuru, I want to drink the unfiltered raw sake of Gantaku👍.
Good morning, Manachie 😊.
Yes, I am very happy to hear that you are having a great time!
I can't wait to enjoy the unfiltered raw sake from Stubborn 👍.
Shinanotsuru Junmai Ginjo Hatsushibori Unfiltered Nama-shu
Rating 4.4
Rice: Miyamanishiki from Komagane City, Nagano Prefecture, Polishing ratio: 60%, Alc: 16
Gorgeous aroma reminiscent of melon, gently wafting in the air, with a sense of gas that dissolves after a moment!
The sweetness bursts forth with the gaseous sensation, making the palate lively at once! The burst of sweetness disappears without any residual sugar, and the taste is fresh and sharp, like the middle peel (white part) of citrus fruits. The taste is a little strong and may be difficult to drink for many people.
😘Crane chu😘
I guess the aroma is a little more banana.
The freshness may not be as fragrant as usual?
Yes, yummy ❤️
It has a freshness and freshness like a pear,
The taste is fresh and fresh like a pear, and the bitterness gives it a nice finish.
It is quickly cut by bitterness. ❤️
It's good. ❤️
Let's all become a Tsuruchu (Shinanotsuru fan) 💪.
Good evening, Manachy 😃.
This post is going to get more people hooked on vine chews again 🤗We've had ours 2 years ago and they're fading 😅Next time I'd like to have a fresh one 😋.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby ☀Please drink the unfiltered draft of Stubborn 🍶❗️ I think the Tsurutu could be more popular, but the liquor store I go to buy it from runs out pretty quickly these days 🤣.
It's been a while since I've been to a new sake brewery and I found a sake that I like.
It is a bit dry and refreshing, but has a gorgeous taste. The aroma is very similar to my favorite Gokotsuru.
This is not good! This sake went well with the mushroom hot pot we had today 🍶.
Crane Chew 🐦💋
I went to the liquor store to drink Shinanotsuru, but it was not the right time 🤣❗️
So I bought a paper cup of sake that was aged in the store (also called unsold) 💪.
Yes, it's good enough, but I want to drink it 😭.
Well, let's believe it will be out soon ❤️
I can see the end in sight somehow, and I can rest tomorrow! I thought so, but then I was ordered to take a break soon. No, you don't need me to tell you to take tomorrow off. You know? It's the Labor Thanksgiving Day look-back holiday, right? If you didn't see the end in the first place, you wouldn't tell me to take a rest 🤣⁉️
I was so happy to be able to work 41 days in a row!
So I stopped after 41 consecutive working days🛑🫷.
It's been a long time since I had a day off❤️
It's been 49 days since I've had a day off and 3 days in the second half of the year if you're counting 🤣❗️ Funny 🤣
Anyway, last night I decided to feel a little rich and drank a can of expensive Hakushu highballs❗️This is delicious🤤The aroma is irresistible🤤I had a bottle of Hakushu but thought it was too good to open... but after drinking this I think I'm going to open it🤣
Hello, Mr. Manachy.
It's 3 days in the second half of the year. ⁉️
You are really too tired💦.
A can of Hakushu highball is delicious 😋.
Please enjoy your precious day off richly and liquor-rich🍀.
Manachie, good evening 🌃🌛.
Even if it's a cup, a Tsuru-chu child is still a Tsuru-chu child 😊I'm almost certain you'll find Stubborn Table at Tsuruya supermarket in Nagano 😋Please take a good rest 😚.
Fluffy, light pineapple aroma
Slightly tangy, as if it will come off soon.
Fruity pineapple aroma spreads softly with sweetness.
Slightly alcoholic aroma and bitterness lingers in the aftertaste.
It is sweet but not heavy sweetness, but a little watery and light sweetness that quickly disappears with a lingering bitterness.
11/24 Heating up the sake
When it was cold, the taste was a little more pronounced and less watery after a few days in the bottle.
Heated up at 65℃, wrapped in a tin chirori
The temperature went up to 67℃, so we added more sake to lower the temperature.
It was sweet and sour, with a strong umami flavor.
Sweet and sour, with a slight acidity that is not unpleasant.
A slight bitterness with a smooth and refreshing finish.
Easy to drink
