☀️ I heard "tan satsu" is read as "denkou". I don't know what it means🤪. It has a mild sweetness and a modest flavor 😚. There is a slight bitterness in the base throughout. It ends with a slight tang at the end 🙄. Maybe it's a sake for the experts? I thought 🤔.
