Hi, I'm very happy to hear that KID is such a good tasting sake at such a good price. It is such a cosy sake. I would like to have the winter nigori next! ささかま3I bought this at a sake store in Kogota, northern part of the prefecture, for my first taste of Nagasaki sake. When the bottle was opened, it made a light sound. The aroma of apple was strongly felt. I felt thick apple juice and sourness. My daughter drove an hour to take me to a sake shop in the northern part of the prefecture. I was nervous about opening the bottle, but it ended with a small sound without the contents overflowing. I felt a slight effervescent shriek. It had a sweet and sour taste of green apple, but the sharpness was sharp. It may have a bitter taste. It seemed to go well with meat dishes.
