It is not easy to purchase sake from Kyushu here. My daughter drove an hour to take me to a sake shop in the northern part of the prefecture. I was nervous about opening the bottle, but it ended with a small sound without the contents overflowing. I felt a slight effervescent shriek. It had a sweet and sour taste of green apple, but the sharpness was sharp. It may have a bitter taste. It seemed to go well with meat dishes.
