Today, the highly respected Dr. Sakaguchi won the Nobel Prize, so I took the liberty of having a toast. p
This sake is a very dry sake.
It is the type of delicious sake that you can drink without getting tired of it.
I tried to nigiri the bonito, but it is appropriate, so don't enlarge it! Absolutely!
Thank you for your comment, Matsuchiyo. p
Thank you for saying it looks delicious! I am very happy to hear that. p
But when I looked at it up close, it was quite badly done........
A souvenir from a trip to East Hokkaido. It is a locally brewed sake from Nemuro, and although it is traditionally made, it goes well with fish dishes.
Refreshing, light and easy to drink, this dry sake goes well with salty fish dishes and sashimi.
I had it with mushiri under ice fish from Kushiro and salmon from Shari.
It was a good match and we drank it easily!
