It's been a while since I've been to a new sake brewery and I found a sake that I like. It is a bit dry and refreshing, but has a gorgeous taste. The aroma is very similar to my favorite Gokotsuru. This is not good! This sake went well with the mushroom hot pot we had today 🍶.

Crane Chew 🐦💋 I went to the liquor store to drink Shinanotsuru, but it was not the right time 🤣❗️ So I bought a paper cup of sake that was aged in the store (also called unsold) 💪. Yes, it's good enough, but I want to drink it 😭. Well, let's believe it will be out soon ❤️ I can see the end in sight somehow, and I can rest tomorrow! I thought so, but then I was ordered to take a break soon. No, you don't need me to tell you to take tomorrow off. You know? It's the Labor Thanksgiving Day look-back holiday, right? If you didn't see the end in the first place, you wouldn't tell me to take a rest 🤣⁉️ I was so happy to be able to work 41 days in a row! So I stopped after 41 consecutive working days🛑🫷. It's been a long time since I had a day off❤️ It's been 49 days since I've had a day off and 3 days in the second half of the year if you're counting 🤣❗️ Funny 🤣 Anyway, last night I decided to feel a little rich and drank a can of expensive Hakushu highballs❗️This is delicious🤤The aroma is irresistible🤤I had a bottle of Hakushu but thought it was too good to open... but after drinking this I think I'm going to open it🤣

Fluffy, light pineapple aroma Slightly tangy, as if it will come off soon. Fruity pineapple aroma spreads softly with sweetness. Slightly alcoholic aroma and bitterness lingers in the aftertaste. Heated up at 65℃, wrapped in a tin chirori The temperature went up to 67℃, so we added more sake to lower the temperature. It was sweet and sour, with a strong umami flavor. ☀️ I heard "tan satsu" is read as "denkou". I don't know what it means🤪. It has a mild sweetness and a modest flavor 😚. There is a slight bitterness in the base throughout. It ends with a slight tang at the end 🙄. Maybe it's a sake for the experts? I thought 🤔.
