Japanese white pine (Pinus parviflora) Firmly sweet with almost no sourness or bitterness. Melon Named after a brewery that learned from "Kamotsuru" in Hiroshima, the name "Shinanotsuru" was borrowed from one of the characters for "crane". Since 2001, the brewery has converted to a pure rice brewery for all of its products. Currently all Ginjo-style brewing (low-temperature, long-term brewing). The name derives from the nickname and haiku name of the first president, Kujiro Kitahara. He used the character "satsuki" (皐, satsuki, satsuki), which is the same character as the character "sawa" in Tazawa Shuzo, the predecessor of Choseisha, as his haiga name.

We brought a bottle of sake to the company's drinking party. Because there were over 30 people in total at the party, the "Hana-no-Mai Abyss" bottle ran out early, so we opened another one as a spare and had a drink 🍶. Shinanotsuru Tasatsu Junmai Ginjyo 60 Nama Genjozo Unfiltered. The aroma is like melon with beautiful rice aroma, cool and refreshing, melon-like sweetness and umami, and then it finishes with a pleasantly sweet aftertaste. Shinshu sake is delicious after all! This one was purchased at Marunouchi Sake Shokuhin, where we stopped during our recent drive in Nagoya. It was highly praised by my co-workers who said they don't usually have a chance to drink Shinshu sake 🥰. I drank so much! I drank so much that I lost my memory one station before getting off the train on the way back and missed the next stop 🤣. I realized that I missed one stop 🤣 Since the train is in the countryside, the feeling of one stop is far away😅. I walked 5 km to sober up, but on the way back, I saw fireflies in the rice field ✨. The 4th picture is the curry of beef tendon topped with fried bean curd 🍛 that I had for lunch the next day at Farmer's Restaurant Mamma. I always feel like eating curry the day after drinking, don't you? I'm sure I'll be satisfied even without the fried tofu topping 🍴.

It happens sometimes, I go to the liquor store thinking I'm going to buy a certain sake. I go to the liquor store, and while I'm looking around, I buy another one 😆. This is the Shinanotsuru I bought in that pattern! Nagano sake, unfiltered raw sake, and I've never had it, I guess I bought it somewhere around here 🤔. Traditional label though, When I drink it, it's sweet fresh? But it doesn't have that much acidity. Of course there's no bitterness, so it's refreshing, but it's not fruity. But it's pretty tasty, Shinanotsuru 😋.

Another round of drinks at Shinshu Osakemura near Shimbashi Station. Shinanotsuru's Natazou Juicy and quite good quality in a stable if not so much that it sticks out. When it comes to Shinanotsuru, Takeshon-san I have a strong image of it because Mr. Takeshon repeatedly said that "Gantaku" is delicious. I'm looking forward to drinking Gantaku someday 😊.

The fruity aroma is just like a ripe melon. It also has a light aftertaste with the umami of rice. It is crisp and has a moderately dry taste. All Shinanotsuru wines are delicious.

I haven't been able to do any booze activities lately, so I'm giving T&D a big hug. I'm carrying you on my back 😭 I'm a little surprised at how much I like it 😍. Umami, sweetness, acidity, a little bitterness, and a nice lingering taste ✨. Very delicious, I love it now ‼️ This is one of the best bottles I've ever had, just because it's a substitute I can't get myself 🥰. Thank you 🙇‍♂️ Tomorrow is finally GW💕 (just one day 😅) So today I had some free time, so I stopped by the famous Fukuman Ku Kurosatsu Bosatsu in Aizu ❣️ It was early in the morning, so I parked my truck at a roadside station and took a morning stroll and visited the shrine: 🙇‍♂️ I felt so happy 🥹.
