I used to buy it when I visited Sendai.
It's a sake that should be more popular.
Tonight's Tasatsuki is different...
It's very strong....
It was so hot today that my body is craving for summer sake...
I guess beer is the first thing to make my mouth water.
I guess I'm going for Sake right off the bat...
I'm a fan of Ghost in the Shell, and I found a backpack for business meetings that's just right for me 🎒.
It won't arrive until September...
Japanese white pine (Pinus parviflora)
Firmly sweet with almost no sourness or bitterness. Melon
Named after a brewery that learned from "Kamotsuru" in Hiroshima, the name "Shinanotsuru" was borrowed from one of the characters for "crane".
Since 2001, the brewery has converted to a pure rice brewery for all of its products. Currently all Ginjo-style brewing (low-temperature, long-term brewing).
The name derives from the nickname and haiku name of the first president, Kujiro Kitahara. He used the character "satsuki" (皐, satsuki, satsuki), which is the same character as the character "sawa" in Tazawa Shuzo, the predecessor of Choseisha, as his haiga name.
We brought a bottle of sake to the company's drinking party.
Because there were over 30 people in total at the party, the "Hana-no-Mai Abyss" bottle ran out early, so we opened another one as a spare and had a drink 🍶.
Shinanotsuru Tasatsu Junmai Ginjyo 60 Nama Genjozo Unfiltered.
The aroma is like melon with beautiful rice aroma, cool and refreshing, melon-like sweetness and umami, and then it finishes with a pleasantly sweet aftertaste.
Shinshu sake is delicious after all!
This one was purchased at Marunouchi Sake Shokuhin, where we stopped during our recent drive in Nagoya.
It was highly praised by my co-workers who said they don't usually have a chance to drink Shinshu sake 🥰.
I drank so much!
I drank so much that I lost my memory one station before getting off the train on the way back and missed the next stop 🤣.
I realized that I missed one stop 🤣 Since the train is in the countryside, the feeling of one stop is far away😅.
I walked 5 km to sober up, but on the way back, I saw fireflies in the rice field ✨.
The 4th picture is the curry of beef tendon topped with fried bean curd 🍛 that I had for lunch the next day at Farmer's Restaurant Mamma.
I always feel like eating curry the day after drinking, don't you?
I'm sure I'll be satisfied even without the fried tofu topping 🍴.
Good evening, Mr. Gyve 🌙
Shinanotsuru, I've been wanting to try some of your stubborn table, and the Tasatsu looks delicious too 😆.
And it's amazing that you walked 5 kilometers after drinking it ✨How nice to see fireflies while walking home, a perfect health measure 👍.
Hello, Mr. Gyve!
Bringing sake to a company drinking party is quintessential 🎵.
Everyone's blink-and-you'll-miss-it choice is also 👍️
Shinanotsuru is another Nagano sake I'd like to try 🤤.
I know what you mean about wanting curry 😁✨✨.
Good evening, Kotaro🌛.
I've heard that this year's "Gantaku" has a good reputation and I'd like to try it 🥰.
I heard from the store that they will have it in stock again, so I hope you will be able to find it too ✨.
Good evening, ma-ki-chan🌛.
I had a drinking party at a very authentic bar, and when we had a drinking party before, we couldn't find any drinks to drink, so I thought it would be a win-win situation if we brought our own 😅My body needs turmeric.
It happens sometimes, I go to the liquor store thinking I'm going to buy a certain sake. I go to the liquor store, and while I'm looking around, I buy another one 😆.
This is the Shinanotsuru I bought in that pattern!
Nagano sake, unfiltered raw sake, and I've never had it, I guess I bought it somewhere around here 🤔.
Traditional label though,
When I drink it, it's sweet fresh?
But it doesn't have that much acidity.
Of course there's no bitterness, so it's refreshing, but it's not fruity.
But it's pretty tasty, Shinanotsuru 😋.
Hi, Takashi!
I too drove to Nagoya the other day to buy some "Yamasan" and even though it was on sale, I ended up buying another sake 🤣.
I also have the same "Shinanotsuru" in stock and plan to bring it to a company drinking party✨.
Hi Takashi 🐦.
It's super common 🤣 but I'm glad you found a good drink 😉 I'm having trouble lately because sometimes I forget what I really want even if I really want it 😂.
Hi Gyve 😊
That's great that you went all the way to Nagoya 😆.
Shinanotsuru, I'm glad it was pretty good, but,
But really, was it the right place 😅. I sometimes feel nervous 😅
Hi Pon 😊
I'm more of an eye-rolling kind of person. I really wish I could do a tasting 😁.
Sometimes I'm curious about the ones I didn't buy, but I'll just chalk it up to fate 😭.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😊.
Is that a Shinanotsuru from Gokotsuru 😆.
It's funny to imagine the moment you noticed 🤣.
It's funny how coincidences happen 🥳.
Another round of drinks at Shinshu Osakemura near Shimbashi Station.
Shinanotsuru's Natazou
Juicy and quite good quality in a stable if not so much that it sticks out.
When it comes to Shinanotsuru, Takeshon-san
I have a strong image of it because Mr. Takeshon repeatedly said that "Gantaku" is delicious.
I'm looking forward to drinking Gantaku someday 😊.
The fruity aroma is just like a ripe melon. It also has a light aftertaste with the umami of rice. It is crisp and has a moderately dry taste. All Shinanotsuru wines are delicious.
I'm a direct drink 🍶, sorry 🙇.
I wanted to try this place near Yaesu exit.
I wanted to go to a sake tavern near the Yaesu exit.
Sweet and sweet sake.
Very soft and sweet!
No bitter acidity,
No bitter acid, just sweet win🏅.
And it's very
And it's a very cosy sake 💰.
It's only Tuesday.
Well, I guess that's okay 🤤.

Sweet and refreshing, with the delicious taste of rice.
It has the flavor of rice.
There is not much acidity, and the sweetness may seem like sugar water. Basically delicious, but not my favorite type.
satsuki azalea (satsuki azalea)
Junmai Ginjo 60
Continuing from last week, Shinanotsuru
The aroma is the same, but the rice flavor is more pronounced.
I think I prefer this one.
It is sold only in Komagane City.
Shinanotsuru Jun Koma" ✨🥂✨.
Fruity aroma
When you drink it
The fruity aroma is just as sweet, delicious, and acidic as it is.
Mmmm, it's delicious💕
Light bitterness in the aftertaste
The lingering sweet, sweet, sour and bitter taste with a good aroma
It is still there 😘.
On this day,
I got the first bamboo shoots from my parents' house.
I cooked it with fried bean curd and paired it with it.
Super 〰︎ clear ❣️ dry sake 🍶.
It was delicious 😋💕.
Hi, Tsubu-chan 🐦.
Komagane city only 😳‼️ as expected from the Tsubu family😊👍and it looks delicious😻I may not be able to get this sake, but I regret that I should have stopped by more liquor stores and breweries when I was in Shinshu once or twice a year💦.
Good evening, Pon-chan😄
◯◯◯ limited ‼️←Dora is burning 🔥🤣
The Shinanotsuru I've had so far was too strong in aroma for me, so this Jun Koma is good 😘👍.
I wish I could have stopped by when I was there before...
