the birthplace of this rice and the main sake brewery that handles it 😆.
Now that it's available in my neighborhood, I can drink it 🎶.
The aroma of rice greets you when you open the bottle 😃.
The sweetness is moderate but the flavor of the rice can be felt well.
It is full-bodied and very drinkable 😋.
It has a calm, soft and gentle taste and is suitable as a food sake 🎶.
I must try the other Harukasumi 🤣.
I plan to open another bottle of Akita sake👍
