Purchased at Sabun Sake Shop. The brewery is located nearby in Furukawa. I bought it as a heated sake, but it was too good even cold! It had a pleasantly gaseous, fruity, sweet feeling that lasted throughout the entire bottle and was very smooth on the palate! It is also good lukewarm! The sweetness softened a bit and turned into a nigori-like nuance! Mellow and a little sour with a nice crisp finish!

The long awaited first Akabu! Purchased at Zabun Sake Shop after climbing Mt. Kurikoma. Akabu, fresh and moderately sweet with a slight carbonation despite being a junmai sake! This is what it's rumored to be, and I guess it's just as famous and trendy as it's modern taste *.

Recently my favorite Kamikigen I prefer a sake degree of +3 +12 Challenge The aroma is fruity. The mouthfeel is definitely spicy. But the umami is also very good. The sharpness is also outstanding. Super dry, but with a lot of alcohol. I had an image of something like this But this is wonderful! It goes well with any meal.

I haven't been drinking Miyagi sake lately. My first Hiryu High-cost Junmai Daiginjo Not much of an aroma, but but it is dry from the first sip. It has a lot of umami. But there is a little bit of fruity flavor too. I would like to match it with seafood.

Second bottle of prep sake 🤣. My favorite sake rice in Akita prefecture is Misato Nishiki. the birthplace of this rice and the main sake brewery that handles it 😆. Now that it's available in my neighborhood, I can drink it 🎶. The aroma of rice greets you when you open the bottle 😃. The sweetness is moderate but the flavor of the rice can be felt well. It is full-bodied and very drinkable 😋. It has a calm, soft and gentle taste and is suitable as a food sake 🎶. I must try the other Harukasumi 🤣. I plan to open another bottle of Akita sake👍

Today we have the NEXT 5 Yuki no Bijin 🎶. I didn't know there was an active nigori until I saw it at the liquor store 😮. It was too vigorous and automatically stirred 🤣 as the bottle opening caution tag said. I'm struggling not to spill it for a while 🥊. The aroma is lactic acidic like calpis and sweet like ramune. sweet aroma like rumney 😍. It's very squashy and pops in the mouth 🤣. Fermentation is quite advanced, so it's very dry and not too refreshing 😦. Very dry and too clean 😮. The bitterness combined with the lees has a big impact 🎶. It washes out your mouth clean 😆. Interesting because it's so dry against the sweet aroma 😍. After the second day, the fizziness fades but little else changes 🤔. I tried it with frozen hormone from 7-Eleven. It's just too good with it and the cup just keeps going and going 😋. The slightly thicker sauce is the best for this type of sake 👍 Now, what should I open next?

At home. Purchased on a business trip. As a result of hesitation with Hyogo Aizan of the work. We don't see many of these in Miyagi and We chose Yokoyama because of its price. All Yamada Nishiki. The aroma is of ripe melon, similar to cemedine. In the mouth, it has a fresh, popping sensation. The taste is quite fruity and sweet and acidic. Juicy with a good balance of bitterness.
