I love this one😍. I was so impressed last year when I had it for the first time 😆. Entry No.4 Shirakiku from Okunoto 🍶. According to the information I got from the liquor store at the time of purchase, this season has more lees than usual and is sweeter than usual 🤔. The aroma is like a combination of lactic acid like calpis and rum and soda 😃. Slightly effervescent and gaseous taste is pleasant. The taste of rice is rich, but not too much. The rice flavor is rich, but not harsh, and the lactic acidity makes it easy to drink 😋. It is also interesting to note that with lees, it is muddy and quite like a doburoku 🤣. The souvenirs from the Aizu trip were limited edition sake from Homare Sake Brewery and Miyazumi Meizumi Brewery 😆. In addition, I gave him a gift of Tokutari and Akabu as a retirement present, and he gave me a Tokutari and a sake cup in return 🎶. Thank you very much 😊. Now for entry No. 3, Hirotogawa 🍶. The Akita department head loves this 😍. It is a little bit refreshing and has a sweet aroma that reminds me of a peach. It has a sweet aroma reminiscent of peaches 🎶. It is crisp and easy to drink. Nigori Festival Entry No. 2 🍶. The bag of the Duke 😁. If you look at the specs alone, it's the 3rd from the top 👍 Junmai Daiginjyo Nama Sake in Chuo The sake rice used is Yamadanishiki. It's too crisp and you can hardly smell the aroma 😮. It was bottled in May last year and it's an active cloudy sake, so maybe it's completely fermented? 🤣 Both the micro-fermentation and gassiness are strong. I drank it without mixing the lees. It has a clear and sharp impression. Dry and dry 🎶. However, the acidity is stronger than other nigori sake 😮. It has a great sharpness and goes well with dishes that are a bit strong 🎶. If you continue to mix the lees The sweetness and umami of the rice also asserts itself. It gives the impression of a mellow sake 😋. But it's a bit strange that the bitterness doesn't appear with the lees. The sharpness of the sake is still good, so it is too easy to drink without becoming dull 🎶. If I dare to mention a flaw... I wish it was a little more gorgeous when I think of it as a median 🤔. Maybe it's my fault for letting the active cloudy one age in the cellar for almost a year though 🤣.

A close relative of mine retired at the end of March 🎊. That's why we went to Aizu area for a celebration trip 🏎. We are all going there with our relatives😍. Everyone but me 😭‼️ I just couldn't make time for it due to work 😥... I'm so frustrated that I'm going to open all the nigori I've been saving 😤. 4 bottles of nigori 🎶 I will upload the reviews one by one as I finish them 🎶. Also, a general review will be included in the review of the fourth bottle: 🙇‍♂️ Entry No.1 Taiheizan🏔. The Kurabiraki limited edition has a very high alcohol content of 19%😮. The aroma is thin and just a hint of rice atmosphere? 🤔 If you drink it without lees mixing... Very, very, very refreshing and too dry 😮. The high alcohol content may also have an effect on the impression of super light and dry 🤣. If you continue to mix the lees The sweetness and umami of the rice also comes out and it is very well balanced 😋. I wonder if that's why the amount of lees was quite large 😮? 🤔 I like dry sake but without lees it's a bit harsh. I should have mixed it all up😅. Purchased at Yodogawa Sake Shop 🎶 during a visit to Tochigi in early March. Decided to buy it the moment I saw on the label that it was made in December 2009 The moment I saw "Shipped in January 2011" on the label, I had to buy it 🤣. I'm super excited about the 1 year aging process 😍. When I opened the bottle, I was greeted with a robust aroma of rice 😆. Full-bodied with a rich rice flavor👍 The depth of flavor is amazing considering the Miyamanishiki used 😋. The sweetness is moderate and easy to drink with a hint of grape 😊. The aftertaste is finished off with a nice refreshing acidity so you can enjoy drinking it without getting bored 😍. I have the impression that it is basically a food wine, but it is also good on its own👍

New year starts today 😆. Cherry blossoms are finally declared to be in bloom in my hometown 🎶. I'm going to open a rare sake now that my 12 consecutive workdays are over 🤣. The label doesn't look like spring though 😁. The aroma is gorgeous and very sweet 😍. There's a gassy feeling that's typical of nama-shu, but there's almost no microbubbles. Very sweet flavor fills your mouth though. I didn't get that pineapple 🍍 vibe that people often talk about with Huayouyasui 🤔. It was more like melon 🍈😮. As the temperature range rises... I was surprised at the sweetness of the rice, but also the flavor of the rice gradually started to show through 😋. It slowly melts away in your mouth so you can enjoy the lingering taste for a long time 🎶. It's a little easier to get than before, so I'll stock up a little bit. I'll stock up a little 😎😎.

I felt like I haven't had a good quality sake from Kyushu recently, so I opened one👍. I think it has almost no aroma 🤔. I guess if it plays a supporting role without interfering with the food 🎶. A smooth and sweet grape 🍇. It's raw but has a little bit of a fizz to it, and the gasiness is very strong 😋. It has a good amount of flavor and is easy to pair with food 🎶. It's really good with a calm taste 👍

Since the remaining amount of the sake that was opened at the same time was halfway through the bottle I personally consider it to be the best of the light dry sake, so I opened an additional bottle of Taiheizan Tenkou 🤣. It's a 1 gou bottle so it's perfect for a little extra 👍. When opened, it has a fruity, clean and light aroma 😍. The strong rice flavor is impressive and very dry 🙂. Very dry sake 😋. It is crisp and clear. It is very clear and transparent. Easy to drink like water 😊.

I had an appointment with someone on Saturday. I had an appointment with someone on Saturday, but I had to give it up because a relative of mine passed away. After I got home, I wanted to drink a gorgeous drink to lift my spirits 🎶 so I chose this one. I opened it because it had been aging in my cellar for about 6 months 🤣. It's a delicious drink that is definitely on my list when I want something sweet 🍶. It's a junmai sake but it's like a ginjo sake. Very gorgeous, sweet and rich aroma 😍. The sweetness reminds me of white peach or melon 🍑. It's also important to note that as the temperature is raised a bit, you can start to taste the umami of the rice 👍. It disappears slowly in the mouth so you can enjoy the lingering taste for a long time😊. It is better to enjoy it by itself or with a little snack than drinking it as a food wine 🎶.

The aroma is citrusy with a hint of It has a sweet aroma with a Japanese taste like Wasanbon ☺️ Unfortunately, the first day after opening the bottle, it was not so good 😥. It was hard to drink 💦. Today, the second day, the hardness is gone and it's totally different 😮. It has a sweet and tasty structure. The bitterness accentuates the taste and makes it easy to drink 😋. It has a soft and gentle taste without being too flashy. I think it is a high spec sake that can be used as a stand-alone sake or as an in-between meal sake👍.

When I was off to Tochigi, I was talking with Beta Alanin about drinking Kamikigen, but we didn't go through with it. I was talking with Beta Alanine about drinking Kamikigen when we were off in Tochigi, but we didn't drink it. I don't remember if it was out of stock at the izakaya. 😅 The aroma is clean and refreshing. It's like a mix of apples, grapes, and other fruits 😃. The taste is like a banana🍌 without the sweetness 🤣. It has a great flavor so it's very drinkable👍. The flavor slowly fades away in the mouth so you can enjoy it for a long time 😍. It's a bit hard to drink 🤔 because it has a much more robust feel. I feel it is a little difficult to drink 🤔 What's that? I don't remember Kamikigen being like this? 😅 I had an image that it was more light and refreshing 🤔.

Next up was Genmai's Yamada Nishiki👍. I was in the mood for a sweet and tasty sake, so this one was a no-brainer 🤣. The aroma is sweet and very gorgeous ☺️ It has a rich sweetness that reminds me of melon, which is typical of Yamadanishiki. The flavor of the rice is very robust 😋. Perhaps because it is a new sake, there is a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste this time. It is a very refreshing 🎶. It took me about 3 days to finish it. On the first day, the emphasis was on the sweetness the first day, the sweetness will gradually reveal the taste of rice, so it's possible to drink it over several days. It's also possible to drink it over a few days 😁. It's a great sake no matter when you drink it 😋.

Tasake was at the top of the list of sake recommendations, so I opened it 😆. The aroma has a grape🍇 like rice atmosphere😃. Fruity and refreshing sweetness reminiscent of green apple🍏 and The rice flavor fills your mouth 😍. Not too sweet, not too spicy, well balanced and very easy to drink 🍶. It's a delicious sake, but I drank it after night shift, so I didn't prepare any side dish 😅.
