Today, a Junmai Daiginjo Yamazakura Momo (YASURA) from Sudo Honke in Ibaraki Prefecture: ❗️
The aroma is faintly like old sake. The first sip has a dense texture on the tongue. After that, it has a numbness and a deep flavor like old sake. ❗️The sake we drank this time was last year's sake, so it was a nama-zake, but it didn't have much of a nama-zake feel. ❗️❗️
Rice used is something from Kasama
That's one word for the wonderful ‼️.
I feel it's sophisticated and seamless.
Full of flavor with a clean aftertaste.
The price is high, but the level is also quite high. ‼️
The second cup was a Sudo Honke's Gonohomare, which had been on my mind for some time. This one had a slightly yellowish color and a sturdy impression. I was told that it is a genre of sake called "Kaoru-shu.

Maybe this is the last time I drink this year. ⁉︎
I went to a nearby day spa with my family during the day and came back to enjoy it.
I bought this one when I went to the pottery festival in Kasama.
The color tone is crystal yellow. The taste is smooth.
The aroma is slightly like sake in the mouth.
Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Sudo Honke Corporation.
Gonohyu Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake
Purchased at the Hankyu Kuramoto Festival 2023.
Since it is a draft sake, I opened the bottle thinking it would be better to drink it as soon as possible.
I drank it cold.
The aroma is a clear alkali aroma. It has a magic ink-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, with a slight sourness and a concentrated richness with a slight umami flavor. A little sweetness can be felt at the same time. Above all, the richness is impressive.
The aroma that passes through the nose is nutty. There may be a sense of maturity. I wonder if it has been aged in a refrigerator.
It is a little different from the image I had when I tasted it.
However, when the temperature rises a little, the flavor becomes more robust and delicious.
