Purchased with Tenryo sake cup at Okuhiroya in Kayashima. They stocked it because it was well received at a Saga sake tasting event held for sake retailers. Probably not normally available in the Kansai region. The rice is made from Hokkaido's Kitashizuku. I know Nabeshima also uses Kitashizuku. It has a beautiful sake quality for the rice polishing ratio. There is a slight sweetness, but it is also slightly thin and heavy. It also has a nutty taste. It tastes like nothing else.

I love Niigata, but I can't tell if it's sweet or spicy 😅I found myself drinking 3 gou of it, so it's good 😋. But I think it's the winner 😆. I'd like to try the other ones though👍
