I would like to end by introducing "Yuma" which I brought to the meeting 💡.
When I attended the Kyushu Chapter's regular meeting during the Obon vacation, I was so shocked when I drank it as a toast that it was chosen over Nagasaki sake. ⚡️
It has a sweetness and aroma like grapefruit with a bit of bitterness.
It is sold year-round, but I think it is a perfect summer drink 💡.
I'm glad I brought it with me because I heard people say, "It's delicious ❗️" ✨ ジャイヴHi Yoohee ☀☀☀☀.

First time at Colors and I can't believe I got to drink lastrapis 👀.
The citrusy aroma spread and flowed with a slight sourness.
It is said to have been aged for about 2 years, but the sweetness is not that strong and the beautiful Miyamanishiki-like flavor is still there.
It's a shame they won't be releasing it again, but I'm really glad I got to drink it with everyone at the end ✨.

We compared quite a few drinks this year abe, but junmai sake was a first for us 💡.
The umami and sweetness came sizzling and flowed smoothly.
Many of them, including the limited time offerings, are quite light in flavor, but this one is solid.
This was one of the bottles that reaffirmed the deliciousness of abe.

Here is where the major players really come into play🍶.
This is an unfiltered, unfiltered sake from Hyogo Prefecture's leading sake brewer, Kiku-Masamune's "Hyakumoku" line, which is limited to the prefecture.
It is made with luxurious Yamadanishiki from the special A district produced in Yoshikawa.
The sweetness flows with a gusto, along with a fruity aroma and a bit of alcohol.
I live in Hyogo, so of course I've seen it before, but I've never passed it up until now.
I tend to be put off by the big boys, but it's good to try a drink once in a while 💡.

Another first for us, Miyakanbai.
It is a sake that is rare to find in Hyogo, even though there are two sake stores in Nagasaki that specialize in it.
Is it available at key shops in Osaka?
In the mouth, you can feel the sweetness, and it flows smoothly with a touch of sourness.
Wakata-san from Miyagi went to the brewery and brought this limited edition to this meeting✨.
It was my personal favorite flavor, so I thought I'd see if I could come across other varieties to drink 💡.

There were four kinds of sake with different rice, but Aiyama was probably the most popular.
The fruity sweetness of pineapple spreads in the mouth with a little bitterness.
I guess you can't go wrong with any of the Tenbi ✨.

This summer-only Toyoake has a beautiful purple and green label with an impressive hydrangea on it.
Not many stores in Kansai carry it, and of course this was the first time for me to try it ✨.
The sweetness is very intense, but it flows with a bit of sourness and bitterness as well.
It is a very well-balanced sake, and I wondered if I could enjoy the changes if I drank it with some time left 💡.

Gikyo is always wrapped in newspaper, but when you open it, you always seem to be overwhelmed by the strength of the typeface 💪.
This time, I try to drink it, imagining that it must be balanced in taste as it is 100% Yamadanishiki from the Tokushu A district in Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture.
The smooth texture of the tongue is filled with the sweetness and umami of the rice, and flows through with a slight bitterness.
I wonder if the sweetness can also be felt because it is made with tailings.
After all, it is well-balanced and has a good sharpness👍.

Everyone was talking about what to read, Utashiro.
I had seen it at Sake-no-wa, but this was my first time to see the actual thing 👀.
It was a little tangy and flowed with an aroma and sweetness that reminded me of white wine.
It seems like it would be quite tasty to drink with seafood, but there are very few stores that carry it and it seems difficult to get it 💧.

Hey, isn't this a very fermented sake that you can find at the mysterious cheese shop I often go to, or at the kusei sake shop in Honzan: ‼️‼️
It has an aroma of rice bran and sourness that resets the palate at once.
It seems to be good for your health if you keep drinking it as if it were a health food rather than a sake👍.
From what I hear, sales of this sake are there and they have fixed customers.

I've only had Shinshu Kamerei a few times, but to be able to drink this very rare sake, which is only available at two stores in Ueda city, is a great opportunity. ‼️
It has a strong pineapple aroma and sweetness, with a slight lingering taste.

This was my first check-in in Okayama👍.
It tastes as clean as slushy water and flows with a hint of sweetness.
I thought it would be more delicious with fish dishes than on its own 💡.
The brewery is located in Okayama prefecture, a neighbor close to Hyogo, so I would like to buy other kinds of sake if I have a chance 🚗.

This is also my first Hokkaido sake, Kamikawa Taisetsu ❄️
The logo of this sake looked vaguely Hokkaido-like, and it was one of the brands that I had known about but had not tried.
The label is a complete change from the usual cool image, with pink cherry blossom petals dancing on the label, giving it a spring-like feel.
It is a little tangy, and slowly pulls away with a touch of sweetness.
The flavor was concentrated and quite to my liking, so this has become one of the brands I want to pursue in the future 💨.

Speaking of Fukui sake, I love Bon, which is available in my neighborhood, but I had never had any other sake properly, so this was a good opportunity for me.
It is made from sake rice called Sakahomare, which I have not heard much about, and it is squeezed in a bag, so it is sure to be delicious in all the right places. ❗️
The rice flavor was well spread, with a slightly fruity aroma and a lingering aftertaste.

All the sake you brought is a first for me, but this time Takashi was the first Kanagawa check-in ✨.
Being 4 years old, it has a nutty, full-bodied flavor that is goofy, but the aftertaste is smooth.
I thought it would be easy to roll slowly on the tongue or pair with meat dishes or other strong flavored dishes 💡.
Hirupeko-san who dared to promote it at room temperature instead of chilling it 👍 is amazing!

Once again, thanks to Umaumai-san's arrangement, we were able to rent out the Hankai train and have an off-line meeting in the train 🚃.
The first toast was a bottle of sansho brought by Aladdin-san.
I was so excited to be able to drink following the off-line meeting in Fukuoka, and this time, Hozu ❗️
It was super slightly carbonated, with a lingering sweetness and umami flavor, but also a touch of sourness that receded.
It has a more complex flavor than Yamadanishiki and can be enjoyed on its own.
I had never met Aladdin before, but he was sitting right in front of me, so I was able to talk to him a lot and learn a lot👍. Rafa papaGood morning Yoohee 😃
