It was delicious!
Unlike most junmai sake, the sharp acidity really caught my taste buds (and eyes).
I just bought this sake, which I "somehow" reached out for.
I looked at it more closely, and I realized it was a sake that was both sparkling and alky.
I usually don't drink either of them, but the junmai sake was good, so I had high expectations for it.
I'm so glad I did!
The aroma is light and lactic, and the taste is linear with lactic acidity as the main flavor.
Come to think of it, is this the first time for me to drink sparkling wine?
I have never drunk even "Mio".
