I really wanted to try "Garakudai", but of course, it was not presented here!
Well, I hadn't tasted it at the brewery itself, so whatever it is, it's OK!
Dewa immediately!
But first, please visit ......
I first tasted the "Junmai-shu" and "Jungin-nigori" on the third page: ......
This is...
I can't say I like it...
Kuroo-domo
I decided to talk to the brewer who was there.
He said, "This Hen's sake is a sanctuary that even the president (a handsome man from a financial institution) can't interfere with.
After understanding the whole story, Sakaeran took the sake home without tasting it (Why?).
Once again, Dewa!
First of all, it is ostensibly a typical "classic light" sake.
Unfortunately, it is not recommended for beginners.
It is a light and dry Niigata Prefecture sake with a slightly more umami taste, designed for a mid-meal drink.
In other words, it is optimized for nightly drinking and suitable for fathers who are accustomed to drinking on a regular basis.
However, the strong attack that does not make you feel the low Alc is unexpected, and the bitterness is also a characteristic aspect of Itowokashi.
It is better to drink it cold than chilled, as it reveals the nuance of muscat with a hint of sourness and sweetness, and SoSo.

Hello, sakelan. I am very glad to hear that you have experienced firsthand the difference between Tenryo sake cup and Gagakuyo? Kurarajin-san's comment is very easy to understand 🤣The fact that you are taking it home with you is very disciplined of you, Sakeran-san 😊.

Hi Hirupeko-san 👋
Have you had Gagakuyo yet?
I haven't yet, but I'm sure you'll be surprised at how different it is from the other three. I'm imagining myself groaning "Yes, yes, I understand, boss~" from ......😇.

Thank you for your time, Sakeran ✨
I drank the junmai ginjo in the picture about 4 years ago and it was delicious but 🤔 😅.
I heard it was the biggest brewery on Sado Island, so I wonder if there is still a demand for classic sake quality for the local market?

Thank you, Mr. Bou 👋
I'm sure you're right.
There are breweries that have completely discarded the traditional sake for the local market and are growing a completely new brand from scratch, and there are breweries like here that are making brands that cannot be separated from each other. I guess it's like that.

Good morning, Mr. Sakeran 😃.
I'm a beginner, so it's very helpful for us to know what we should drink with 👍.
