One of Japan's leading fireworks displays held recently Yodogawa Fireworks Festival We can see the fireworks from our house because they are shot from one station away from us. And this year I wanted to try to make a 3KAN4ON style🤟! The title is "Kaiun to Hanabi" or "Kaiun to Hanabi". Or "Kaiun to Hanabi no ‼ (Fireworks with good luck)"! It's a good omen, isn't it 😆! Well, the Kaiun we drank at Chohisa is really good! Yes, this is Shizuoka Prefecture's sake! It's a wildly sweet sake! The freshness of the sake is also a good complement to the other flavors (especially the acidity and bitterness), making it different from the flat, monotonous taste often found in sake that specializes in sweetness. It is an authentic "Junmai Unfiltered Nama-Genshu" based on the classics *Not a pure sake, but a very robust sake. It is a bit heavy in a wine glass, so you may want to eat it here. It is a little heavy in a wine glass, so a sake cup is probably the best choice here. Following the "Yukino Kayasha" brought by my mother-in-law last year, this year's sake is "Yukino Kayasha". Tateyama Special Honjozo! I'm so happy because I've never had it before! However, the Kaiun was not to my liking. ...... I guess it's hard for the older generation to understand the classic sake.

Good evening, Mr. Sakeran. I am so envious that you can see the Yodogawa Fireworks Festival from your house 😆 I can only watch it on TV Osaka's live broadcast 😩 Do you prefer a more crisp and clear one than the delicious one? It's so hard to choose a favorite, isn't it?
