Now, I'm going to have some home-delivered sushi from my daughter as a snack 🍣😋.

I am sure it's the same one 😄 and we are going to enjoy it 😄 ❗️ Maybe it's because it has passed one summer, I think it's less sour and more sweet than usual SENKYO 🤔 but that's okay, it's good after all 🤗.
Our birthday doesn't have bouquet 💐 or cake 🍰 but 😅 there is always Tochigi sake 🍶! That's the rule 😆.

Last weekend, Nobii had to go back to Chiba because of his daughter's SOS, but on Sunday evening, he had to go to Chiba again because of another problem 😓... and there was a traffic jam on the highway toward Tokyo 😱.
We were not able to go together, and it was quite a burden for both of us, but we managed to solve the problem and returned home yesterday.
Jay, on the other hand, had a one-day business trip to Tokyo and had meetings with foreigners all day 🤯.
When we met again at night at home, his first words were "Long time no see 👋 I'm so tired 😩".
So we started having a drink to relieve each other's fatigue. ‼️

When I raised Kitajima-san in February of this year, I received a comment from Tsukumogami (付喪神さん) that he would like me to try this Shiga sake (‼️). Since then I have been looking for it 🔍 and finally found it in Chiba the weekend before last and brought it home 🤗.
This week, Nobby had gone to his parents' house from his daughter's to do community service💦 from Sunday noon, so on Thursday night when he came back, we had an emotional reunion after 4 days 🥹 and the sight of two boar cups on the table made me smile 😁.
So after three days of sobriety, the party is about to begin 🎵
When I take a sip of the sake, my mouth is dominated by the rich flavor that makes me say 😳.
The fact that it is not heavy and yet has an overall sense of transparency may be a result of the refreshing acidity 🤗.
Sometimes this umami is perceived as a thick sweetness, and sometimes the acidity comes to the fore 🤔.
The second day, the acidity came to the forefront more!
Either way it's delicious 😋.

We, Osaka and Okinawa, are the only two remaining in the national conquest ❗️, and I was planning to have Osaka there when I go to Kansai expedition (I was undecided when I could go 😅) 🤔.

Last weekend was the 50th anniversary of Jay's grandfather's death and the 33rd anniversary of his grandmother's death. I left Utsunomiya early Saturday morning to pick up my father and sister in Chiba and take them to the grave in Shinjuku Go🚗.
My father's legs and back have completely weakened, so it was a challenge to get him up the stairs to the memorial service hall on the second floor of the temple.
Temples are sometimes not barrier-free, so it can be difficult when you get old...
But I think we J&N can handle this kind of memorial service for our own parents, but I wonder if we should simplify the process and not rely on our children's generation 🤔.
In the afternoon when we returned to Chiba, we went for a shopping walk to Sake-no-Oikawa-san (about 5km round trip) with the aim of getting hungry and enjoying the evening party. ❗️ and got some turtle sea, which we put in our backpacks and brought back home 👍.
It's been a long time since I drank the 4° last year 🤗I'm starting to prefer the low alu of about 14° these days😄.
Nobby brought a glass sake cup and we toasted 🥂.
It's a summery, light, lovely, sweet and refreshing sake with a light flavor 😋!

Last weekend we split up, Jay going to his father's place and Nobby going to his son who is not very good at tidying up his room!
Nobby traveled by train 🚃 with a large backpack 🎒 and a vacuum cleaner in another large paper bag 🛍️! The mouth of the hose was peeking out of the paper bag and if we were in the middle of G7 we probably would have been caught 😆.
It was a full day of cleaning, selection, and trash disposal, but he returned home on Monday after a day of sightseeing in Tokyo with his son on Sunday!
And here's Houjun-san ❗️ I stopped by Sake-no-Oikawa every time I visit my father's house in Chiba, attracted by the delicious looking sake, and also because I had only had Chiebijin in Oita Prefecture, so I got it on a hunch 🤗.
On Monday, I opened the bottle to celebrate our first meeting in two days!
When I opened the lid without thinking, it popped cheerfully, opened and closed repeatedly, and then it did the automatic stirring origami dance for the first time in a long time 💃.
Then we toasted! Expectations are high as the glass is filled with a sense of sizzle 😊.
I thought it would be a light drink with a hint of sweetness and acidity, but it has a dry aftertaste with a lot of gusto 😋.
This is delicious ‼️ It has some similarities to Mida Spark 👍

I decided to drink some Sengoku to calm my mind before the semi-finals 😌! I decided to look for Bizen Yumachi which I haven't had yet ‼️
I've often seen Yumachi at liquor stores, but for some reason, I can't find Bizen Yumachi.
I went to several liquor stores in Utsunomiya, but I couldn't find it, and just when I was about to give up, I came across it at Oikawa in Chiba Prefecture, where I bought Tobiran 🤗.
I was just about to give up when I ran into Mr. Oikawa in Chiba Prefecture where I bought Hiran 🤗! I hugged him gently and brought him home 🥹.
I was going to bring it back to Tochigi, but the bottle of Jiran I bought together with him was killed in the blink of an eye, so I kept on opening it 🤗.
Yes ❗️ it has a lot of umami with a typical Sengoku sourness and juicy taste 😋 sorry for the always short taste comings 😅 but this is my favorite taste 😊.
I finished it in Chiba without going back to Tochigi 😆.
