Last week, Monday through Wednesday were my rest days 😑.
This weekend I was originally going to Chiba, Japan, and I was supposed to leave early in the morning on Saturday, so I decided not to drink on Friday and to drink on Thursday night 🤗.
The sake chosen was the Noto Reconstruction Support Sake that Manta-san also drank! This sake was brewed with rice that miraculously survived, along with Kurumata Shuzo's sake rice, and blended with a small amount of Okei Junmai that was left under the brewery, to "multiply" the goodness of both Noto Okei and Tengumai 😌.

We love the taste of rice packed with umami and finished off with bitterness 😊.
As a result, we drank a lot this weekend since we had to postpone our trip to Chiba for the weekend due to various reasons! I'll try to get it up a little at a time👍

Last week I didn't drink sake for 6 days from Monday to Saturday 😑I had a highball 🥃 for one day, but it was almost like a week of rest 😙.
And on the weekend, Nobby went to Chiba on Friday 🚗 while Jay was away in Utsunomiya, and we met again on Sunday night for a party 🤗.
The sake of choice was Narumi, which Jay bought in Chiba a while ago! It's the first time I've seen a dry junmai usun nigori (light nigori) 🤗.
I thought it would be easy to drink if it was a 14% Narumi, so let's have a party 🍶! The aroma is fresh and dry 😌.
The first sip is a bit sour 😆.
It's like adding lemon🍋 to grapefruit juice.
Next, when I mixed in the Ori, the taste changed quite a bit 😳At once the bitterness was added and a dry and refreshing feeling was added 👍This was delicious 😋 and it went down smoothly, but when I looked at the label, it looked like it was also good warmed up 🍶!
We started drinking it early and as expected, we finished it before we could get our hands on the second bottle 😚.
By the way, the other day, I suddenly thought of playing "Animal Crossing" for the first time in a very long time, which I was addicted to when I was in the Corona disaster 😊There were many Gs in the house😱I exterminated them well and enjoyed the reunion with the villagers after 3 years🥹It was a well-made island, even for me 😌.

When I visit my father in Chiba, I always stop by Sake no Oikawa ‼️ and I saw something that appealed to me from the fridge next to the cash register 😆 I got the look and brought it with me 🤗.
This one is an extra seasonal version of Mansaku no Hana's standard sake, made under the concept of "good and spicy" 😍 J&N are no longer scared of sake with a sake level of +15 or so 😁.

Oh, I see 😗! Well 😗 it's not quite as clean but it's dry with a touch of umami 😋 it has a nice mouthfeel but with a lingering bitterness, I could feel the power that comes with it 💪.
The sake level of +15 was OK, but after drinking Senkyu Dobrok 😋, the alcohol level of 17% seemed a bit high for us 😅It might be dangerous to drink it at the usual rate 😅⚠️
The second day was more relaxed 😋, but... a little more fruity would be nice 🤔.
By the way, it's a pity that you can't register your store when you post a sakéwa 🥲I asked the management 😅 they said it's not possible now but they plan to make it possible in the future 😊.

Purchased at Sake-no-Oikawa on the way home from a visit to the Ichikawa Fire Department for a fire prevention manager training course. It was inevitable that I would be drawn to this liquor store when I went to Motoyawata. I had to go straight to work afterwards, so it would have been better in terms of time if I had not stopped by, but it was inevitable.
It is sweet and tasty, fresh and reminiscent of Sakasai's Dawn. I wanted to drink this as soon as it was released, but I had never heard of Risshun Asa Shibori until I saw it at Sake-no-Wawa.

Since we went all the way to Sano, we decided to eat Sano Ramen somewhere 😊I didn't check out any particular restaurant 😅I found a restaurant along the highway ‼️ and it was busy, so we waited for about 15 minutes and entered the restaurant there!
