Purchased at Sake-no-Oikawa on the way home from a visit to the Ichikawa Fire Department for a fire prevention manager training course. It was inevitable that I would be drawn to this liquor store when I went to Motoyawata. I had to go straight to work afterwards, so it would have been better in terms of time if I had not stopped by, but it was inevitable.
It is sweet and tasty, fresh and reminiscent of Sakasai's Dawn. I wanted to drink this as soon as it was released, but I had never heard of Risshun Asa Shibori until I saw it at Sake-no-Wawa.

It's a nice, refreshing and tasty Junmai sake with a nice mouthfeel and a hint of 🍎☺️
By the way, a bonus from Saturday's trip to the liquor store🤗.
Since we went all the way to Sano, we decided to eat Sano Ramen somewhere 😊I didn't check out any particular restaurant 😅I found a restaurant along the highway ‼️ and it was busy, so we waited for about 15 minutes and entered the restaurant there!
I ordered Sano Ramen and Gyoza. I ordered two plates of Gyoza because the menu said three pieces per plate. I ordered two plates of gyoza because the menu said three pieces per plate and I thought it would be too little.
I'm sure Manta-san would have had plenty of room to eat 😁We were so stuffed that we had to find room for dinner by taking a bath after our usual walk when we got home💦.
The Sano ramen was light and tasty, but I prefer the small, crispy gyoza from Utsunomiya 😌.

Last weekend, a three-day weekend, we split up to visit each other's parents' homes on Saturday and Sunday and met again in Utsunomiya on Monday evening 🤗.
And Monday was J&N's 30th wedding anniversary ‼️
It's called a pearl wedding 😊.
Looking back, it feels like it was a long time, but it also feels like it passed in a blink of an eye 😌The kids are still worried about them, but they are now on their own as adults 😊We want to do what we want to do and what we can do for the rest of our lives, cooperating with each other while we still can 😄.
We don't have any special souvenirs for our 30th anniversary 😅The Tochigi sake that was chosen as the commemorative sake was Senkou Asahi, which cannot be bought in the prefecture 🌅I got it at a liquor store in Chiba and brought it home. I have had the autumn-aged Tochigi sake before, but this is the first time I've had a draft 🤗.

The juicy mouthfeel and strong umami are wrapped in a sweet and sour acidity that creates a wonderful harmony!
The lactic acidity that lingers on the tongue at the end is also wonderful, and it disappeared as quickly as the flow of time during our 30 years of marriage 😆.
And the Kokugikan Yakitori! It was tender and perfect as a snack for sake!

On Saturday, J&N went to visit their father in Chiba for the first time in a while.
Before we left home, Nobby asked me, "Do you want to bring some sake? but Jay had already set the navigation system to go there after stopping by a liquor store in Chiba 😁.
No, he's already decided! I told him we should go to Oikawa Sake and get some Takachiyo 🍊❗️ and he said that's what I was wondering too ‼️ and Nobby said 😊.
We high five each other and off we go 🚗.
Usually I park my car at my father's house and walk to the liquor store, but that day I had something to do and drove to the liquor store first.
But on that particular day, they were having a 500 yen tasting at the front of the store 😫 Daishinshu, Tobiran, Kangiku, Fudo, etc. 🤩 I swore to myself that next time I would definitely come on foot.
We both vowed that next time we would definitely come on foot 😓, but we got our goal and got 🍊takachiyo!
After that, my sister and daughter joined us for dinner!
We opened a bottle of 🍊🍊.
I took a sip...⁉️ this is 🍊🍊😳 so good!
It has a sweet and sour taste with a nice, slightly carbonated body 😍.
The sweetness seems to get stronger as you drink more, but it's also in the pleasantly sweet category and has a nice sweet-bitter kick to it 😋.
It would have been fun to compare this 🍊 with the Wakamusume Hanatachibana in the fridge 🤔.

I always buy it in Chiba, but recently a liquor store near me started carrying it and I'm glad it's easier to buy 😄.
It's hard to take pictures of the clear label, but after taking it out of the fridge and getting a good sweat on it, it turned out to be an okay looking picture 😊.

This one was chosen as Nemuchi's 900 in 🎉 and was later raised to 2800 in 🎉 by bouken 😍I can't help but buy a bottle that is recommended by two people who drink that much 🤗.
I got it at a liquor store in Chiba at the end of last year.

On the way back from a food sanitation supervisor's seminar in Motoyawata, I stopped by a liquor store I wanted to visit, which was relatively close by, and bought this sake. To be honest, at the time I wondered if it was a good idea to buy this one, given the variety of nigori sake on the market.
But I was surprised to find that it had a fruity flavor that I liked. It was probably the best I've tasted in recent years. I'm glad I didn't go through with it. I don't care if it's cloudy or not, as long as it tastes good.
On the second day, I drank it after eating a lot of bean-curd soup with red pepper paste, and it tasted strange, but I think it was not a good combination.

I found this one with a bewitching label at a liquor store in Chiba and brought it back to Tochigi🤗.
The purpose of my weekend trips to Chiba is to take care of my dad and relieve my sister's stress ☺️ but I always bring a cooler box with me just in case 😆.

The slight chilli taste and the slight bitterness at the end of the drink invites you to have another one 😍They were so good that I found myself drinking 80% of them 😅.

When I raised Kitajima-san in February of this year, I received a comment from Tsukumogami (付喪神さん) that he would like me to try this Shiga sake (‼️). Since then I have been looking for it 🔍 and finally found it in Chiba the weekend before last and brought it home 🤗.
This week, Nobby had gone to his parents' house from his daughter's to do community service💦 from Sunday noon, so on Thursday night when he came back, we had an emotional reunion after 4 days 🥹 and the sight of two boar cups on the table made me smile 😁.
So after three days of sobriety, the party is about to begin 🎵
When I take a sip of the sake, my mouth is dominated by the rich flavor that makes me say 😳.
The fact that it is not heavy and yet has an overall sense of transparency may be a result of the refreshing acidity 🤗.
Sometimes this umami is perceived as a thick sweetness, and sometimes the acidity comes to the fore 🤔.
The second day, the acidity came to the forefront more!
Either way it's delicious 😋.
My daughter told me that usually husbands are knobby knobby when their wives are not around, but we were knobby knobby 💕🤭.

I found this Asahi Aki-agari in Chiba as I wrote in the beginning, but I wanted another bottle of the same 😅.
So I asked a few liquor stores in Utsunomiya and they all said they had never seen or heard of it 😳A reliable source told me that it is not sold in Tochigi prefecture 🤔.
It's a rare sake for the locals 🥲.
That makes me suddenly want some, so I'll be back in Chiba next weekend to look for some more 😤.
