I still had some from a brewery in Ueda in the fridge, so I opened it up🍶 The aroma? Honeyed apple?🍎 On the palate, it's fresh and fizzy, sweet and savory yet light and juicy. Finishes with just a hint of bitterness and a clean aftertaste. Still delicious🐢 The next day, I could taste a syrupy sweetness too, but it didn't feel heavy—just clean and easy to drink. Maybe the aroma isn't too sweet? Or is it? I'm not sure, but it's tasty, so it's all good 👌. I bought this (half-forced) with a friend during our trip, and later she said, "That sake we bought in Nagano was delicious, huh!" So glad! Come fall into the pit with me!

My relatives were gathering, so I overturned the mindset of those who don't like nigori! So, with a mission to make this a member ☑️ The nose has a hint of citrus-like acidity. When the top clear layer is included, there is a grapefruit-like chili shuwa, almost no sweetness, and yet no classic dryness. Mix in the lees and you get a thick chili shuwa 🫧. Mild mouthfeel but almost no sweetness, only natural rice-like sweetness. It is a slightly sour slurpy rice soup soda 🌾. There is no hard to drink feeling or peculiarity, it is just rice and you can drink it all the time with crab miso as a side dish. It's true that white rice soup doesn't have a strong taste, or is just not worth it anymore. It's just like that. It is surprisingly refreshing and delicious! I have successfully completed my mission with the appreciation of 👍.

The first bottle of the New Year is a new product from Akabu 🎍. The aroma is slightly sweet rice. When you drink it, it is ooey-gooey, osmotic pressure without resistance, like a sports drink, with a hint of grapefruit and rice 🌾. Delicious, too easy to drink. It's like an adult oral rehydration solution🥤 I could drink it endlessly. Even people who don't usually drink sake seemed to like it, so that's good! By the way, I have no connection to Kagawa, but I like Kagawa's omochi and sometimes go to the product center to eat it. Mochi with sweet bean paste in a white miso base is the best 🙌! It's fun to see how many different kinds of ozoni there are throughout the country.

I opened a lot of things on New Year's Eve, but the Dove-chan zodiac bottle I mentioned earlier and here are the CI📝. I got this bottle last year but didn't know when to open it, so I saved it! The aroma is sweet rice and a hint of grape? It's been a year since I've had it! It has a sweet and sour taste like white peaches or muscats, and the whole thing comes together into a sweet and refreshing rice soda 🫧. It's still delicious. I was happy it was well received by others. I drank a variety of drinks, but the fourth one, Kamokin with fin sake, was very tasty! Heated sake in winter is the best after all. ♨️

Happy New Year 🎍⛩. Happy New Year to everyone at Sake-no-Wa✨! The first bottle on New Year's Eve. It's a cute zodiac sign bottle, but I'll take it a little flying. The aroma is apple and mellow rice. When you take a sip, you can feel the refreshing apple acidity and clear mouthfeel, and the mild umami and sweetness spread out, but the aftertaste is crisp and clean! It has a sweet feeling for a moment, but then it suddenly cuts off cleanly and smoothly. It is enjoyable. Since it is a bottle with the Chinese zodiac, we also served it at the slaughterhouse 🫏. Without mirin, it tasted rather maniacal with its dry taste and slaughterhouse spices...so I added quite a bit of mirin to give it a taste...but here we are at the beginning of another sake-drinking year 🌅!

Carefully, I put the bottle in the freezer for a bit before opening it. It didn't bob up big but when I opened it, the liquid level came up sizzling. The aroma was sweet rice and some citrus. When you take a sip, it is a bit of a sizzle! Quite a bit of sour grapefruit and rice 🌾. The aftertaste is refreshing✨I think it tastes better than last year. The brewer says it's the best of the season, so it's delicious! It was also good with the sour dryness of the hot pot that has been booming in my life lately👍! The next day it comes together and tastes even better 🙌 Thank you all for your support this year ‼️ We look forward to working with you again next year 🙏✨ I'm only an hour away, have a happy new year ♬

Yamazan's new sake, Hitogokochi The aroma is slightly citrusy and sour. When you drink it, it's a very distinct chili shuwa! Great freshness 🫧. Grapefruit, light rice, and fresh herbal forest aroma as expected . Two days later, when I put the rest of the bottle out on the table to drink, the cork suddenly popped! The cork suddenly blew out. It wasn't fizzy, was it? I was surprised. I am glad to hear that he is doing well. Overall, it tastes dry, which I like! It's light and delicious with a delicious savoriness. I would like to give it one more review...!

Limited edition sake from a liquor store. I missed out on drinking it last time, so I'm thankful they are selling it again. The aroma is citrusy and sour. Like grapefruit soda. When you drink it, it is sizzling 🫧. Huh? Not much grapefruitiness...instead, lots of sweetness from the rice. Can you say it is typical of mizu-hashiro? It has a rich and gentle sweetness like amazake, plus it's fizzy, so you can drink it in gulps. I was surprised when I realized it was almost gone. It was even better with cheese.

Nice to meet you Souhyo. The aroma is a hint of sourness and rice🌾. When you drink it, it has a smooth, watery mouthfeel, and you can taste the rice and acidity. Oh, this is a nice dry sake! It goes well with fatty sashimi, with both a synergistic effect of richness and a crisp, clean feeling that cuts right through. I guess it's light among Souhyo's wines, but I don't think you can find 13 degrees Celsius with a more classic flavor...so I appreciate it. I have heard (according to Kotaro's father) that many people from Tochigi Prefecture like Souhyo the best sake in the prefecture. I don't know if this is true or not, but it definitely tasted good with Japanese food and dry moods. 🎖️

What I opened for Christmas🎄. It's been a long time since I've been honored chrysanthemum 🏵️ I've seen many of my comrades in merrymaking posts this year 👀. It didn't spurt out, but poof! Automatic stirring of the lees that settled to the bottom in the The aroma is strawberry...maybe? A hint of strawberry. Not so sweet and sour, but sweet like cotton candy. When you include it, it's shwashy🫧, like strawberry syrup, like grapefruit...rice soda. Not as sweet as the aroma, but not that sour either, so it's like strawberry syrup🍓 without the sweetness. The aftertaste is refreshing! It was tasty enough too, but I think I like it a little more sour...?

I think they changed to this thinner lees-full one last year, I think. I wanted to try the old lees-filled one, but this time I went for the cool rosé wine look 🍷. The aroma is not so flashy but sweet and sour. When you drink it, it is sweet with a hint of chili and strawberry-like sourness. I feel like I've been drinking a lot of flavors like this lately? As everyone wrote in Sake-no-wa, it is quite sweet, so it is good on its own or with cheese or cream snacks 🧀. By the way, I posted yesterday that I had finished ramen, but today I ate ramen again. And this is the kind of thing that makes me feel guilty...it was delicious! This time I'll finish 🍜‼️

I was caught up in this look 🐰 The clerk at the register reminded me to be careful ‼️ because it's an explosive bomber bunny, and I opened the bottle with trepidation... I was so freaked out that I put it in the freezer for about 2 hours before opening it and it gushed like crazy. It's a good thing that it went into the bowl I hit top and bottom so well, but the bottle was down about 1/3 of its contents. Scary bunny. I'll get myself together and drink it. The aroma is the sweet and sour stuff of red yeast. Berries or acerola? When you drink it, it's schwishy but fluffy🫧☁️ because it's full of air, soft and soggy on the palate. Interesting! Taste is peachy and nigori as expected. It tastes more like acerola than strawberry. The sweet and sour rice one that seems to be in spring nigori, delicious. As the day goes by, it becomes a little quieter, mellow and fluffy and sizzling. Sweet and sour. I enjoyed it until the end 🐰.

The aroma is grapefruit-like sourness. When you drink it, the fine chiri-shuwa is pleasant 🫧 the sizzling acidity and umami burst forth, and the sweetness of the rice, typical of Tetorigawa, appears and tightens up nicely. This is delicious! The image is somewhere between modern and classic. After a few days, a syrupy sweetness emerges. It is a classic and light(?) sweetness of rice. It's like that. The last taste is a refreshing bitter acidity. It's sweetened, but it's totally fine👌Tetorigawa indeed! I have to spurt my contribution 🐎.

The one we had last year and it was delicious. This frosted glass jar is very wintery: ❄️ The aroma is grape. When you include the supernatant, it has just the right amount of shwash 🫧 and bubbles on the cup. You can taste the sweetness of the grapes when you swallow it, and it finishes clean and tight. When mixed, the riceiness increases a bit. There is also a slight aroma of mochi (rice cake). It is easy to drink without any strange bitterness. It was delicious again this year! I just finished my last bowl of ramen 🍜. It was delicious with lots of kujo leeks.

I saved too much of last year's one, of course... Is it like the predecessor to the sparkling 🤎 that came out this year? (since it was a crown and not a battledore). The aroma is sweet rice, citrus, grapes. Maybe some muscat? When you drink it, it has a chili-swirling mouthfeel, grapes, and honey-like sweetness. I still think it has a bit of an aged feel to it. I put it down... After a little while, the impression is the same. The honey-like aroma that comes through to the nose is dense. But the taste itself is not sticky, so the aftertaste is clean. This is delicious, but I wish I had drunk it fresh!

The other day I had a chance to visit Fukuoka and bought a sake limited to sake shops, which I was once told by a senior member of Sake-no-wa. The aroma is grapefruit, light rumney, and soda. On the palate, chili freshness, grapefruit and lime refreshment. 🍋‍🟩 This is delicious! A great sake to get into when I'm in the mood for something modern and light 🍶✨. I actually bought this once before when I was there, but I gave it to a relative who has a yuma-kun, so I gave it to his family. I'm glad I got to try it again this time!

This is the one that goes without saying! It was delicious last year, so we went back this year: ❄️ The day was Motsu-nabe, so I asked them to come out here where we could play against each other. The opening was quiet. This is the one that doesn't oridance💃? The aroma is clear grape and sweet rice. When the supernatant is included, the liquid itself is thick and sweet with a hint of rice, but the sweetness doesn't linger. But the sweetness doesn't linger, and it finishes cleanly. When you mix it, it has more umami, but the sharpness remains the same! It's still delicious this year! It has a strong flavor and bubbles, and goes well with the slightly sweet miso-flavored, oil-filled motsu nabe (hot pot). I've always thought of sake as a light, light meal, but I'm glad to see that it can actually be paired with a full-bodied meal if you choose it right.

New wine in Camoquin 🦆. The aroma is sour and sweet rice. When you drink it, it has a mild and thick rice liquid 🌾 with a mildly chili-like taste, but it is not overly sweet. It has a fruity sweetness like grapes, but the taste is balanced without being overly sweet. I would say it is somewhere between modern and classic. The center of gravity seems a little lower than the Kamo Kanehides I've had in the past, but it doesn't sink too low, so it keeps me going. It is a delicious sake with a well-balanced, firm flavor and freshness, though it does not go to the point of being heavy.

Last year, I was a little disappointed with the quiet opening of the bottle, so I decided to open it before the end of the year! I was so excited to open it, but it didn't dance again this year...! Well, that happens sometimes, doesn't it? The aroma is sour and grapefruit. The aroma was sourness and grapefruit, like a delicious Senkou nigori! When I included it, it didn't dance, but there is a decent amount of shwash though. Rice and citrus soda 🫧. After a few days, it starts to come together. This fresh appearance is the one you want to drink in the winter: ❄️✨ The aroma is grapefruit and rice. When you sip it, it has a slightly bitter grapefruit flavor with a chili piri that doesn't go all the way to a chili shuffle. As it rolls, a mild melon sweetness emerges and finishes with a sour bitterness 🍈. When the temperature rises a bit, it becomes mild and cohesive. After a few days, it may become a bit more bitter. But it is light and smooth, with a leaning toward acidity. If you drink it without thinking too much, it will be over before you know it....
