It is from the sake shop's hanpukai. Last year we received Omachi draft, and this time it is Yamadanishiki. The aroma is of sweet rice and a bit of grape-like fruity flavor. When you drink it, you can feel the sweetness and umami coming through. And a great sense of transparency ✨. The capsule of acidity pops at the end, and it feels tight. Delicious! I think it is more cohesive the next day. The fresh chirichiri from direct pumping, and the sizzling umami is well-defined. Consistently light, it was a delicious sake that will keep you coming back for the next cup 🍶.

Purchased after seeing the liquor store's comments on the recommendation. The nose is grapefruit, rumney, and a little melon. On the palate, it is quite sizzling! Lemon-like citrus juiciness on the side of the tongue, but also the richness of melon and the flavor of rice. Finishes with a pleasant acidity and bitterness that cu... This is very delicious! It has a robust flavor that goes well with hearty dishes, but it's not heavy and has a nice sharpness that makes it easy to drink. It's not the same as the flavor itself, but it's a very different Hanazono. The taste itself is different, but it may be in the same vein as Hanaizumi's nigori. After a few days, it is still refreshing and tasty, but I prefer the freshness it has right after opening the bottle. I'm curious to try something else, like Tokujun....

The aroma is sweet tangerine 🍊. When you drink it, it has a richness like mandarin oranges and honey, with a hint of sourness. It has a richness like a noble sake, perhaps because it has been aged for a while. But it's not too strong and has a nice sharpness to it, so it goes down smoothly. It still has a slight tangy taste even after a few days. It may be more tangy than tangy. There is a momentary burst of sweetness, but it dissipates in an instant and flows smoothly. The clarity and drinking comfort is consistent. The kasumi series with its shwashy orikara flavor was delicious, but this one, which is more on the low-alcoholic side but still has a strong flavor, was also delicious.

This is the first time I have had Yamada Nishiki from Yamazan. The aroma is more acidic, muscat, and rice. A little more classical than usual. When you drink it, you get a fresh, woody aroma of muscat on the nose, followed by a light sweetness and a gentle umami flavor. When paired with food, the full-bodied acidity is more perceptible and good! The next day, it has an apple-like acidity and richness. On the first day, I thought it was not so much like Yamazan, but I like this mild acidity. On the third day, the aroma is more citrusy and sour. No chili when you drink it. The taste is fruity but calm, like muscatel, citrus, and mild apple. The richness spreads slowly and the acidity tightens up at the end, and there is a slight alcohol sensation down the throat. It is delicious on its own, but you can enjoy it even more when paired with a meal.

Mimuro cedar brewed with Nara's new sake rice, Nanaro. The one I was looking forward to 🌾. The aroma is rummy, grapefruit, and even herbs? When you include it, it sizzles! There's also a kind of greenish, clean feeling, like you can feel the wooden vat. And then comes the assorted melon sweetness, and a tartness that tingles on the side of the tongue. As expected of Mimuro cedar, it is delicious! The next day, the sassiness subsides a bit. Rumney - melon, apple-like fruity. It has a complex flavor, but it is also very clear, with a citrus-like aroma and acidity. It's so easy to drink, it's scary. I could not grasp the characteristics of Nanadoro with my tongue and nose, but I am sure it was delicious. I look forward to drinking more of this new sake rice in the future. This was 300in 🎉.

I went looking for it because it looked delicious and was drunk by the seniors at Sake-no-Wawa. The aroma is fruity, apple, melon, and muscat-like. When you drink it, it has a mild mouthfeel, fresh chili, melon-like sweetness, and a full-bodied bitterness that clears up after a while. Delicious! As the temperature rises a little, it softens and the bitterness lessens. You can feel the gentle sweetness of melon and apple, but when it disappears, it is crisp and clear! This lingering cleanness keeps you going and going. Make a dip of mentaiko sour cream and sip it. After a few days, it becomes even more cohesive and refreshing. It has a sweetness and flavor like melon or grapefruit, but it's refreshing. It is a taste that you can enjoy and it has a nice sharpness to it.

I remember that I bought one last year that I haven't had. I want to do something about the fact that when I see Akabu's seasonal sake, I end up buying it. The cherry blossoms are over in terms of time, but I opened the bottle. The aroma is sour. A hint of citrus? When you drink it, you get a chiri-shuwa, sweetness and sourness like 🍊mikan, and a clean umami. As usual, the liquid quality is very smooth and easy to drink. Of course the aroma and taste are great, but it is this lack of hookiness that makes Akabu so special. Even after a few days, it is still delicious. There is still some chili, and the sweet and sour taste makes it easy to drink, and it ends up being refreshing. The low alcohol content, sweet and sour, and the spring sake was just as I had expected.

I opened the one that had been in the fridge all day in honor of my birthday 🍰. The aroma is sweet apple? It feels quite dark. When I put it in my mouth, it was still chili fresh and rich, even though it had been quite a while. It is slowly sweetened like sugar and tastes like rice, and it cuts through nicely. The next day, the chili is still there, and it is as rich as ever. The next day, the chile is still there, and it's still as rich as ever, but the richness has taken a turn and seems to be a bit moldering. It is still delicious. I got the low-alcohol pink label for a drink outside and enjoyed it, so after some hesitation, I bought the red one, which I had never had before. The aroma is sour, grapefruit, and rummy. It sounds modern when I write it down, but the aroma itself is a bit more classic. When you drink it, it is chili on the tongue. There is a citrusy acidity, but also a hint of rice sweetness. The final taste is clean and refreshing. The taste is somewhere between modern and classic. As the day goes by, I think the sharpness becomes a little dull and bitterness comes out at the end. I think I prefer to drink it early! I enjoyed it with various snacks.

Windfall of the Hozu purchased last summer 🏮. The aroma is densely sweet and sour, like a lactic acid beverage. When you drink it, you can also smell the sweet aroma of sizzling yogurt and molasses. It is from a liquor store's hanpukai. A special order light nigori ver. The aroma is sour, rancid, and faint. When you drink it, the chili-swirling mouthfeel is followed by muscat and citrus-like acidity, and then the umami permeates the palate. It is not so much "dry" as "za! It is not so much dry as gently umami. The alcohol is not so much that it bothers me, but the sharpness when swallowed is quite good. As the day goes by, it settles down and the flavor comes together. The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink, and it is refreshingly tight. I remember that the Tsuneyama I drank last year became a little sweeter after opening, so I wondered if it would be better to drink it earlier. This time, however, the process was different. I enjoyed it with a meal.

While wandering around an antenna shop in Yamagata, I found a small bottle I was interested in and bought two kinds. These were opened during lunchtime drinking at GW. Not much aroma. Slightly sour. When you drink it, it has a viscous and smooth mouthfeel, and although it is fire-aged, you can feel a slight chili-swirl. It is a doburoku of other brews, and both have a firm graininess of rice. It is like eating rice. The black doburoku has almost no sweetness, with the flavor of rice and a more crisp aftertaste than it appears. Pindobu is a low-alcoholic, sweet and sour, slightly carbonated example of pink nigori. Both were delicious, but the texture was quite sludgy, so the acidity of the Pindobu was pleasant. Antenna stores are kind of fun just to look at, as they have a different lineup of snacks to match than liquor stores.

Sorry to everyone who got involved with me. I happened to get it after that and opened the bottle at the beginning of GW, although I had to pull it out. The aroma is light apple to rice sweetness. When you drink it, it is chirpy and still fresh. When swallowed, the apple aroma passes through the nose, and the umami (deliciousness) starts to seep in. There is also a slight pineapple flavor. The sweetness is soft and fluffy. The next day, the balance is still there. Maybe a little sweeter? It is sweet, rich, and thick, but it also has a nice chili flavor, so you can drink it for a long time. The rice flavor, apple-like acidity, and a bit of bitterness make it all come together. It is the type of sake that can be enjoyed on its own rather than with a meal. It is a tasty sake that will give you the satisfaction you expect from it.

The aroma is like a Ramune, similar to the Ramune series. When you take a sip of it, it is shwashy and its flavor is like that of a rum. It is not that sweet, but there is a sweet and sour taste that you can feel on the side of your tongue. I think I like the rich and sour taste on the side of my tongue. When mixed with the rice, the bitterness of the rice increases a little. But the level is almost the same. Very tasty and satisfied my Mimuro cedar cravings✨. I went to a liquor store for the first time and bought a label I had never seen before. The aroma is sour, grapefruit, and rummy. When you take a sip, it's a bit schwishy, not highly carbonated, but it goes down your throat! Delicious. Clear, not sweet, rummy flavor. Not sweet, but juicy 🍹. No clutter, the flavor itself is quite slender. It's more like a light sweet and sour rice soda, rather than a flavorful or expansive one. It's not that it tastes light, but it's hard to describe. The next day was much the same, and the clarity was amazing. The bubbles are rather fizzy, but they are not dry, and the taste is fresh and smooth. It is 16.1 degrees Celsius, which means it has a sharp taste, but there is not so much of an alcohol feeling that is hard to resist, and it is very easy to drink. It was like soda water or mineral water, a dangerous drink. For those who like umakuchi, maybe it's not enough? I liked it because of the taste itself, but also because of the type of mouthfeel and throatfeel it provides. It was my first brand and I'm glad I bought it!

This glittering cloud of muscular clouds...! I can't help but buy it when I see it. The aroma is sour, grapefruit soda. When you drink it, the aroma of rice comes in a flurry. The mouthfeel is a bit citrusy and acidic. It is light and easy to drink in a good way. After a few days, the aroma of koji-like rice increases. It has bubbles, citrus and fluffy rice sweetness, and a refreshing finish. It is a low alcohol that can be drunk without thinking too hard, and we are grateful for it. The third and fourth pictures are of a yogurt liqueur from Hachinohe Shuzo. It was previously only available in the prefecture, but they are now offering it outside of the prefecture starting this year. It was delicious, with a Hachisen-like aroma behind the thick yogurt. Matsuo's Jungin yogurt liqueur, which I drank before, was more like an adult dry yogurt with a bitterness and other sake-like characteristics. This one was more like a mildly sweet dessert. Both are delicious 🥛.

I had thought that the Aizu lieutenant general was Lord Yoho, but he is Masayuki Hoshina. He was the first lord of the Aizu domain who established the Aizu family code of loyalty to the Tokugawa family. Is the aroma melon? 🍈. When you include it, it is sizzling, mild melon. A little bit of magic inkiness is also felt. After mixing, the magic is reduced and it is clear rice. Delicious. As the day goes by, there is almost no magic ink, a bit of bubbles, rich sweetness comes for a moment, and then it is gentle and refreshing. After a few more days, the bubbles disappear and it becomes smooth. A little bitterness from the rice flavor. A fresh flavor like that of rumune is felt on the back side. This makes it easy to drink. Origane, which is not part of the ROMAN series. The aroma is clean...scanty, herbal, like a breeze in the forest. When you drink it, you can feel the sweetness and flavor of melon and pear. Melon, pear, gentle sweetness and umami, and then a full-bodied bitterness. I still think there is a skimpy flavor in the back. When mixed with melon, the aroma seems to be neutralized and the taste is mildly refreshing. The next day, the flavor is a little calmer and more familiar. The aftertaste after swallowing is very refreshing, just like the first day. Like herbs? It is refreshing and delicious in a unique way. Is this due to the characteristics of the sake rice?
