Hiyayogoshi is starting to appear, but it is still a summer sake🎐. I opened the bottle looking forward to it, thinking it would be good on a hot day from the name. Not much aroma? It is slightly grapefruit-like. When you drink it, the first thing you notice is how clear it is. It's a clear drink 🫥✨ but you get just the right amount of slight rice sweetness and mild acidity, then it shuts off. This is delicious~! The way it disappears in the mouth is both smooth and clean and squeaky clean. Even when the temperature rises, it does not become sweet and the balance is not lost. It becomes a little softer and goes well with a meal. This is the one for summer Japanese food! It was so delicious 🍶.

Since Pichi Pichi Black is not available locally, I bought a pure black based sparkling with secondary fermentation in the bottle 🍾. First of all, it takes a lot of time to open the bottle. After opening and closing the bottle gently several times, I thought, "Okay, I can do it! I twisted the cap and it spurted out a beat later... I spilled a little. I spilled a little. The aroma is sourness and koji. When I take a sip, I can feel the rice spreading softly. I can feel the acidity like koji, grapefruit, and a gradual umami. I start to think that maybe it would taste better with a little less carbonation. I begin to think it might taste better with a little less carbonation. It is also good on the rocks. The next day, I had it again, and it was overwhelmingly better than the day before! A little less fizzy, the malted rice taste is mellowed, and the soda has a well-balanced soft rice flavor and sweetness. The sourness, bitterness, and fizz cut through the dryness. Delicious. I think I like the more fizzy ones better when they are slightly carbonated.

I really wanted to try it at the time, so I went on a bit of a trip and bought it. I bought it on a little trip because I really wanted to drink it at that time. I opened the bottle. The aroma is sweet ripe pineapple 🍍. The aftertaste is refreshing, so it can be drunk quickly. I guess popular sake tastes good. I wondered how it would taste after a long time, but it was totally fine! It's still mellow and pineapple🍍 even after a few days. It has a strong sweetness, so I tried mixing it with carbonated water. It's sweet, refreshing, gorgeous, and shwishy, which is also good 🫧. I saw on SNS that the bubbles help spread the aroma, so 1:1 with carbonated soda is the best ratio for mixing with gorgeous sake. By the way, if you are looking for a matured sake or one with a strong sake flavor, 3:7 sake to 7 soda is good. It's good to mix sake with soda in summer.

I got on a roll during the Bon Festival and opened a lot of bottles, so I'll have to post them before I forget... I opened SEA🌊 on sea day, so this is still the one for mountain day ⛰️! The nose is juicy, sour, grapefruity. When you include it, chili, clear and beautiful acidity and sweetness spreads. What passes through the nose is softly sweet rice. A light, sweet red-built aroma. The final taste is a tasty acidity that makes you feel like you can drink as many cups as you want. I was told that it expresses a magnificent mountain, but I wonder if it has a deeper flavor than SEA. But my memory is not accurate, so I would like to compare them side by side.

I saved last year's too carefully... but it should probably be ok! The nose has sourness, muscat, and a refreshing rice sweetness. When you taste it, you are hit with a grapefruit-like acidity and the soft sweetness of the rice. It is supposed to be sweet, but it breaks off crisply and converges. Delicious! It is full of umami and sweetness like honey apples, but a little more refreshing than other rice wine? I think it is a little tighter than other tasyu. When heated up, the rice apple flavor spreads softly and you can taste the gradual umami. Tasake is always delicious.

PB Sharaku🫧 at the liquor store. I held it down so it didn't fly away, but pon! and opened the bottle vigorously. The aroma is sour and rummy. When you drink it, it is shuwashuwa, sweet and tasty of rice, and refreshing like grapefruit. It has a koji-like flavor on the back end, but cuts off dry. This is delicious! The sweetness, acidity, and umami with a hint of koji and citrus spread gently and slowly in the foam. I don't feel much bitterness. I think that is one of the reasons why it is easy to drink. The next day, we drank the supernatant. It was still effervescent, and the soft sweetness of the rice gradually spread. A little bitterness appeared at the end. When I stirred it, it was a mildly creamy shwash! It looked delicious just by its appearance, but it was still delicious. I would like to try other PB nigoris when the timing is right.

It's from the liquor store's hanpukai. This troubled face? is a good way to loosen up. The aroma is sour, like grapefruit. When you take a sip, you get a soft chili, a light sweetness, and a citrusy bitterness. There also seems to be a hint of astringency...is this the reluctant element? Overall, it is light, soft, and easy to drink without resistance, and this lightness may be summer sake-like (although I don't think it is summer sake). As the temperature rises, it seems to have a slight sugar-water sweetness. As the day goes by, it becomes a little more dry and refreshing. It's named "reluctant," but rather than accentuating the astringency, I got the impression that it was blended into the overall flavor to create a softer taste. I enjoyed it as a food sake 🍶.

Yamazan's one of a kind The aroma is clean, sweet, citrus, and even rummy. When you include it, you get a chili, forest-like fresh aroma, and a sizzling richness. There is also bitterness. Soon the concentrated acidity and umami pop and spread on the tongue. A refreshing acidity with grapefruit and greenish flavor passes through the nose. Delicious~. It is a fire-brewed version of the one that was on tap, so it may not be positioned as a summer sake, but while it has the Yamazan style, it is quite crisp and refreshing, so it was delicious even on a hot day 🍶. It's also a perfect food sake 👌 However, I feel that it tends to be a bit sour after a while, so I prefer to drink it early!

It is a low-alcohol aged version of Hatsuyuki's summer sake, commercialized so that Hatsuyuki Dayori, the most favorite of the proprietress of Niida, can be drunk in summer as well. The aroma is a delicious one with a predominant sourness. It has a tantalizingly sour aroma, like muscat, apricot, or plum. It also has an amazake-like flavor? When you take a sip, it's like a sizzle! A slight bitterness and sourness on the side of the tongue, and fluffy rice spreads. When mixed, the sweetness of the rice adds more. Koji sweet and sour soda🫧. A milky grapefruit soda that is still fizzy and milky after a few days. I finished it while gulping down the sweet and sour with bitter accents. It was a refreshing and delicious summer drink 🍶.

I had been curious about the impact of the printed bottle since I saw it before 🍇I bought it when I heard that they had now released a raw version of the origami. The aroma...I may be pulling it away, but it's grape! When you take a sip, you can feel the chile chile micro-foam, and the sweetness of the grapes rushes in. It is not heavy with acidity. Toward the end, the acidity intensifies, and it ends sharply. The transparency of the wine seems to increase day by day. On the other hand, the fizz disappears rather quickly. It has a clear mouthfeel with not much alcohol, and although there is some sweetness from the grapes, it is not too strong. It has a clear aftertaste and is easy to drink. I was expecting a gaseous taste from the orikara flavor, so I tried mixing it with carbonated water, which may not be the way to go. It's not too sweet, and since it's summer time, I can drink it with a clear, refreshing soda, which is also delicious.

I want to drink something sour because it's hot every day! I was saying "I want to drink something sour because it's so hot every day! I have seen it before, but this is my first time to try it. The aroma is like muscat or pear. It looks juicy and delicious. When you take a sip of it, it's a shwash🫧 pear flavor but not so sweet, with a hint of rice sweetness and a beautiful bitter/acidic taste. It finishes with a dry aftertaste. This is the kind of taste you can gobble up during the hot season, and I was satisfied to be able to enjoy the acidity and dryness! It was delicious as a food wine, paired with a crisp summer meal. But it also has some effervescence, so I think it would go well with a strong meal as well!

The bottle was opened on account of his father's birthday! Dedicated also to the fact that his dog, whom he loved for many years, has crossed the rainbow bridge 🍶. The aroma is sour? When you drink it, it is a chili-swirling, rummy. In the clear mouthfeel, the flavor with soft sweetness spreads and disappears beautifully at the end. The way it disappears is smooth, beautiful, and amazing...! Even after a few days, the balance is still maintained. The chirichiris remain only faintly, and the transparency is as clear as ever. The sweetness of the rice and the freshness of the rice make the end of the flavor disappear with a whimper. The mouthfeel is clear and clean all the way through! As expected of Jyushidai, it is delicious... I want to drink it at home at least once a year!

I opened the second bottle, which I had been saving from winter as a waste, to match it with eel. I opened and closed the bottle several times to open the bottle. When I opened it, it was automatically stirred and there was still some activity left 🫧. The aroma is a fluffy sweet rice soda with a hint of melon. When you drink it, it's a bit of a schwash, with pears, apples, rice, and some citrus. It ends with a slight bitterness and a nice sharpness. It is basically a rice soda, which is satisfying and refreshing at the same time. It is still delicious! The soft, sweet rice flavor goes well with eel, and the fizziness helps to cut through the sweet sauce. I also like nigori in summer.

I enjoyed a little of the miscellaneous sake from the same series that I drank when I brewed my previous plum wine, so I bought some Omachi. I wanted to drink it at room temperature, so I left it raw for a bit. The aroma is of soy sauce, mirin, and rice. When you drink it, you can taste the sweetness and the sourness that comes through slowly, and the aftertaste is savory and sweet, like dashi or soy sauce. The aftertaste is savory and sweet like chocolate. It has a high alcohol content, which makes you feel a little bit sick, but you can't help but drink it slowly! Drink it slowly over a few days. When served cold, the sweet and sour sourness and the mildness of the soup stock make it much easier to drink than one would expect. When hiya-dashi, the sourness rounds out a bit and the sake is soft and mild. When heated, it is like cooked rice, with a hint of mitarashi. The change in temperature is also delicious. At the end of last month, on the second Ox day of the year, I drank it with eel and it went great with it! The savory and sweet sauce goes perfectly with eel, and I want to drink it with eel again. I've been dancing to Gennai Hiraga's tune every year, but I can't help it because it's so delicious.

It was the first low-alcohol sake for Yamagata Masamune. I thought it might be... but it was still the limited edition sake ♨️ that I drank at an event in early spring. It was delicious, so I'm glad to see it commercialized. The aroma was rummy and sour. At this point, I'm sure it's delicious on a hot day👍. When you sip it, it has a pleasantly chili-swirling, slightly carbonated taste, with a light sweetness and sourness that spreads out in a sizzle. Rice and grapefruit competition🌾🍋. This is the one I gobble up when it's hot...delicious! After a few days, I think the chili will lessen and the sweetness and sourness will separate a bit like cotton candy. The mouthfeel is clear and swishy, but I think I like it better if I drink it sooner! According to the comment on the back, it was inspired by MUSIC FOR ONSEN written by Shigeru Kishida of Kururi for a ryokan in Ureshino Onsen. The concept was very good for the event-only sake ♨️, so as a hot spring lover, I'd love to see them release another one that goes well with hot springs in the winter!

Is this the new one from Rainfall? The etiquettes are summery, sparkly, and fresh! When the cap is turned, the bottle is opened with a "psshhhh" sound! I always buy Akabu's seasonal sake when I see it (I feel like I say that every time). It's been a little while since I drank it, but I knew it was the one for a day at the beach. The aroma is rummy and sour. When you drink it, it has a chili-swirling 🫧 rummy sweetness, a full-bodied and refreshing sourness that comes and goes. I'm probably saying almost the same thing as last year... There is still chile after a few days. The juice is sweet and sour, like plum, lemon, or grapefruit, and the aroma is soft and sweet, typical of Akabu. It's always a good, stable tasting Akabu 🍶. Maybe next time on ⛰️?

Tonight is meat, steak 🍗, so we opened a bottle of Hatochan 🕊️, which can compete with gutsy meat dishes. I opened and closed it several times and it opened successfully but immediately auto-stirred. The aroma is malty apple 🍎. When I include it, it's shwash~ 🫧 apple with a lot of sweetness of rice, ah, I'm drinking Aomori sake! I feel like I'm drinking Aomori sake! I'm drinking Aomori sake! There is a slight bitterness at the end. The sweetness and umami of the rice is also very strong, and yet it has a nice sharp aftertaste, so it doesn't overpower the steak. The next day, the flavor seems to be more cohesive. The supernatant is relatively clear and crisp. When mixed, the apple and bitterness increase a little. I was grateful for this sake, which goes well with hearty meats 🍶🕊️

I bought this on a petit expedition to Ibaraki🍶. I saw it on SNS and was told that it was only available in small quantities within the prefecture, so I took the plunge and picked it up along with the super-harakuchi. According to the liquor store, only liquor stores that have participated in the exhibition held at the brewery can sell it. I thought I had chilled it properly, but the moment I opened the crown, bwah! It overflowed! I'm glad it didn't get that low... The aroma is of rice, koji, and sourness. When you drink it, you will find it is a sweet and sour rice! It is refreshing, but the thick sweet and sourness pops with a sizzle. A light, sweet and sour soda of rice, delicious! Why does it taste like this with pure rice? It's 500 ml and 6 degrees, and it was gone in an instant. The super-harakuchi was also delicious, and I hope they expand it outside of the prefecture!

I opened a bottle of this to go with the eel. The aroma is rumney. It has a sweetness, but it is summery. When you drink it, it is a bit chili. After a lot of sweetness and umami like syrup comes, it disappears with a sourness like that of ramune. It is not too light, but has a good umami flavor, and the sharpness of the aftertaste keeps you going. It is different from the type of sake I have been drinking recently, in which the acidity and fizz give it a refreshing feeling, but the aroma and crispness are good for a summer sake. It was delicious with a sweet, rich meal such as eel.
