What I opened for Christmas🎄. It's been a long time since I've been honored chrysanthemum 🏵️ I've seen many of my comrades in merrymaking posts this year 👀. It didn't spurt out, but poof! Automatic stirring of the lees that settled to the bottom in the The aroma is strawberry...maybe? A hint of strawberry. Not so sweet and sour, but sweet like cotton candy. When you include it, it's shwashy🫧, like strawberry syrup, like grapefruit...rice soda. Not as sweet as the aroma, but not that sour either, so it's like strawberry syrup🍓 without the sweetness. The aftertaste is refreshing! It was tasty enough too, but I think I like it a little more sour...?

I think they changed to this thinner lees-full one last year, I think. I wanted to try the old lees-filled one, but this time I went for the cool rosé wine look 🍷. The aroma is not so flashy but sweet and sour. When you drink it, it is sweet with a hint of chili and strawberry-like sourness. I feel like I've been drinking a lot of flavors like this lately? As everyone wrote in Sake-no-wa, it is quite sweet, so it is good on its own or with cheese or cream snacks 🧀. By the way, I posted yesterday that I had finished ramen, but today I ate ramen again. And this is the kind of thing that makes me feel guilty...it was delicious! This time I'll finish 🍜‼️

I was caught up in this look 🐰 The clerk at the register reminded me to be careful ‼️ because it's an explosive bomber bunny, and I opened the bottle with trepidation... I was so freaked out that I put it in the freezer for about 2 hours before opening it and it gushed like crazy. It's a good thing that it went into the bowl I hit top and bottom so well, but the bottle was down about 1/3 of its contents. Scary bunny. I'll get myself together and drink it. The aroma is the sweet and sour stuff of red yeast. Berries or acerola? When you drink it, it's schwishy but fluffy🫧☁️ because it's full of air, soft and soggy on the palate. Interesting! Taste is peachy and nigori as expected. It tastes more like acerola than strawberry. The sweet and sour rice one that seems to be in spring nigori, delicious. As the day goes by, it becomes a little quieter, mellow and fluffy and sizzling. Sweet and sour. I enjoyed it until the end 🐰.

The aroma is grapefruit-like sourness. When you drink it, the fine chiri-shuwa is pleasant 🫧 the sizzling acidity and umami burst forth, and the sweetness of the rice, typical of Tetorigawa, appears and tightens up nicely. This is delicious! The image is somewhere between modern and classic. After a few days, a syrupy sweetness emerges. It is a classic and light(?) sweetness of rice. It's like that. The last taste is a refreshing bitter acidity. It's sweetened, but it's totally fine👌Tetorigawa indeed! I have to spurt my contribution 🐎.

The one we had last year and it was delicious. This frosted glass jar is very wintery: ❄️ The aroma is grape. When you include the supernatant, it has just the right amount of shwash 🫧 and bubbles on the cup. You can taste the sweetness of the grapes when you swallow it, and it finishes clean and tight. When mixed, the riceiness increases a bit. There is also a slight aroma of mochi (rice cake). It is easy to drink without any strange bitterness. It was delicious again this year! I just finished my last bowl of ramen 🍜. It was delicious with lots of kujo leeks.

I saved too much of last year's one, of course... Is it like the predecessor to the sparkling 🤎 that came out this year? (since it was a crown and not a battledore). The aroma is sweet rice, citrus, grapes. Maybe some muscat? When you drink it, it has a chili-swirling mouthfeel, grapes, and honey-like sweetness. I still think it has a bit of an aged feel to it. I put it down... After a little while, the impression is the same. The honey-like aroma that comes through to the nose is dense. But the taste itself is not sticky, so the aftertaste is clean. This is delicious, but I wish I had drunk it fresh!

The other day I had a chance to visit Fukuoka and bought a sake limited to sake shops, which I was once told by a senior member of Sake-no-wa. The aroma is grapefruit, light rumney, and soda. On the palate, chili freshness, grapefruit and lime refreshment. 🍋‍🟩 This is delicious! A great sake to get into when I'm in the mood for something modern and light 🍶✨. I actually bought this once before when I was there, but I gave it to a relative who has a yuma-kun, so I gave it to his family. I'm glad I got to try it again this time!

This is the one that goes without saying! It was delicious last year, so we went back this year: ❄️ The day was Motsu-nabe, so I asked them to come out here where we could play against each other. The opening was quiet. This is the one that doesn't oridance💃? The aroma is clear grape and sweet rice. When the supernatant is included, the liquid itself is thick and sweet with a hint of rice, but the sweetness doesn't linger. But the sweetness doesn't linger, and it finishes cleanly. When you mix it, it has more umami, but the sharpness remains the same! It's still delicious this year! It has a strong flavor and bubbles, and goes well with the slightly sweet miso-flavored, oil-filled motsu nabe (hot pot). I've always thought of sake as a light, light meal, but I'm glad to see that it can actually be paired with a full-bodied meal if you choose it right.

New wine in Camoquin 🦆. The aroma is sour and sweet rice. When you drink it, it has a mild and thick rice liquid 🌾 with a mildly chili-like taste, but it is not overly sweet. It has a fruity sweetness like grapes, but the taste is balanced without being overly sweet. I would say it is somewhere between modern and classic. The center of gravity seems a little lower than the Kamo Kanehides I've had in the past, but it doesn't sink too low, so it keeps me going. It is a delicious sake with a well-balanced, firm flavor and freshness, though it does not go to the point of being heavy.

Last year, I was a little disappointed with the quiet opening of the bottle, so I decided to open it before the end of the year! I was so excited to open it, but it didn't dance again this year...! Well, that happens sometimes, doesn't it? The aroma is sour and grapefruit. The aroma was sourness and grapefruit, like a delicious Senkou nigori! When I included it, it didn't dance, but there is a decent amount of shwash though. Rice and citrus soda 🫧. After a few days, it starts to come together. This fresh appearance is the one you want to drink in the winter: ❄️✨ The aroma is grapefruit and rice. When you sip it, it has a slightly bitter grapefruit flavor with a chili piri that doesn't go all the way to a chili shuffle. As it rolls, a mild melon sweetness emerges and finishes with a sour bitterness 🍈. When the temperature rises a bit, it becomes mild and cohesive. After a few days, it may become a bit more bitter. But it is light and smooth, with a leaning toward acidity. If you drink it without thinking too much, it will be over before you know it....

I haven't had a drink in a while, so I decided to try the packaged wine 🏷️ There are so many kinds of drinks, it's hard to decide which one to choose, but here I went for the Yellow Narcissus, which I've been curious about for a while. The aroma is sour. When you take a sip, you can feel the sourness and freshness like grapefruit or herbs 🌿. Even after a few days, the slushy clarity remains ✨I can drink it forever! The citrus-like acidity and the sweetness and umami of the rice soak in and finish with a clear crispness. Consistently clean in the mouth, this was a quintessential packaged sake!

I had been curious about Wakabisu, which I had seen in Sake-no-wa, and bought it when I saw it at the first liquor store I went to. The aroma was of grapes. I am not sure if it is grape or not, but I think it is grape.... When you drink it, it has a gorgeous pichisuwa 🫧 fruity taste of grapes 🍇. It finishes with a sweet flavor, followed by a refreshing bitter acidity. It has a solid feeling, yet it is light, easy to drink, and delicious. This year's contribution, this year! Will I make it at this pace!

Yamazan's New Sake✨ The aroma is sour. On the palate, it's chirpy and clear. Plenty of clarity, like herbs and lime, with no clinginess at all. Aroma of forest when swallowing. This year's is also delicious! Slightly drier than usual, maybe? I like the direction it's going, so I'm looking forward to seeing more of it in the future. As the temperature rises, a grapefruit-like sweetness also comes out, which is nice. After a few days, a beautiful muscat feeling 🍇. It's not a gorgeous wine, but it has a clean, understated fruity taste, a beautiful mouthfeel, and a delicious herb-like mild dry sharpness that soaks up the flavor. I'm looking forward to this year's Yamazan!

I am new to Nyozora, but I started with nigori! The aroma is sweet and sour rice. The aroma is sweet and sour rice, but not as berry-like as one might expect. The supernatant is clean rice, and this one is also less red yeast-like than I expected. When mixed, it is rice! The rice is sweet and tasty with a sourness typical of sake, but it may not be as sweet as it looks. The final taste is nigori-like bitterness. Of course, it is sweet and sour, but if you drink it as it appears on the label, you may get the impression that it has a surprisingly robust flavor as well. It was delicious on its own, but I also mixed it with Houou Mita Ichigo (strawberry), which I was drinking at the same time, and enjoyed it!

Urasato light nigori, which we have been waiting for this year! The aroma is sweet rice and pear. When you take a sip, you can feel the sweetness of the rice and pear! The sweet pear comes with a slightly thickened mouthfeel, but it ends up relatively dry and tight. After a few days, the slightly mucky feeling disappears, and the rice and pear become mildly and refreshingly slightly carbonated. I think I prefer it this way! I wonder if the 2nd will be a little less sweet after the first of the year? Looking forward to that one too✨

Takachiyo, I hadn't had it for a while and was curious about this label, so I bought it 🐻. The mosaic is the original design, it doesn't hide anything suspicious. The aroma is sour, rice. When you drink it, you get chili shuwa🫧, rice🍚, and a light sweet-sour fruity taste that seems to be brewed with red yeast. I wonder if it's strawberry! It's 9 degrees and it's juice. Sweet and sour rice juice with strawberry flavor🍓🫧. It was like a pink nigori spring sake, bright, casual and delicious 🍹. I'm looking forward to the explosive type💥 of this coming out in the new year!

I enjoyed Togakushi, which I drank before, so I bought Matsuo from the same brewery. The aroma is sour. When you drink it, the liquid is quite smooth and you can taste the umami and sweetness of the rice. The clarity is wonderful and not at all cloying. It is not a modern type of sake, but it is easy to drink. It is a dashi-style sake that is not thick, but has a lot of flavor and is gradually delicious. Naturally, it goes well with Japanese food! It goes well with the raw oysters from Naruse that I bought at the event 🦪It's a sake from a prefecture without a sea, but it's interesting that it goes well with sea food too!

The one that was delicious last year! New sake 🍶✨ that I was looking forward to again this year! The aroma is grapefruit with a hint of rum. When you drink it, it's soooo chili-swirling! Fresh and crisp 🫧 with softly sweet rice, acidity, and light umami. It is a great taste and a great finish. I think it is sweet at first. But when you roll it around, it is not that sweet. It is a perfect balance with just the right amount of saltiness! It is light but has a strong flavor, so you can enjoy it with any meal 🍶.

When I went to buy another sake, I suddenly saw something. ...Hey, didn't someone say it was delicious at Sake-no-wa before? So I bought it. The aroma is sourness and rice. When you drink it, it is chili, grapefruit and koji type sweet and sour. It's light, but you can also taste the rice. I opened it thinking it was going to be completely modern, but it might have a classic feel. I'd say it's somewhere in the middle. Rather than savoring it carefully, it's well-balanced and not heavy, so it's the kind of taste that makes you keep going ✨. I thought it would be especially good with appetizers during dinner 🍶.
