コタロー
The nose is sour, rice, and a little grapey.
On the palate, it is dry with fruity flavors of chili rice, muscat and apple. However, rather than being crisp and clean, the rice flavor permeates through, and the bitter taste finishes off gently.
As the temperature rises, it also has a rummy flavor.
I think the complexity is more pronounced than the Romain series. But it is still a Mimuro cedar with a clear taste.
It's complex...but it's not a cloying taste...it's a layered complexity. It's like a round reverberation in the mouth.
As usual, the low alcohol content was appreciated, and I enjoyed it very much.

That's it! It was just that kind of deliciousness that makes it thicker... Thanks for the accurate description 😆.

We here at MimuroSugi have never had it 🥲 but it has a thicker taste! I'd like to try it and see if I can feel it 🤗.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
It's a delicate, multi-layered flavor, rather than a thick, guttural one 🤔I don't know about that 🤣.
I love this series by Mimuro Sugi
