CWS🍹 by Hiraizumi A series of cute labels. The nose is grapefruit. When you include it, it is smooth and juicy grapefruit, not chili. It's really a juice, this one... you can drink it all the time. When chilled and quiked, it's more pink grapefruit-like, and when it gets a little closer to room temperature, it's lemonade 🍋. I like this increased acidity! The sweet and sour is condensed and thickened, I like it. Maybe, I thought, I'll warm it up: ♨️ Oh, honey lemon, wow. This definitely tastes better warmed up! Hot honey lemon that also warms you up 🍯🍋🍯🍋. It was a sake that could be enjoyed at various temperatures without hesitation 🍶.

We had a visitor whose birthday 🎂 was close to ours, so we decided to open the bottle 🥂 and drink it together since it says the quality date is in November. This is the first time to drink it at home. The aroma is citrusy and sour. When you drink it, it has a chili shuwa🫧kyu🫧 sourness and also a chest-like aroma, perhaps coming from the wooden vat. While containing the liquid, you can feel the slight astringent acidity of the wooden vat all the way through, as well as the sweet and sour tingle of the wood vat. It is clear, yet finishes with a herbal flavor. After a few days, the bubbles disappear and the mouthfeel becomes clearer. But it tastes best when freshly opened! By the way, my guest said it has a surprisingly Japanese sake flavor! and 👀 compared it to the Pagu that I brought up the other day, and said that both are delicious, but the Pagu is easier to drink and has no habits! He said it was easier to drink. I wonder if the wooden vat is somewhat of a draw? But I'm glad we had a good time drinking it👍.

I saw it on a SNS listing, hesitated for a few days, and then went to buy it because I was somewhat too curious about it. In fact, only the pug's nose on the label has a rough finish! The aroma is grapefruit. When you drink it, there is a chili flavor. There is no lingering aroma, and it feels dry with a crisp finish. The flavor is fruity and softly sweet without being assertive, and the acidity is a perfect contrast 👍. The person I was drinking it with (who likes it relatively clear) also found it very easy to drink. It was a light sake that was easy to drink rather than savoring its umami and richness 🍶.

The usual Star Wars series The aroma is sour. When you include it, it's a shrieking lemon🍋 quite dry. The actual lemon is sweeter than I imagined, or rather, when I try it, it's sour! But there is a hint of sweetness.... It has a sweetness similar to that. It's dry, but it has a fruity feeling. It's amazing! The next day, I think it was a little closer to grapefruit than lemon. While wandering around an antenna shop in Fukui, I saw a "only available here" pop-up on one of the Echizen capes I wanted to try! Is it mainly shipped within the prefecture? The aroma is sour. When you drink it, it flows like water, slurping on the palate with no resistance at all. But there is a hint of sweetness from the rice, and it finishes with a crisp sharpness. Delicious. After a few days, you start to smell like muscat? When you drink it, it is fruity for a moment, but soon changes to the deliciousness of rice, and it is still sharp! It is more on the classic side, but it is full of transparency and does not feel heavy. The slight bitterness in the aftertaste is also pleasant. Warming: ♨️ The aroma of rice is a little bitter. When you drink it, the sweetness of the rice expands and is cut off by the acidity. It is also good warmed up. I'm curious about the other Echizenmisaki 👀.

Shimofuri is a delicious looking lomang with a name like shimofuri! Polarized labels are beautiful too✨ The aroma is softly sweet rice. The aroma is of fluffy sweet rice, gorgeous but not clingy and mild. When you drink it, it has a clear mouthfeel, sweet but not at all sticky, and flows smoothly. It finishes with a soft bitterness. Delicious! I thought it would be sweeter. I thought it would be sweeter, but it is so clean and refreshing that I can drink it without hesitation. Try heating it up: ♨️ Sweet and soft aroma spreads, and the rice is warm and sweet! I think I like it when it's lukewarm because you can taste the gentle umami. It was a delicious sake that can be enjoyed at various temperatures 🍶.

You open your favorites on a tired day. They changed the specs to 13 degrees this year. As a person who wants to drink without getting drunk, I appreciate it 🙏. The aroma is grapefruit, and rumney. When you drink it, you get a chili shuwa🫧, a sizzling acidity, and a gradual sweetness of rice. The umami slowly sinks in, and the aftertaste is long. I still like it. It tastes good the next day, too. Even when it is near room temperature, you can still feel the chiri-chiri-jyuwaku, which is nice. Of course I like it chilled and clear, but there are many hiyaoroshi-type sakes that you can feel the umami sizzle at room temperature, and I think it's fun!

CWS🌕 of Kifeng Crane Is this the one that everyone in Kansai was talking about at the last time? Beautiful label too✨ The aroma is soft rice sweetness and sourness. When you include it, chili shuwa🫧 fruity sweetness and sourness like mandarin oranges, pears, grapefruit, and just a hint of bitterness. As you mix it, it becomes more rice-like and softly sweet. Tasty enough, but a bit cattier on the first day. After a few days, the slightly tartness seems to have rounded out. There is a slight effervescence, but it is mellowed out and I like it more! The mild fruity sweetness of the rice, with a nice aftertaste and a little bit of a shwash, was a delicious sake that I could drink more and more of 🍶.

I've been seeing a lot of clouds in the mountains lately in Sakewa: ☁️ I was curious after reading the various reviews and wondered if Carrara was the one I would like? I went ahead and bought it. The aroma is citrusy and sour. When I drink it, the chili 🫧 muscat aroma passes through my nose and disappears with a sizzle...clear. A bit of citrusy bitterness as it disappears, and then it cuts off closer to dry. Wow I like this one! Still pretty clear after a few days✨ Clear, spicy, watery liquid. It's also different from the image of dry Kochi sake 🍶, but a nice crisp and refreshing one 🍶. Onomatopoeia? I can't imagine what it tastes like at all, but I'd like to try the other ones.

When you drink it, you can clearly feel the chili shuwa on your tongue! It has a freshness even though it is an autumn harvest. The umami and the sweetness of the rice spread out and disappear with a sizzling sound. The dryness increases when cooled. It is crisp and clear with no chili. Quite clear and sharp on the palate. Try heating it up: ♨️ The atmosphere at room temperature is exactly as it is, no unpleasant parts at all, soft and sweet rice. I like it at room temperature, where you can enjoy the sizzling mouthfeel and the sweetness of the rice wafts softly through the air!

I've decided to start this year's new sake with you 👉 I wanted to drink it last year and it was sold out before I knew it 🍶. The aroma is apple 🍎. When you drink it, it's still chili apple. It's not a honey apple, but rather a soft sweetness that expands with sourness and umami. The end disappears cleanly and neatly. Delicious! While there is a fluffy sweetness from the lees, the slight citrus bitterness and clear mouthfeel make it go smoothly. The umami is well balanced and can be easily paired with anything.

Halloween Red Wu 🎃 which was delicious last year. The aroma is surprisingly rice-like. But it also has a nice aroma of citrus acidity and apples 🍎. When you taste it, you will feel a slight chilli sourness permeate the taste, followed by a soft sweetness, which suddenly condenses into a thicker, more concentrated flavor. It is like a sphere with pleasant acidity and a slight bitterness. The end result is a spicy aroma and throat 💪. The clear mouthfeel makes it easy to gobble up! Speaking of Monster, this slow and steady 🎢. It might be my favorite of the season Red Takeshi. Happy Halloween to everyone, even if it's a little late! 👻

I was in the mood for something light and gulpable, so I opened this bottle 🍶. The aroma is clean citrus like grapefruit, lemon and lime. When you take a sip, it's a chili shuwa! The sourness and sweetness pass through the palate quickly and easily. At the end, there is a lingering aftertaste of slight bitterness and umami. Wow, this is what I wanted to drink! Light and catchy flavor that fits the label, which looks like dots playing on a yellow base ✨. Yoshida Kurau is a sake rice produced in Ishikawa, but I wonder if it tastes like an Omachi version of that. I enjoyed it on its own and during dinner 🫧.

Kako drinking comparison 🌾. The Five Farmers Brewery: 5️⃣ Actually, if you look closely, the label is a little different 👀(looking for mistakes) The wooden vat is an added element. The aroma is grapefruit...not that different from the four. When you drink it, it has a sweetness of rice and chili-squashy muscat. It has a slight wood vat feel, less angular and mellower than the four. Some citrus and savory rice. Maybe slightly fruity? After a few days, the aroma is citrus and berry sweet and sour, and the taste is strawberry-like sweet and sour. But the aftertaste is grain, savory and fruity. Nice aroma - delicious! I still like Kako! The people I drank it with all said it was easy to drink and tasted good, with no horns. But I couldn't tell the difference without drinking it with my own tongue.... I'm about to feel the wave of seven, so if I can get it, I'll try to drink it again to compare.

I like Kabashiko among the sake brands. I've been wondering when to open it, and it's been quite a while since I've had a chance to drink it, so I decided to use the "Kiri number" as an excuse to compare the two 🍶. After opening them, I realized the difference between the two was whether they were made in a wooden vat or not! I should have compared them at a more interesting point of difference! This is Yononozo 4️⃣ The aroma is grapefruit. When you drink it, it's chili, rice sweetness, sourness and muscat. Sourness and a bit of alcohol? After a few days, a white grape-type sweetness stands out. Is the acidity softer than Five? The graininess of the aftertaste is less than that of Five, but it is a nice aroma! This is the Kako! I'd be happy if they came out with a second farmer's brew, but I guess it's difficult because rice is rare. This was 400 CI 🎉. Continue on to the Go-no-brew 🔜.

I bought this one because last year's Infinity (beer yeast noble brew) was so good. The aroma is muscat, pear, and lemon soda too? When you drink it, it's a pear soda with a chili-swirling, thick mouthfeel 🍐I don't think it has that much acidity. It also has a sweet honey feeling, but the soft acidity and fizz make it a refreshing drink. As the official recommendation, it is perfect when paired with Chinese food.
