It was delicious last year, so we went back this year: ❄️
The day was Motsu-nabe, so I asked them to come out here where we could play against each other.
The opening was quiet.

The aroma is clear grape and sweet rice.
When the supernatant is included, the liquid itself is thick and sweet with a hint of rice, but the sweetness doesn't linger.
But the sweetness doesn't linger, and it finishes cleanly.
When you mix it, it has more umami, but the sharpness remains the same!
It's still delicious this year!
It has a strong flavor and bubbles, and goes well with the slightly sweet miso-flavored, oil-filled motsu nabe (hot pot).
I've always thought of sake as a light, light meal, but I'm glad to see that it can actually be paired with a full-bodied meal if you choose it right.
