I think they changed to this thinner lees-full one last year, I think.
I wanted to try the old lees-filled one, but this time I went for the cool rosé wine look 🍷.
The aroma is not so flashy but sweet and sour.
When you drink it, it is sweet with a hint of chili and strawberry-like sourness. I feel like I've been drinking a lot of flavors like this lately?
As everyone wrote in Sake-no-wa, it is quite sweet, so it is good on its own or with cheese or cream snacks 🧀.
By the way, I posted yesterday that I had finished ramen, but today I ate ramen again. And this is the kind of thing that makes me feel guilty...it was delicious!
