The first bottle on New Year's Eve.
It's a cute zodiac sign bottle, but I'll take it a little flying.
The aroma is apple and mellow rice.
When you take a sip, you can feel the refreshing apple acidity and clear mouthfeel, and the mild umami and sweetness spread out, but the aftertaste is crisp and clean!
It has a sweet feeling for a moment, but then it suddenly cuts off cleanly and smoothly. It is enjoyable.
Since it is a bottle with the Chinese zodiac, we also served it at the slaughterhouse 🫏.
Without mirin, it tasted rather maniacal with its dry taste and slaughterhouse spices...so I added quite a bit of mirin to give it a taste...but here we are at the beginning of another sake-drinking year 🌅!
