It's so light and refreshing it's like water.
Too refreshing, like water, and when you drink it, it's like it's dry.
...It's dangerous because you can gobble it down.
This is my first time to try Dodoshi! I've never been a fan of dry sake, but I was curious about it because I saw it at my nearest liquor store!
When I drank it, it had a fruity taste? I didn't really feel the spiciness in the aftertaste? It was very tasty. There was also Yamamoto's Forest Green? There was also Yamamoto's Forest Green, but I gave it up because it was not included in the all-you-can-drink offer,
Preferred ★★☆☆☆☆☆☆
A very dry +15.
I always see the fire-roasted type, but this is the first time in several years that a fresh one has appeared, so I bought it on recommendation.
It's not my favorite, but I wanted to try it to see how dry it was.
It was surprisingly soft on the palate, and perhaps because of the freshness and transparency of the sake, it was strangely not as spicy as I had expected. It is delicious.
Rolling it over, it has bitterness and a firm umami flavor. The sharpness of the taste suggests that it would be good with Japanese food such as fish and simmered dishes, rather than Chinese or Western food.
Because of the strong alcohol content, I drank less than usual.
At Nihon Shu-Tsubaki.
It is thick, but has a tangy, slightly effervescent taste and is easy to drink.
The aftertaste disappears quickly, so you can drink it as much as you want.
When heated, the taste of sakekasu (sake lees) becomes stronger and it is like amazake for adults!
The flavor is very rich and relaxing, and it's delicious.
The alcohol comes afterwards.
I love sake lees soup, so I like it a lot because it tastes similar to sake lees soup.

The supernatant is clear but already has the taste of rice powder and is tangy.
The ori is mild and spreads slowly on the palate.
It only slightly sticks to the tongue.
I thought it would be more sticky, but it is smooth.
The second fermentation in the bottle gives it a strong and rough bubbly sensation.
It goes well with fried food.

Yamamoto's Dosara 🍶.
Actually, this will be the first time for me to drink Dosara 😌.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it has a slightly mellow sweetness and, as is typical of Yamamoto, it finishes quickly and cleanly.
It is fire-aged but quite tasty 😋🍶.
Yamamoto's "Do" Junmai Nigori Sake again!
This is really delicious!
It's refreshing and not too sweet, so it's scary that you find yourself drinking it!
Fried sardines, the best of the season!
