コタロー
New wine in Camoquin 🦆.
The aroma is sour and sweet rice.
When you drink it, it has a mild and thick rice liquid 🌾 with a mildly chili-like taste, but it is not overly sweet.
It has a fruity sweetness like grapes, but the taste is balanced without being overly sweet.
I would say it is somewhere between modern and classic.
The center of gravity seems a little lower than the Kamo Kanehides I've had in the past, but it doesn't sink too low, so it keeps me going.
It is a delicious sake with a well-balanced, firm flavor and freshness, though it does not go to the point of being heavy.
