I was so freaked out that I put it in the freezer for about 2 hours before opening it and it gushed like crazy.
It's a good thing that it went into the bowl I hit top and bottom so well, but the bottle was down about 1/3 of its contents. Scary bunny.
I'll get myself together and drink it.

When you drink it, it's schwishy but fluffy🫧☁️ because it's full of air, soft and soggy on the palate. Interesting!
Taste is peachy and nigori as expected. It tastes more like acerola than strawberry.

Tonight we warmed up a bottle of Koshu Umebayashi Yamahai Junmai Sake from the Sato Shuzo Brewery in Koshu-cho, Saitama Prefecture.
The spiciness stood out when it was slightly hot with a soft lactic acidity, but as time passed and it became lukewarm, the spiciness mellowed out and the sweetness came out, creating a good balance.
It is good to warm up sake when it gets cold.
I couldn't help but say, "I like my sake warmed lukewarm..." 🎵.
Purchased directly from the local Saitama sake brewery, Sato Shuzo! A faint aroma of rice....the mouthfeel is sharp from sweetness and bitterness! Sweetness, acidity, bitterness...not quite cohesive...I was hoping for a raw sake...but...hmmm...not my favorite...
