Carefully, I put the bottle in the freezer for a bit before opening it.
It didn't bob up big but when I opened it, the liquid level came up sizzling.
The aroma was sweet rice and some citrus.
When you take a sip, it is a bit of a sizzle! Quite a bit of sour grapefruit and rice 🌾.
The aftertaste is refreshing✨I think it tastes better than last year. The brewer says it's the best of the season, so it's delicious!
It was also good with the sour dryness of the hot pot that has been booming in my life lately👍!
The next day it comes together and tastes even better 🙌
