The aroma is grape.
When you include the supernatant, it has just the right amount of shwash 🫧 and bubbles on the cup. You can taste the sweetness of the grapes when you swallow it, and it finishes clean and tight.
When mixed, the riceiness increases a bit. There is also a slight aroma of mochi (rice cake). It is easy to drink without any strange bitterness.
It was delicious again this year!
I just finished my last bowl of ramen 🍜.
It was delicious with lots of kujo leeks.
