The aroma is grapefruit-like sourness.
When you drink it, the fine chiri-shuwa is pleasant 🫧 the sizzling acidity and umami burst forth, and the sweetness of the rice, typical of Tetorigawa, appears and tightens up nicely.
This is delicious! The image is somewhere between modern and classic.
After a few days, a syrupy sweetness emerges. It is a classic and light(?) sweetness of rice. It's like that.
The last taste is a refreshing bitter acidity.
It's sweetened, but it's totally fine👌Tetorigawa indeed!
