This is the last sake I received from Osaka-ya Sake Shop's 3 month hanpukai. It was about 5,000 yen per month and 2 bottles of No. 4 were delivered, so this sake alone cost 5,000 yen, so how did they balance the books 🤔? The specs were not written on the label, so I checked the information at the liquor store and it is a Jun-Dai made from Kinmon-Nishiki sake polished to 38%. It has a gorgeous apple aroma, no gas, clear and clean mouthfeel, beautiful sweetness and expansive flavor 😍It seems well polished. And it's refreshing because it's quite sharp. I found this sharpness a bit heavy for me and drank it over 3 days, but according to the liquor store's explanation, it disappears from my mouth when I notice it, so I guess I'm not quite there yet either 🤣.

Hi ma-ki-😃 I don't know if it was a deal-breaker or if I was saving up for a cheaper version of another sake 🤔It was my first Daishinshu too, and it was hard to describe in one word the various changes in taste in my opinion. I'm looking forward to your review of Daishinshu...

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃. This label is simple but has a lot of presence 🥰I think it might actually be off the ledger, but it's good because I feel like I got a good deal 😁I'm in Jay & Nobby's class and it will disappear👍.
