Chochin purchased in Hamamatsu last month. It was my first brand 🔰. It was also my first time to drink sake from Aichi even though we are neighboring prefectures 😓. When poured into a glass, it looks thick and smooth. The mouthfeel is full-bodied and satisfying. It's a mellow umami-kuchi type 🎶 with a good kick from the acidity, so it's very easy to drink. It is not hard to drink because it has a nice sharpness with acidity. It is not difficult to drink.

This is my first time drinking Etsukaijin. As the label clearly states. Sake degree +10 degrees, alcohol level is around 18 degrees. It has a thick and rich taste. It is well-balanced with a touch of sharpness. It is a brand that I would like to follow for a while. In order to conquer the whole country This is one of the bottles that I chose while hesitating in Kagawa prefecture which was empty. A friend of mine said that if he had come all the way to Toyama, he would have had a variety of both Katsikoma and Haneya, but Hayashi had never had them. We compared two types of sake rice, Gohyakumangoku and Dewanosato. Both were to his liking, but the Dewa-no-sato was more acidic and better.
